Al llegar había de todo en la habitación: secador, jabón, champú, pasta y cepillo de dientes, compresas, etc. No faltaba nada. También pensábamos que tendríamos un baño compartido con el resto de huéspedes, pero teníamos nuestro propio baño en la habitación. Hubo una pequeña confusión en las habitaciones y nos dieron el número incorrecto, pero se solucionó muy rápido y el personal fue muy amable.

- Roman (10/5): Amazing - I’d like to share my opinion about this hotel. It has a great location, not far from the city center, which makes it very convenient. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little extras — things like coffee with cream, waffles to enjoy with it, and a well-stocked bathroom with all the necessary amenities. These small details really made the stay more enjoyable.

- Adrien (1/5): Outrageously dirty, incredibly loud, simply unacceptable! - Nothing. It was the worst nightmare of my Booking.com experience. Despite booking months in advance, it was clear the property did not expect us at all. We were moved to another studio and then, an hour later, moved again due to the host’s disorganization, which was repeatedly blamed on “new staff.” The building smelled of toilet drains, and the room was clearly not cleaned: broken curtain, dirty carpet, toilet seat with urine stains, a wet towel, and a bathroom full of dirt and visible mold. Under the bed we found leftover Chinese takeaway food and rubbish, proving the room hadn’t been cleaned between guests. Sleeping was impossible due to extreme noise from upstairs neighbours all night. The property denied responsibility, blamed the cleaning staff, and offered no compensation whatsoever. This stay was dirty, loud, stressful, and unacceptable. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

- Jay (10/5): Comfortable and well located! - Very clean and with all the basic necessities, toiletries and items in the kitchen. I was kindly offered an excellent upgrade but I 'm sure all this owner' s properties are equally well appointed and cared for. Check in and out very easy with amenable hours. Nothing I can think of! Apart from not having the pleasure to greet my kind hosts in person.
