- Tomšíková (1/5): Neseriozní jednání, nechala nás na ulici - Dobrý den. Požádala jsem o zrušení, jelikož mi nic jiného nezbývalo, dostavili jsme se k bytu, napsali, že jsme na místě. Pronajímatelka nám poslala hlasovou zprávu, že byt není volný, nechala nás na ulici a ani se neobtěžovala s hledáním náhrady. Hrozný přístup. Dokonce neřešila na booking rezervaci, neřešila ji ani po našem požádání a požadovala po nás úhradu. Hrůza! Neseriózní jednání. Prosím Booking o zjednání nápravy!
