• Edward (9/5): - The location was amazing: two minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and the Mercado de San Miguel. Collecting the keys from the local pharmacy was novel but actually proved straightforward! The rooms were quite small but the apartment was modern and recently renovated and the beds were ultra-comfortable. Having a little balcony with views towards Plaza Mayor was great. Everything was great and I would strongly recommend, but not for people over 6' as some of the ceilings were quite low.

• Pontus (6/5): Tiny well kept flat near Plaza Mayor. - The location is good, near the royal castle and plaza mayor. The flat has a nice balcony and is in good condition, looks renovated in 2025. The bed was comfortable. Nice towels. The main problem with the flat is the size: it is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The photos are a bit misleading: the bed folds down and takes up all the space of the room. If you want to cook there is no place to sit.

• Ewa (3/5): - The location is great, the place is next to the Plaza Mayor. The place is basically a kitchen with a fold up bed and a tiny bathroom. No space to move around or open your suitcase. So it is a disaster for couples. Bad value for money.

Había todo lo necesario para poder estar en el piso. Cama plegable, bastante pequeño en general. En las fotos se mostraba el piso de al lado no el pequeño de 2. Y nos lo encontramos un poco sucio y no hemos encontrado una escoba. Espacio muy reducido, falta una mesa para comer dentro.

Las personas que gestionan el apartamento de 10. Me dejé las llaves dentro, y en una hora me vino una persona a abrir. Respuesta rápida cada vez que me ponía en contacto. • Melinda (10/5): Spotlessly clean - Amazing location - very helpful owners - The hosts were so friendly and helpful and answered every question within minutes. The location was unbelievable - a 10 second walk to the market which had every type of food and wine you could Possibly ask for. We didn’t mind the little bit of noise when we sat out on the balcony it made us feel like we were part of it. A 1 minute walk to the plaza and a 15 minute walk took you to many other fabulous locations. The views from the balcony were stunning Nothing at all

Logement trop exigu, peu fonctionnel, mal conçu : -Énorme frigo congélateur inutile, - aucun rangement ou espace pour ne serait ce que poser les valises si ce n'est un minuscule rangement de 3 tiroirs avec porte de placard ...non utilisable lorsque le lit est ouvert. Difficultés à aller sur la terrasse de même avec le lit ouvert. On identifie que ce n'est pas un lieu de vie, peu de matériel et même la cafetière italienne ne fonctionne pas sur la plaque à induction... Bruyant la nuit, impossible de fermer les volets en laissant la porte ouverte...

• Katerina (10/5): Comfortable stay in the best area of Madrid - We were staying in a larger 2 bedroom apartment. It is very compact but the space is used wisely. I would say it is more suitable for 3 people rather than 4 and was just right for us. The location is beyond perfect, right in the heart of Madrid with wonderful views from a lovely terrace which has both a nice shade and sun. Cleanness 10/10, towels and bed linen of very decent quality. We also really appreciated the abundance of washing detergent, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gels. The description of kitchen and other appliances is spot on. Great stay overall and highly recommended for a couple, small family or 3 adults. Shower cabins are small and both beds are rather short, but we managed just fine (my husband is 182 cm tall). However, it may be a problem for some. I would put an additional blackout curtain to the smaller bedroom window.

• Dániel (8/5): Pleasant surprise after confusing booking experience - I think the source of confusion for a lot of people in the reviews is that seemingly 2 different apartments are advertised under the same property. A small one for 2 pax and a larger one for 4. We had the one for 4 that came with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room and a terrace. Our apartment was comfortable and nice, albeit the bathrooms were small, you could barely stand inside the shower. The terrace is excellent, great view of the city with comfortable seating area. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of Madrid. Communication was nice and easy Booking this apartment was confusing, we weren’t sure until the last second what to expect. Some photos in the reviews show a much smaller 1 bedroom apartment. My guess is that if you book for 2, that’s the one you get. Double check with the property and the property may want to consider advertising these 2 options as separate apartments and not under one ad.
