• Giuliana Ola (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, departamento completo hasta con lavadero. Muy cómodo. El edificio es un poco antiguo, bastante cerrado y por ende con poca ventilación. Limpieza 8/10.

Le mr nous as mise la pression pour donner une heure précise malgré que c'est indiqué 24/24 et nous devrions quitter a 11h mais indiqués 12h

• SILVINA (10/5): - Excelente ubicación!! Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Los baños son un poco pequeños, pero limpios.
• Charoval (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación. En el corazón del microcentro! Los colchones de las camas individuales eran viejos y poceados. La limpieza, en particular de los utensilios y vajilla, dejo que desear. Impacta el mal olor en el ingreso del edificio, pero es solo en ese sector.

• Loukas (10/5): Relaxing stay in Mendoza - Everything was perfect. Especially the host and the location. I think some parts of the apartment need a bit renovation.
• Sheen (3/5): Poor - Location I usually don't do negative comments, but this is non professional. We couldn't use the kitchen as there were only 2 small pans. And had to be careful of toilet use as it was not stable. I hope the owner take care of these issues for simple comfort of the guests. 1) The plastic foot mat in bathtub was so dirty, it has never been washed for weeks. The algae beneath it clogged up the bathtub when you take a bath. It really looks dirty ! 2) Cooking utensils were dirty when we arrived and had to get them rewashed. Only 2 small pans. 3) Toilet (seems like the whole structure) in hall is not stable. No cleaning brush for cleaning the 2 toilets - why ? 4) Booking.com says can pay by card, but we need to pay an additional 20% of rate for card use. It should be mentioned on booking.com. Cash was the only option. *Note : i must say the reception was cordial and he brought us to the apartment's parking lot.
