- Yenni (10/5): Excelente opción para ospedarce - Cumple con todo lo que se ofrece y en relación del tamaño se espacios supera por mucho, muy completo, impecable y lindo Más que algo que no me.gustaria tener en cuenta que se encuentra ubicado en zona de renovación urbana en pleno centro de la ciudad y por eso puede parecer inseguro el sector en realidad no se sintió asi, además cuenta con la posibilidad de salir a una calle principal por una vía alterna que hace parte del predio donde esta el edificio haciendo las salidas y e tratas muy seguras.

- Ernesto (10/5): Excelente ubicación si usted va a trabajar en el centro - Es un apartamento bien distribuido Solo debo observar que se le indique a los que alquilan el apartamento que ingresen por la portería que queda sobre la calle 10, donde queda la Sala de ventas del edificio
- Castro Martinez (10/5): muy agradable, cómodo y confortable. - instalaciones muy limpias, las adecuaciones en su interior excelentes. el anfitrión, una gran persona y ser humano. cordial, atento y muy amable. se siente uno, como en un apartamento de lujo. de pronto el sector, pero ningún inconveniente hubo.
