• Jeff (7/5): - Location is good, fast response and good communication with the owner. Not convenient to check in. The lock box was located on the tree located at another street. There were glue on the numbers of the lock box. I couldn’t easily turn numbers on the lock box. And a rubbish bag had been leaved in the sink when we arrived. The Internet connection WiFi was slow and not stable.
• Penny (3/5): Brilliant location but extremely overpriced for NY and needs a thorough overhaul of information sent to the booker. - The location. The pool. Check in process was appalling. Poor and unhelpful communication. No tv remote. Bed in master bedroom collapsing. Description of apartment sketchy and not full, eg there is no window in the second bedroom. Extremely overpriced for NY booking.

• Diana (6/5): It can be better prepared (for the accommodation) host/owner - The location was very strategic!! The bed in the master room one side is very shaggy. The toilet roll folder needs to be fixed. The tab in the bathroom need to be fixed. The shower head need to fixed (leaking so much water), the rice cooker as faulty. The bed side table On the second room was very far (out of reach). The communication was very very poor, especially the escalation process, where we were stood out side for more than 40 mins waiting for answer/confirmation what to do.( due to the last tenant lost the key). And the flexibility for the checkin in check out was very poor.

Would stay there again but a drier location for a key box would be appreciated. - The apartment is in a great location if you want to be near Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Quiet inside and comfortable. We had some trouble locating the correct keybox, which was kept in another street nearby. It was pouring with rain which meant our bags got wet and so did we while we tried to figure out which box out of many was ours. It was supposed to have a number written on it in handwriting, but it must have washed off making it a painful process. Was glad to find the apartment was nice though when we got there.

• Anonymous (9/5): Comfortable & relaxing stay - We had a great 3-night family stay at this hotel. The location was quiet and close to Chinatown, Market City, Chinese Garden and public transport. The beds & pillows were comfortable- perfect for a good night’s sleep. Great communication with the owner

• Helen (10/5): Location, and foodie heaven - Location is exceptional - easy walk to Chinatown (you are practically in Chinatown!), Paddys Market, Marketplace Shopping Center, Darling Harbour, and countless cafes and restaurants. You are also close to light rail stations which means you get access to Sydney's comprehensive public transport system. The apartment is lovely and clean, with comfy beds. The pool on level six is fantastic. I cannot recommend this place and location highly enough - we will try and book here again for our next trip to Sydney. There was no tea provided and the box of tissues were low. No big deal as we were able to purchase these items.
• Bradley (10/5): We would definitely comeback and stay on same apartment. Highly recommended to family and friends. - The location is really good. The apartment is very modern, spacious and very clean. The bed is too hard for us.
• Sally (9/5): Haymarket's best apartment - The location was amazing, and the host was also extremely friendly and helpful, checking in with us often and readily answering any questions we had. The apartment itself had such a homely feeling and although the picture provided showed only 4 chairs in the dining room, the owner actually provided two extra as we were a group of 6 people, so that was very sweet. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen utensils plentiful. Overall, everything we needed and more were provided, making this an extremely pleasant experience. For a 6 night stay, some of the amenities were slightly lacking. Due to the heat, there were also a few bugs.
• Greg (4/5): Disappointment due to no air conditioning and the inability of the owner to get it fixed saying it will be expensive to - The location was good and access to Chinatown for meals was good. The air conditioning did not work for our entire stay of three days. We advised the owner who requested the opportunity to repair the unit but the worker did not arrive. The rooms were very hot and stuffy. After considerable discussion we have been offered $200 for three nights with no air conditioning. We believe it should have been $300.
• Monica (9/5): Excellent base for Sydney. - The location was amazing, and the communication and instructions from the owner were fantastic. Clean with all the amenities you need. Could perhaps do with another armchair for 4th person to comfortably sit in lounge area.
