• Ainhoa (8/5): Está todo bien, pero no sé, le falta algo. - La situación, a un paso de locales y para tomar algo El alojamiento en sí estaba muy bien, pero el mantenimiento o diseño de los apartamentos, no era muy adecuado. Falta luz en las habitaciones. Tienen auxiliares que se hacen incómodas de encender, a pesar de que hay interruptores generales que no encienden nada. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, pero estuvimos una semana y limpiaron el apartamento solo una vez. Reservé para 6 personas y dejaron toallas para 5. El personal de recepción es correcto pero no esperes una sonrisa. Súper serios.

• Ariel (1/5): Don't stay here; for the same price you can get a better place in the same area. Not worth it at all - Location is good No one helps, no one cleaned our room before we arrived; we found other people hair in the shower. It was disgusting; we complained but they fixed it really late.

Super central. Staff very friendly and the pool area is awesome. 100% recommend with kids Nothing to complain about

While clean, there was so much deferred maintenance that it was simply - Location is hoped for Coconut Grove Other than location, the property is unremarkable, condition of the place is poor and had a strong smell of cleaning detergents throughout common areas and in the rooms.

• Mark (9/5): Great location and excellent accommodation with accommodating staff - We have stayed at the Mutiny plenty of times over the years. Last time (before this stay) was around 7 years ago. Some of the rooms back then were looking a little tired. This trip, we were in an ultra modern, clean, bright and airy room. It was perfect. Great views too. The other thing we love about the Mutiny is you step out the back door and you are in the heart of the Grove. The Grove is one of our favourite places in the US. Staff were great and despite it being a holiday weekend, accommodated our late check-out. Well done - looking forward to staying with you again next time we're in Miami. Not much to say here!
• Lisette (3/5): Room 1115 - Location We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location was excellent—within walking distance to great shops and boating events, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the condition of the property took away from the experience. The lobby had a noticeable damp smell that wasn’t very pleasant. In our room, the bathroom had a strong mold odor, visible mold on the tiles, and peeling paint in the tub. The mattress also seemed very worn, as it dipped noticeably on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, some of the furniture showed visible chipping and wear. While the location is a strong highlight, the hotel would greatly benefit from improved maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

• Janine (9/5): Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again. - Fabulous location - loved our daily walks along the corniche and for coffee and dinners. Great location close to shops, restaurants and to pick up bikes or catch the metro. Room was well kitted out, lovely bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms a great size. Loved the pool area and the jacuzzi (although FAR too many chemicals! and too hot). We are charged for 2 waters that were put in our room about 10 days after our stay - we thought they were complimentary - a little bit petty for a 10 day stay! There was work going on in the elevator and at the pool outside so lots of noise and a bit of a disruption. Would have been good to have been advised about this. Also just one sofa to site on for 6 people - could have one more sofa in the living area - especially for a 10 day stay.

• Devyn (5/5): Great pool but horrible service. - The pool was really nice and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna I did not like that the computer system was down and they were not able to make keys for peoples rooms. We were not able to get into our room without requesting someone to constantly take us up the elevator and into our room and the majority of the time we had to wait for security because they were the only ones with the elevator keys.
• Willem Martinus Jacob (5/5): Overpriced for what you get. - Location is good, not too noisy and it’s nice to have a balcony. Pool area is okay. Half of the electrical outlets did not work, there is no roomservice. Definitely not worth the money we paid for our stay.

• Lisa (7/5): A cool spot to stay that is a great location to walk through Coconut Grove! - The staff were all super friendly and nice. The valet was quick to get our vehicle out from the garage for us. There was a good bit of construction going on at the time (July 2025) so it was difficult to sleep in past 8AM or so even on the weekends.

The decor/furnishings in our room were old and tired and could do with a refurb. We paid a cheap rate but were on a low floor as a result, with views of the car park and road. This meant we had to keep our blinds closed most of the time, and the road was very noisy - the hotel could do with investing in thicker glass for those rooms.

The side of the bathroom cabinet had not been cleaned in a while, and the handles on the drawers were old and rusted. The cleaning staff should consider switching to a different type of towel they use to wipe tables, etc. off, as they leave behind a lot of dust.

• Melissa (5/5): Won't stay there again - The location was great. We stayed here before, but this time, we were very disappointed. The room wasn't kept up well walls were dirty, floor did not appear clean (stains) there was no AC, the microwave kept tripping the outlets. Upon check in the staff was unfriendly and informed us the AC was out and apparently it had been for 2 days prior. They did not offer fans, told us it would be on later that night and they could offer a "discount." They could not tell me how much the discount would be or show me a receipt for this, I did receive a discount via booking.com 24 after check out. Once we arrived to the room we realized it wasn't the room we booked (we booked a harbour view and a king suite with 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom). We didn't have a view and there were no twin beds. I went to ask to be moved to the room we booked and was told that was all they had available even though I booked this 6 months ago. The person at the front desk told me that it was based on "availability." I showed her my reservation and she said well you don't have to stay here and that was all they had. Then I decided to get a drink could not find an ice machine and was told to get ice from the restaurant. I waited 10 minutes for someone to help before giving up because no one appeared to be working in there even though it was after 5pm. If it wasn't for the location and meeting several family members there for the weekend we would have left.

The supply of shampoo and soap was inadequate, we ran out after one shower. The drier didn't work well and the ironing board was broken.

• Andrea (9/5): It exceeded my expectations. - I liked everything about this property— the suite was perfect me and my twenty-something son for a weekend visit: clean, spacious, well-appointed, and a great ocean view balcony. The location was very convenient and walkable for Coconut Grove’s shops and restaurants and an easy drive to other Miami locations- Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Little Havana, and downtown.

The pool was a wonderful relaxing area, and it was close to restaurants and grocery shops to get our own food. Some of the ‘old furniture’ was less comfortable and creaky bed base made moving impossible.

The staff were very friendly too and got us everything we needed. Also enjoyed the food and drinks from the bar downstairs, and the hotel is nearby to restaurants, bars and coffee shops We were a group of 4 with 2 two sleeping on the sofa bed, however it was a bit broken with a dip in the middle and so very uncomfortable for two!

The pool area was very well Kept and serene. It was nice and warm, and the hot tub was great. We also enjoyed using the gym, sauna and steam room. Our room was very large and clean, and the staff was all very friendly. Had all the amenities we needed in the room. Sometimes it was very noisy from our residents or hotel guests playing music but it was manageable.
