• Amanda (6/5): Ok for a quick overnight - Nice that it was a separate building. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was appointed with all the basic necessities. Overall the place was clean. It is in a nice residential area south of downtown which is nice if you have a vehicle. I was expecting a bit more privacy. You have to walk into the backyard of the main property and all the windows in the suite are pointing towards the backyard, their driveway or the back alley so if you want privacy you have to have all the blinds closed. The water pressure was very poor in the shower and they did not provide wash clothes, only towels. I also found several long black hairs on my bath towel. We looked for the additional bedding for the pullout couch but didn’t find it until the next morning as it was in one of the cabinets in the kitchen…in the closet would be easier to find or label the cabinet. Parking is limited during the day if you want to go out and come back but it seemed ok at night. Comparatively to other properties it’s a good value but it still seems overpriced for what you get considering you’re paying over $100 in “taxes and fees” almost as much as the unit rental price.

• John (10/5): A clean, well equipped and conveniently located apartment in Vancouver. - The location is convenient and the place is quite nice, quiet and clean. I’d have a few minor quibbles with the way things are set up. The main one is the mismatch between the counter height and the chairs in the kitchen making dining awkward. This was coupled with the fact that there was only one chair in the place that was comfortable for sitting.
• Michael (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm in einem ruhigen Ambiente. - Das Quartier befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Downtown und andere Hotspots sind eher weit weg, öffentlich aber ganz gut erreichbar. Beim Quartier handelt es sich um ein kleines Häuschen am Grund der Gastgeberin, die wir nie angetroffen haben. Die Zimmer inkl. Küche sind ganz nett. Das Quartier verfügt sogar über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, was uns sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Die Anordnung der Möbelstücke ist etwas seltsam. Der Beistelltisch im sehr kleinen Schlafraum ist so nah an der begehbaren Garderobe, dass man deren Tür kaum öffnen kann. Das Problem lässt sich aber lösen. Störend ist, dass es in der näheren Umgebung keinen Supermarkt oder auch nur ein Lebensmittelgeschäft gibt.

• Helen (7/5): Great, clean and convenient. - Great location. Very clean and tidy. Sofa was very uncomfortable, cushions might help. There is no off street parking. This is misleading. Cutlery (2 knives) and crockery is limited.

• Kim (10/5): - Location was good. Bus to Vancouver at the end of the street. Beautiful tree lined streets to wander around. Service Station and restaurant close by for milk and dinner etc.

Les pedimos una silla extra y toallas extras y enseguida nos las trajeron. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero te puedes mover con uber sin problemas

• Cole (10/5): Absolutely perfect little home! - This was a fantastic place to stay at. There's a designated parking spot, it's quiet, and close to everything. You have your own entrance to get to the small home and rarely did we see the host unless they happened to be out on their back porch while we were coming and going. We only stayed 2 nights while in Vancouver to help family with our deceased relative in clearing out her apartment so this was more of a work trip however, we definitely plan to come back to Vancouver for a more relaxing visit and this place will be the first one I look at for availability!

Great self contained facilities and basic cooking ingredients eg oil, salt, pepper. Host were very responsive to our needs. Heating was very tricky- it was too cold the first night then got too hot the following night. It didn’t seem to get to the temp being displayed. Would be great to have a handbook that explained a few things such as heating and tv use. We just gave up on local tv because we weren’t sure how to operate it. Space was very tight with 3 people and luggage. Nowhere in bedroom to put bags.

• Laurence (9/5): Calm! - The bathroom with heated floors for the win! Spacious living room, high ceiling, spacious bed, in a very calm neighborhood. We did not appreciate that there are no heathers and that the door of the bedroom can't close at all. Also, the neighbors that rent rooms on the same propriety were confused by their indications, they tried to enter in our air b n b pass midnight, which scared us, so there is room for better communication of the landlord's part about directions about the other rooms they are renting.

• Rasmiwat (10/5): Compacted apartment. - Home away from home. Have everything we needed. Though the bed couch was a bit small for 2 big persons but comfortable enough. Very closed to city centre and the airport. It was raining most of our stay and Hannah gave us umbrellas to use. Thank you Hannah.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - Space was cozy comfortable and well equipped. Loved the new house and amenities. The host Hannah was excellent in responding and taking care of our needs. Overall a good stay for our busy day requirements. Few of the dishes and cups stacked in the shelves needed extra cleaning before use. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher in the unit.

• Hannah (10/5): Amazing apartment for a couple or group of four - It was a beautiful apartment in a green and quiet neighborhood with a good connection to downtown. Everything looked brand new and the entire place was super clean. The host was very responsive and friendly and was flexible with the check-in time which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here as a couple or a group of four! One minor point - there was no possibility to fully darken the rooms. I’d recommend to bring a sleeping mask if you want to sleep past sunrise. Also not a big minus but there is not much in this residential area. If you are looking for cafes, restaurants or shops, you will have to drive a bit further.

NO parking on-site despite being advertised as having same - hosts advised on day prior to arriving that parking was on street! I would not have selected this property if it had been accurately described. Booking.com need to adjust their site to reflect the true facts. Bed was hard against wall on one side thus awkward for older guests.

• Christine (8/5): Great stay, better and cheaper than a hotel, but a couple of important notes.. - Very clean, high quality blinds, quiet bathroom fan, large shower, shampoo and conditioner, a coffee machine with coffee and filters, Netflix on the TV were all provided. NO air conditioner like advertised! And the wifi was very weak (next to useless) but there was the Netflix on the TV that worked just fine. The TV picture is pretty poor but was fine to just watch and wind down.

• Beatrice (9/5): Overall, great stay, but, the TV was a "downer". - Overall, the accommodation were clean with well stocked kitchen utensils, disposal garbage bags, and easy access to things around town. If there is one thing that I would suggest to the host is to buy a smart TV that automatically connects with internet with Amazon Prime/Hulu/DisneyPLus/etc, instead of the current one connected to some kind of device that shows only Chinese channels, YouTube TV, some other channels that's not that popular. I would rate Host probably 10/10 if host invest in better Smart TV that shows popular latest channels. Overall, good stay there.
