Best of all was Habiba who took really good care of me. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Giza/Kairo. Everything was fine

• Simon (9/5): Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! :) - Ich kam bei diesem Gasthaus nachts an, also nach eigentlichem Check-In. Ich habe natürlich über Booking Bescheid gegeben. Zum Glück war dies kein Problem und mir wurde die Tür von einer sehr netten Dame / der Besitzerin geöffnet. Sie brachte mich unkompliziert auf mein Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zum Glück klimatisiert. Es gab außerdem einen Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist für Europäer ungewöhnlich aber hier ganz normal, da es sich hier um ein nasses Bad handelt. In meinem Fall hatte ich leider keinen Fernseher, da dieser von den vorherigen Gästen leider zerstört wurde. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts. Ich konnte über WhatsApp Bescheid geben, wann ich Frühstück haben möchte und was ich bevorzuge. Außerdem gab es jeden Morgen 2 Flaschen eiskaltes Wasser. Aufgrund eines Hitzeschlages ging es mir an einem Tag nicht gut. Mir wurde zum Glück direkt ein Uber zum nächsten Krankenhaus gerufen, in dem ich direkt behandelt wurde. Sie informierte sich dankenswerterweise weiterhin, wie es mir nun ginge. Als ich zurück kam gab sie mir erneut Wasserflaschen und weitere Getränke. Dies war wirklich nett. Von der Terrasse, auf der das Frühstück stattfindet, hat man perfekten Ausblick auf die Pyramiden. Meistens war ich hier oben alleine, es lohnt sich wirklich sehr zum entspannen. Ich bin wirklich dankbar für diese Erfahrung und kann nur jedem empfehlen, hier einzukehren. Die Gegend ist nicht touristisch, dafür wird man aber in Ruhe gelassen. Der nicht vorhandene TV wofür aber wie genannt die Unterkunft nichts kann, da vorherige Gäste diesen beschädigten.

Nous avons pris le dîner et c'était très bon pour un prix modique, le PDJ est copieux. Je recommande vivement !

• Maciej (9/5): - Apartament położony 25 min piechotą od bramy koło sfinksa, nie ma tu tłumu turystów a za to można zobaczyć jak żyją mieszkańcy, obok sklepiki i piekarnia oraz szisza bar. Pani menedżer jest bardzo pomocna, możliwość zamówienia pysznego obiadu. Okolica jest bezpieczna a w sklepikach normalne ceny. Polecam bo jest ciekawie Jedziesz do Egiptu - zainwestuj w korki do uszu bo okna są tu cieniutkie, ale duże miasta mają to do siebie że jest tam głośno.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nella comunicazione per via della lingua dato che non tutti parlano inglese, ma ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Sempre disponibili e molto attenti all'ospite. Inoltre, il loro driver, Ahmed, è una delle persone più gentili che abbiamo mai incontrato nei nostri viaggi e ha ci ha accompagnati e seguiti in ogni nostro spostamento e tour. La vista delle piramidi dalla terrazza inoltre ha reso ogni nostro pasto indimenticabile. Si trova in una zona piena di movimento e di reale vita della gente del posto, un po' rumorosa ma durante la notte cala il silenzio. Il cibo è tipicamente egiziano, e cucinato al momento su richiesta. Grazie ancora di tutto!

• Froukje (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf is gastvrij guesthouse - Mohamed en zijn familie zijn heel erg gastvrij en aardig. De kamer is eenvoudig en schoon met een goed bed en een heerlijke douche. In de ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt op het dakterras met uitzicht op de pyramides is genieten. En het avondeten gemaakt door zijn moeder is heerlijk. Het guesthouse staat midden in een authentieke wijk waar je je ogen uitkijkt. Kortom: aanrader!

They organized our activities and even arranged rides for us wherever we wanted to go, taking care of all the bookings so everything went smoothly. The place was clean and just right for a few days in Cairo. The breakfast and dinner were delicious homemade local dishes, served with such care on the rooftop terrace. Everyone was so warm and helpful — we felt truly welcomed. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Sono sempre pronti ad ascoltarti per ogni tua richiesta. La Camera è pulita e grande, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella quadrupla. I letti sono molto comodi e grandi, anche i singoli. Provate la cucina della mamma di Mohamed per cena. Per un soggiorno a Giza/Cairo sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura. Tutto positivo

The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, offering delicious traditional Egyptian food that was fresh and prepared with care. Muhamed and Aya were incredibly kind, friendly, and always very helpful, making us feel truly at home. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this place. We would be happy to come back again.

• Oliver (8/5): Overall a lovely stay - Nice breakfast served on roof terrace (or in bedroom). Lovely staff. Good soundproofing in building. Secure and safe. Great value for money stay while visiting Giza/Cairo. The room could do with bigger windows and more natural light - but not a big issue, I got a great nights sleep. My main issue was the location - the neighbourhood is a poor suburb of Cairo, in the midst of a maze of streets. I was not expecting it being so close to the pyramids and grand museum. Ubers demanded big extra fees to pick up/drop off there for this reason so I ended up doing this a walk away from the flat. Its not a big issue but just be aware before staying in this neighbourhood.

Last but not least, warm greeting for kind, polite and super welcoming hostess and her little cute family ❤️ Location is not across Giza plateau, but need to walk for around 30min to reach it. If you are familiar with how very basic Giza streets life looks like, then this is right place for you to stay. We have been in Cairo before so we knew what to expect.

• Tomasz (10/5): - Bardzo sympatyczne B&B usytuowane 10 minut jazdy Uberem od piramid. Czyste pokoje, smaczne śniadania i pomocni we wszystkim właściciele. Można też sobie zamówić egipską kolację. To nie jest typowo turystyczna dzielnica, co moim zdaniem ma same plusy: w pobliskich sklepach i piekarniach nikt nie próbował nas naciągnąć, można też zobaczyć zwykłe życie. W nocy ruch na ulicy zamiera i można się wyspać. Warto przed przyjazdem zapisać w pamięci zdjęcie budynku, bo nie ma na nim żadnego szyldu.

• Kellie (10/5): - This became a home away from home for me with the hosts welcoming me as a part of the family from the time I arrived. Muhammad was away on tour with other guests but checked in each day via phone to make sure all my tourist activities were organised and that the drivers, Ahmed & Muhammad, was taking care of me. While I was at home I had the lovely Aya and her Mother Hanan taking care of me and making some delicious vegetarian egyption food for me to try. They also invited me to join them when Aya's 3 young boys, Abdallhram, Hassan & Yossef had sports at the local club. Here I met Aya's sister, Diyar and her 3 children and other people from the local community. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly - as a solo female traveller this was a very special evening for me getting to experience everyday life of Egyptian families and to enjoy their hospitality. I would recommend to stay here but particularly if you are a solo female traveller, or female friends travelling together, as you will be well looked after 😊❤️
• Henry (10/5): Exceptional - Mohamed and his family were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from the first night we stayed with them. We cannot recommend them enough! The guest house was well presented and clean, exactly as described, and our suite included aircon, a fridge and hot water - everything you need. The building is about four storeys and has a roof top patio where you can see all four pyramids (namesake of the accomo) and views of the nearby neighbourhood, as well as beautiful sunsets. And my favourite - some goats on a nearby rooftop that would pop their heads up to say hi. Every night Mohamed would bring up the food that his mum had cooked and sit with us and chat for hours, and plan the next days' adventures. Sometimes Hossam (his older brother) would join us too. Every member of Mohamed's family we met were the same - so accommodating and making us feel like we were a part of their family. We ended up meeting his mum Hannan (who cooked for us every day) and also his grandparents who frequently sat outside in the evenings and would always ask us to join them. Location was perfect as we had planned to be between the pyramids and also old Cairo for easy access. As first time Egypt travelers we had been trying to plan ahead what trips/tours we wanted to do but I would highly recommend chatting directly with Mohamed to organise everything - just tell him what you want to experience and he will give you recommendations. You don't need to plan ahead too much as Mohamed can organise things even last minute. I would try to convince him to come with you on the trips - he is great to be around and a good honest person (sometimes hard to find in Egypt) to show you true Egyptian life as well as the classic trips such as Giza, Saqqara, the market, old Cairo town, Alexandria or anything you can think of. Highly recommend getting him to take you in a tuk tuk and walks around the neighbourhood. Absolutely nothing!
• Belozerov (10/5): Exceptional - If you're looking for more than just a place to sleep — a place where you can truly feel the authentic atmosphere of Cairo — this hotel is for you. It's located in a traditional Egyptian neighborhood where life never stops. The streets are full of local shops, cafes, and traditional food, and people live their lives outdoors well into the night — it's noisy, vibrant, and real. Yes, the streets can be dirty at times, but they’re cleaned in the morning, and for those used to Western cleanliness, this might come as a surprise. I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. As for the hotel itself — the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious, prepared according to my preferences. The owner became like a brother to me — always helpful, thoughtful about my food choices, and arranged taxis for me at very fair prices. He can also help you plan your trips or suggest places to visit. Even though I already had my own plan, he supported it and made sure I had reliable, polite drivers every time. I left feeling like I had stayed at a friend’s home, not just a hotel. I would definitely come back here the next time I visit Giza.
• Hattab (10/5): Super amazing holiday at Four pyramids View Guest house - Thanks to Mohamed and his team for their hospitality , it was an amazing holiday, the location is popular ( people were so kind and welcoming) and the sightseeing to pyramids was charming (taking some shots at sunset time :D ), the room was clean and with all needed equipments. The Egyptian breakfast was yummy and rich. So I recommend people interested about discovering El Giza pyramids to choose Four pyramids View Guest house. See you!
• Ian (10/5): Great place to stay near the pyramids with very welcoming host - We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Our host was incredibly kind and always available, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Breakfast was tasty—especially the bread, which was easily one of the best we've had in Egypt! Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. • Raška (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this homestay is perfection. I am a little bit picky about food and i must say wow, Muhammad's mother is a top notch cooker! Room is clean and spacious, water is hot, you can have breakfast on top of the roof so you can enjoy distant view of pyramids! And Muhammad is top owner, went far far beyond ordinary guest needs, event went shopping for pharmacy and electric store when i needed to buy new card for camera. He also provides cheap driver services around the town, with or without guide. Also don't get distracted about not appealing neighbourhood, it is just real Cairo and real Egypt, what matters is your safe heaven island with Muhammad!

Location around guest house is "really Egypt", but very safe even in evening hours. Rooftop terrace was perfect, there is pyramids view, on night light show too. Room was new, clean and comfortable. Higly recommended and we will go back again! Everything was great!

From the moment we arrived, Mohamed and his family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Mohamed arranged our airport transfer and organized incredible sightseeing tours for us, making our visit stress-free and memorable. The meals were a highlight of our stay. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and generously portioned. For dinner, we had the pleasure of dining with Mohamed’s family, and they treated us like one of their own. This warm hospitality made our experience truly special. One of the best features of the guest house is the terrace. The view of the pyramids from there is breathtaking and added a magical touch to our stay. Overall, we highly recommend Four Pyramids Guest House. Mohamed and his family’s exceptional hospitality, combined with the excellent amenities and stunning views, made our trip unforgettable.

Good local breakfast on rooftop terrace with view on the pyramids. There were drinks, snacks, coffee/thee in the room and the room is huge. This is a small, family run guest house with friendly, helpful people, also very welcoming towards my dog. Nothing.
