• Gabriela (10/5): Ótima para 3 e 4 pessoas - O espaço é muito bonito, espaçoso, arrumado, com tudo o que se necessita. Tem o cuidado de ter torradeira, máquina de café Dolce Gusto, coisas de casa e alguns temperos e azeite para facilitar a estadia. Super simpáticos e prontos a arranjar as coisas que precisávamos, mesmo as senhoras da limpeza eram espetaculares. Tem uma pequena piscina e um pequeno pátio. Está a 15 minutos do centro a pé, mas tem metro e autocarros em todo o lado. Nada a apontar
• Simona (8/5): Molto apprezzato - Appartamento pulito e molto pratico, doccia gigante!!! Ci sono antissime prese di corrente. Addirittura una lavastoviglie. Molto silenzioso, dall'esterno non arrivava nessun rumore. Il padrone super gentile e disponibile. Il divano letto era scomodissimo, il materasso probabilmente è già un po' "datato" ed è veramente tanto scomodo.

• Alessandro (9/5): Perfetta per un soggiorno a Valencia - Appartamento molto pulito e in una posizione perfetta, comoda all fermata della metro o del bus, o 15 min dal centro. La zona é tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo con bar, negozi e supermercati. L’host é stato gentile e velocissimo nel rispondere alle nostre richieste, e ha fatto di tutto affinché il nostro soggiorno sia stato il più confortevole possibile. La cucina é accessoriata e completa di tutto compresa anche di 4 bottigliette di acqua in frigo e 4 cialde per il caffè al nostro arrivo. Grazie Nei eravamo una famiglia di 4 persone e il tavolo potrebbe essere un po’ più grande. Il divano letto era scomodo e rumoroso mentre invece era comodissimo il letto. Inoltre é capitato che chi facesse la doccia per ultimo non avesse l’acqua calda.

• Angel (10/5): Un apartamento perfecto para visitar Valencia - Apartamento nuevo, llimpio y muy acogedor, muy bien decorado. Cama y sofá-cáma cómodos, aseo grande, ducha grande, agua de cortesía, cafetera,... Anfitrión servicial. Buena localización para visitar la ciudad, se puede ir al centro andando perfectamente. Aparcamiento en parking cercano por 6,50 euros el día. Por decir algo, la entrrada a las 16:00 horas quizás es un poco tarde (por decir algo, el resto todo perfecto)

• Erika (10/5): - Quando siamo arrivati siamo rimasti a bocca aperta per quanto era bello questo appartamento, sono stati disponibili per qualsiasi domanda avessimo, super pulito ed è fornito di tutto, noi eravamo in 4 e all’arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo 4 bottigliette d’acqua. Non è proprio al centro ma intorno avevamo tutto, bar, forni, supermercati e negozi e per arrivare al centro principale a piedi ci mettevamo circa 15 minuti quindi perfetto, consiglio davvero!
• Juan Carlos (7/5): La Verdad Del Alojamiento - Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo en el alojamiento. La piscina tenía muchísimo cloro, al punto de manchar mi traje de baño y que no puedas sumergirte porque se siente demasiado el cloro, debería de especificarse que la piscina es compartida, ya que todos las nuevas personas piensan que el privada, y otra cosa importante, la piscina está en medio de un conjunto de apartamentos así que si querías privacidad no la vas a tener, porque el techo es abierto. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que en el piso del apartamento el baño es mucho peor que en el estudio y en la sala hay una cajonera que tiene todas las puertas dañadas y no puedes poner nada ahí, y si vas en coche que sepas que tienes que pagar parking si o si, el día son 6,50€ desde la app. El televisor no es nada del otro mundo es de una marca con la cual no puedes ni descargarle aplicaciones y tampoco conectar tu móvil a el, el internet llega completamente en el apartamento pero al estudio solo llega desde el sofá, pero en el baño y cama no llega, la verdad esperaba más del alojamiento, por la cantidad que pago.

• Katarina (10/5): Excelente estancia, excelente ubicación - Si pudiera darle más de 10 puntos, sin duda le daría una calificación a este lugar. Está ubicado prácticamente en el centro de la ciudad, con estaciones de metro y autobús cerca. El centro está a unos 10 o 15 minutos a pie por las preciosas calles de Valencia, ¡y el barrio donde se encuentra el alojamiento es genial! El dueño del alojamiento es un joven muy amable y encantador. Nos permitió dejar nuestras cosas después de la salida. El registro fue sencillo y nos explicaron muy bien cómo llegar. La cama era cómoda, el baño amplio y la cocina bien equipada. Tienes todo lo necesario tanto para estancias largas como cortas. Si vuelvo a Valencia, sin duda elegiré este lugar :)
• Rocío (7/5): Dos noches en Valencia - El apartamento estaba muy nuevo y limpio. El patio está muy bien. A pesar de los problemas que nos dieron surgiendo, el propietario estuvo muy atento de ayudarnos a resolverlo todo. Nos costó mucho entrar. El sistema de entrada es bastante complicado porque es con una aplicación que solo puede tener una persona y las personas que nos alojábamos llegábamos de diferentes ciudades y a distintas horas, por lo que la gestión fue complicada. El propietario después me explicó que esa persona que tiene la app puede abrir a distancia, pero al no saberlo con antelación nos complicó la logística. Quizás estaría bien tener todas las instrucciones de ese sistema con antelación y todo bien explicado. Después, la llave del apartamento está en una caja con clave en la pared pero estaba rota. Poníamos la clave pero no sé abría y tuvimos que forzarlo. La verdad es que estuve bastante rato y fue todo muy complicado y desesperante. Espero que se haya arreglado ese problema. Es horroroso llegar de viaje después de varias horas, que encima tuvimos un gran retraso en el tren, y encontrarte con este problema. Por último, nos costó un montón apagar el aire acondicionado, no funcionaba el mando y nos subíamos a una silla para apagarlo desde el botón interior pero a veces se encendía de nuevo solo.
• Elli (8/5): - Siisti ja tilava kämppä kahdelle henkilölle. Keittiö kiva ja siisti. Kommunikaatio host:n kanssa helppoa ja sujuvaa. Lattiat oli aika viileät ja emme saaneet ilmalämpöpumppua toimimaan. Kylppäri oli muuten siisti, mutta lattialta löytyi yksi iso ötökkä.

• Horváth (8/5): Praktikus szállás Valencia felfedezéséhez. - Szuper helyen van a tömegközlekedés szempontjából. Minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. Baráti, családi társaságnak ideális a közös kinti helyiség/terasz. A kanapé kényelmetlen volt, a klíma hangos és poros volt (fűteni csak ezzel lehet). Dupla takaró volt csak elérhető, szimpla nem. Nincs szekrény a ruhák elpakolásához.

• Marco (7/5): - Posizione vicino a Turia e centro, tutto abbastanza nuovo Manca un po’ di privacy… la finestra della camera da sul marciapiede, quindi non abbiamo mai alzato la tapparella. L’altra finestra da sull’appartamento sempre dello stesso b&b… e la tenda è di quelle pesanti… andrebbe aggiunta anche una da giorno perché così si deve scegliere tra privacy e luce. In cucina: Forno solo a micro onde, frigo molto piccolo, mancanza di materiale basic (nessun canovaccio per i piatti, solo tre bicchieri x acqua, nessun cucchiaino). Lavatrice in comune con altro appartamento Scopa in comune con altro appartamento (Ci vorrebbe aspirapolvere e non in comune) C’è la differenziata ma non c’erano i bidoni distinti x farla In bagno: la tenda nella doccia è inguardabile. La doccia è molto grande e bella, se da fastidio l’acqua che va in giro meglio chiuderla con vetro. In bagno non c’è nulla x appoggiare le varie cose… e chi viaggia con una moglie sa di cosa sto parlando. Idem gli armadi per la camera: sono stati messi due armadi da ingresso ikea, ma un piccolo armadio a due ante scorrevoli sarebbe molto più confortevole.

• Ivanna (5/5): Desilusiónada - Alquilamos un estudio muy bonito y limpio, y todo estaba perfecto por dentro. Sin embargo, llevábamos la idea de que nuestro hijo pudiera disfrutar de la piscina, pero al llegar nos llevamos la sorpresa de que el agua tenía muchísimo cloro: una pastilla entera para una piscina de apenas 2,5-3 metros. Estuvimos de jueves a domingo y no pudimos bañarnos ningún día, lo que fue una pena porque nuestro hijo lloraba por querer bañarse. Quiero aclarar que la culpa no la tiene el anfitrión, sino quien colocó la pastilla de cloro, pero es un aviso para futuras ocasiones: sería importante controlar la cantidad de cloro antes de que los huéspedes lleguen, especialmente si se anuncia la piscina como parte del alojamiento.

• Urkijo (6/5): - Nos ha encantado valencia En la descripción ponía piscina privada y la tienes que compartir con el estudio de al lado.una noche los del estudio estuvieron en la piscina hasta las 11,30 de la noche (solo estaba permitido hasta las 10:00) entro muchísima gente lo que conlleva mucho ruido. Mi marido mató 4 cucarachas. La piscina estaba bastante sucia.
• Sara (5/5): No repetiría - El apartamento está limpio (suplemento de 45€ de limpieza) y bien equipado. El sitio no ha sido lo que esperábamos. Lo cogimos principalmente por la piscina y al llegar vimos que está en un patio interior, da a las ventanas de otros edificios y es compartida con otro apartamento lo que, siendo tan pequeña, hace incómodo su uso. Además, cuando llegamos estaba sucia y la depuradora apagada, era agua estancada. Avisamos y hasta dos días después no estaba limpia, así que no la hemos podido usar. El precio es desorbitado para lo que ofrece y para su localización. Las fotos son muy bonitas pero no te haces a la idea de cómo es la distribución del "jardín con piscina".
• Jessica (10/5): - Wonderful cool apartment. Centrally located and the tiny pool was great for a dunk. The kitchen was great and well equipped. The double bed is really comfortable but could benefit from an extra cushion. The sofa bed could do with being replaced as it dips so much it’s hard to sleep on even just as one person. The shower and bathroom was fantastic and space to get ready cleverly done. WiFi was very intermittent due to the studio being at the back of the building. All in all a good clean studio.
• Terryp85 (1/5): Delusione totale - La disponibilità dellhost l'accesso all'appartamento necessita di connessione, bisogna scaricare un'app, modificare alcune funzioni del cellulare con le autorizzazioni per poterla usare in mode che si apra il portone. Non é segnalato mi chiedo se avessi avuto il cel scarico o nessuna connessione come avrei potuto accedere?! Abbiamo trovato un mega scarafaggio all'interno... Ma purtroppo è proprio la zona dove è collocato che é tempestato da scarafaggi che devi schivare quando cammini. L'appartamento sembra apparentemente pulito... Poi noti i dettagli e vedi polvere ovunque. Tipo la pianta ornamentale che é proprio accanto al divano letto. Il soffione della doccia é rotto... Devi tenerlo in mano per lavarti e l'acqua che esce é poca. La pseudo-piscina ha l'acqua Torbida per niente invitante come le foto presenti su booking Il costo è davvero eccessivo per la struttura che è

Lo recomendaría. La piscina no la pudimos aprovechar, estaba muy sucia, una lastima porque la verdad se estaba agusto allí. La piscina pone q es privada pero hay que compartirla con otro estudio. El sofá es poco estable, colchón muy finito, aunque no durmieron mal, pero claro estuvimos solo dos noches. Pero bueno, por lo general, muy bien.

• Agata (9/5): I can with clear conscience recommend staying here!!! - great accommodation! the owner is very nice, you can always contact him in case of a problem and he is happy to help. he sends all the tips. the apartment is very nice and above all clean. it contains all the necessary things. you can make coffee or tea because everything is in the kitchen. cosmetics in the bathroom in case someone does not have. the bed is very comfortable and large. great location and above all privacy, because you enter the building and there is a "courtyard" that connects the entrance to the apartment and the studio of one owner. in the courtyard there is a small swimming pool and garden furniture, ideal to sit in the morning and eat breakfast or drink coffee. I have nothing to complain about because the apartment exceeded my expectations. I would gladly go back there. only the sofa is a bit uncomfortable but it doesn't cause any major problems

• Antonella (8/5): Clean and beautiful flat close to city center! - The property was very well located, close to shops and 15min walk to city center. The apartment was very clean, seemed brand new and with all necessities. Beautiful place! The TV isn’t a TV but a screen. Meaning you need to share the content from your phone/tablet/laptop, but the function wasn’t working properly. Then, seems the flat was designed by a very tall person because the shower and shelves were placed very high, which my mum couldn’t reach on her own.

• Jo (10/5): Beautiful place to stay with an amazingly kind and helpful host - The apartment was beautiful, had everything you need, pool is a nice touch, more of a plunge pool in the colder months, which again is a bonus. The place was clean and spacoius, when we arrived we couldn't find the correct door to use (it is the one in between 'charlie brownes' & serendipity) and Javier came out to us in the middle of the night to help us he was so kind and polite. Everything was amazing
• Alexander (10/5): Spacious, Well-Located, and Relaxing Stay - The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for us as a couple. Just 15 minutes to walk to the historic city center. Lots of pastry shops, bars and more around the corner. There’s also a “Consum” supermarket very close where you can get anything you need, as well as an Aldi. We took advantage of the kitchen, the fridge, coffee machine and often cooked at home. In January it was a bit cold but there is an AC. Didn’t get super warm but it was okay. Busses are reachable in 3 minutes, the underground train is also just 5 minutes away in walking distance. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold outside but it was available. The bed mattress is on the harder side, but we liked it. It’s been a calm and relaxing experience. Would recommend staying here. The internet was slow or didn’t work sometimes. You just have to wait.
• Vishinka (9/5): Superb - It is in the city center basically, we were walking 15 minutes to any location in the center. We didn't use a lot of public transport and it was so pleasing We found a couple of black hair on a bed when we arrived but didn't make a complaint

• Wouter (10/5): Charming and Spacious Apartment in Valencia - Wonderful location in the city, close to lovely shops, bars and restaurants. The historic center is just a short walk away. The apartment has a great layout and is well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen, table, and bathroom. We really loved our stay at Apartamento en la Gran Manzana and plan to come back next year :)
• Maria (10/5): Exceeded out expectations! - New, elegant decor. TV connected to internet. Washer and dryer. Outdoor courtyard. Big bathroom. Coffee machine. Apartment well provisioned.

• Sachin (10/5): Awesone. love it. - Everything is above my expectation. Really recommanded it. Entry gate is based on internet app. So if your dont have smartphone then you are in trouble.
• Chloë (9/5): Fantastic - Apartment is in a really good location and feels very safe. Short walk to a very well connected metro station and also close to the airport. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was very helpful and responsive to messages. Plunge pool is a lovely feature but it was too cold to use much (even when it was 34 degrees outside!) Not clear from the pictures that there is a studio and and apartment that share the terrace and the pool area. WiFi is also shared between the studio and the apartment and was so slow that it made it (and the TV) unusable.
• David (8/5): Good, - Very modern, clean and close to centre, it had a lovely shared swimming pool. If I was picky, the first door if your phone runs out of battery you won’t be able to get back in. A couple more pillows for the bed

• Leah (9/5): Beautiful studio, great for families - This studio was very clean and a nice, modern place to relax from the busy city. It is spacious and has everything you need, and the air conditioning worked very well. The kitchenette is functional and equipped with everything you need to make light meals. The plunge pool which is shared with one other unit was great for the kids. We didn’t park a vehicle but it looked like street parking was an option. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. Its okay for kids but I’m not sure I would have been okay sleeping on it.
