The ambience once you step foot into the accommodation was indescribable. Well equipped TV with good sound system. One of the best antipasto platters I have ever had.

Loved that when we arrived , the fire had been lit , lovely music playing in the background - “The little seed” was warm with great ambience. Felt so relaxing right from the get-go. Quiet location with no traffic noise. Bath was perfect with plenty of hot water. Excellent kitchen fit out . Not a biggie but would have preferred if the toilet had walls and a door.

• Kirra (10/5): Beautiful and unique stay - A beautiful clean studio, every little detail has been thought of. We had the three course meal prepared by chef Charlie and the food was incredible. He was able to provide GF DF options for us too. Charlie and Peter were so generous and we felt very spoilt. An excellent location as well.

The ability to order dinner in-house was fantastic and the quality and generosity of the servings outstanding. We would highly recommend this property for a beautiful place to stay when exploring the area around Franklin.
• Donna (10/5): Perfect relax for a special treat with that special someone - Just beautiful place and beautiful hosts, relaxed chilled and welcoming vibe, spectacular flourishing permaculture garden to wander round, river views, creek to walk by, beautifully furnished studio with mesmerising artworks, and if that wasn’t enough, a to die for 3 course meal brought to us by Chef Charlie while we sat by the lake. Perfect to spoil yourselves for that special occasion :-) No faults whatsoever
