• Maria Daniela (10/5): - Buena ubicación. Muy cómodo. El proceso de check in es muy complicado. Mis padres no hubieran podido hacerlo solos. Te envían mensajes por la app, al whatsapp con un bot. Te envían cosas por PDF, otras cosas por video, otras cosas por enlace. Mezclan inglés con español… muy complicado.

• Roos (6/5): Ok for the price&one night only - It’s a big apartment with a lot of storage space if you plan on staying longer it’s a big plus! The kitchen is a bit over the top but really big as well with a big fridge and freezer. Also the different towels were such a plus. We had a car and the private and secure car park is really great in the city! It’s also a pretty royal parking spot which is very rare in Granada/cities. The bedrooms have black out roller awing which is good when you like it dark! It’s definitely not clean. There is dust and dirt in the everywhere and especially in bathroom. The shower drain was clogged. The place smells a bit musty too. It’s is SUPER noisy. You can hear the neighbors’ every step, chair pulling, opening door etc. We pretty much didn’t sleep at all… The price is low but we found out why… they have a beautiful terrace but had to take chairs from the inside to have a cup of coffee with the view and sun in the morning. Loads of cats and one of them slipped inside when I was enjoying the sun on the terrace…
• Ghorfazz (9/5): Sehr schöne 2-Stöckige Wohnung in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage. Perfekt. - Die Lage des Appartements ist ein zweischneidiges Schwert. Sie liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt, etwas ausserhalb der touristischen Massenaufläufe, aber an einem doch etwas steieln Berg, der nach einem Stadtbummel noch einen sportlichen Abschluss darstellt. Granada ist aber generell sehr bergig. Unser Dilemma war, dass unser Aufenthalt an Ostern exakt die Strassensperrungen aufgrund der Prozessionen beinhaltete und wir somit unser Gepäck von einem anderen Parkplatz dort nach oben schleppen mussten. Dafür kann die Unterkunft jedoch nichts, es sollte aber an Ostern berücksichtigt werden. Wenn man den Berg hochkommt, gibt es etwa 20 Meter vor dem eigentlichen Eingang eine entsprechende Hausnummer. Einfach ein paar Meter weitergehen und man ist dann bei der richtigen. (Gußeiserne Pforte) Das Appartment liegt in einem kleinen Komplex, der durch eine Pforte von der Strasse betreten wird. Die erste Öffnung der Pforte bei Ankunft erfolgt per Anruf. Der Hausschlüssel selbst ist in einer Box am Fenster mit Code verschlossen. Daran befinden sich dann auch die Schlüssel für die Pforte und die Garage. Letztere haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Pool war während unseres Aufenthalts noch nicht befüllt, liegt aber 5 Meter von der Haustüre entfernt und wird wohl gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, die Nachbarn waren alle sehr nett. Die Unterkunft selbst ist in die Altbauarchitektur integriert worden. Küche, Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Literatur, alles da. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen für einen Aufenthalt in Granada. Die Sehenswürdigekeiten und die Stadtmitte sind zu Fuß alle sehr schnell zu erreichen. Eine Waschmaschine wäre toll, da die Kombi mit der Garage viele Rundreise-Touristen anlockt und eine Wäsche zwischendurch immer sehr willkommen ist. Es gibt im Wohnbereich sehr wenige unbelegte Steckdossen, worauf ich den Vermieter auch hingewiesen habe. Man muss aber eingestehen, dass dies ohne baulich größere Maßnahmen nicht so einfach zu bewerkstelligen ist. Für das Laden von unseren Handys und Powerbanks hat es aber durchaus gereicht. Beide Punkte sind aber keine Beanstandungen am Appartement, da vorher bekannt oder nicht anders umsetzbar.

• Sara (9/5): Volveremos - La ubicación, el mimo con el que estaba decorado, la comodidad de las camas, la amplitud y lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina, que tuviese garaje (aunque no es apto para coches muy grandes). En general, todo. Hay que tener en cuenta que tanto las habitaciones como el baño están en la planta superior, a la que se accede por una escalera de caracol. • Noe (5/5): - La ubicación perfecta, las vistas inmejorables, pero al llegar al baño, la puerta estaba con dos dedos de suciedad en el cual se apreciaba que no se limpia de hace mucho tiempo, el espejo detrás de la puerta lleno de huellas de manos, y lo peor sin duda en las dos habitaciones al dejar los zapatos nos dimos cuenta que debajo de las camas habia grandes cantidades de polvo en el cuál se habían formado pelusones... todo genial pero la limpieza deberían haber limpiado antes de entrar clientes.

• Karina (9/5): - La ubicacion es muy buena en pleno Albaicin. Cuenta con un pequeño mirador en el patio y con una vista esplendida a la sierra. La cocina es grande y espaciosa. Que tenga lugar para dejar el auto es un plus importantisimo. El baño esta ubicado arriba con las habitaciones y si bien es amplio la escalera que lleva hasta ahi es un poco dificil de subir.

La cuisine est un peu vieillotte et doit être un peu mieux équipée. Le code d’accès ne fonctionnait pas, on ne pouvait accéder qu’avec la clé ce qui n’étais pas pratique.

The appartement was very dirty especially the shower. Was not feeling very welcome in the neighbourhood because of the protest against mass tourism which I know understand I will recommend not to book an AirBnB again in this town or other parts of Spain. Just book a hotel.

Le sourire et les efforts de la femme de ménage, La situation peut être un avantage si vous êtes jeune et en forme et venez en avion et en taxi. À fuir si vous venez en voiture ( le garage est impraticable) et la rue présente une pente de 17% !!! - L'accueil par email avec des explications et des photos illisibles et pas claires du tout. - L'appel à l'agence qui, incapable de nous conseiller, nous a enjoint de lire leur texte illisible ! Photo de la porte d'entrée qui ne se trouve pas sur la rue mais 25 marches au dessus d'une grille ( pas photographiée), - le jeu de piste pour trouver les clefs cachées sous un banc sur une petite place en face du logement, - un parking tellement exigü et mal fichu qu'on a dû aller garer notre 407 dans un parking public avec un supplément de 39€ pas remboursé , - une cuisine très vieilllotte et mal équipée, - un salon sans aucune luminosité !

L'eau de la douche s'écoulait très mal. L'escalier très étroit pour monter à la chambre et Salle De Bain. La paume de douche cassée . L'endroit où se trouve la machine à laver et l'étendoir à linge. D'ailleurs comme nous ne sommes jamais aller dans la 2ème chambre nous avons découvert la machine que le dernier jour en ouvrant le store. Nous avions toujours cru qu'il n'y avait pas de lave linge🤭

La ubicación espectacular, en el mismo albaicin, muy cerca del mirador de san Nicolás . Atención 24 horas vía WhatsApp. No es por no gustar!! La plaza de parking, es para un coche pequeño-mediano. El nuestro no cabía al ser un monovolumen grande. ( No es una queja, simplemente es un comentario)

A very spacious and comfortable apartment, well equipped with everything you need. Great location. Both the entrance gate and the key storage lock for the apartment have old, worn locks that jam. The apartment's furnishings are a bit old, which gives the impression of uncleanliness (although it was not dirty).
• Mustapha (1/5): I will never ever shoos this apartment because of the agent and the owners - The location The persons who are in charge of check in,we arrived round 2 pm with 40* in the street,they send me link many times witch I did correctly and send it back to them,they refuse to give me the key and Acces code to get in the appartement till I fill up this link,I told them that I have trouble to open the link and I already did with my passport and the same in all apartments and it works,those in Granada want me to do for all and it was not possible and they let me waiting till o send them the passport of my friends m,horrible also with the code and the keys to get in,the parking was too small for my car and there attitude was not professional!!! I know who I mean and they know me!! I loved the city but not the person in charge for both agency and the owner!!! Pool was great and the building as well!!

• Piotr (9/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location - Two-level apartment with a spacious living room and a comfortable bedroom. The location is great, with a spectacular view from the terrace and walking distance to the Alhambra. The parking place in the garage was really useful. Communication with the host was very quick through WhatsApp. The kitchen could be better equipped with some basic articles (we were missing sugar). The sofa covers could be exchanged more often.

• Watts (7/5): Good value flat in a great location with a pool - The apartment is in a great location and has a shared pool with great views. The electricity cut out three times when we were cooking. I phoned the host who explained that I need to take out all the fuses, then put them back to get the power back on. I had to do that repeatedly to be able to finish cooking the meal. We were not operating any other appliances at the time, just had the sitting room air conditioning on. This is something that needs to be sorted. There was no bath mat and the tea towel provided was a pillow case. As the flat is on the ground floor, it is a little dark in the sitting/dining room.

• Maria (9/5): Fabulous Apartment, great location - Location was fantastic. Plenty of great places to eat including flamenco bars. Bakery, coffee and pastries, market and supermarket all within a short stroll to Plaza Larga. Alhambra lookout was very close as well. Great hang out place with the most amazing views. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good security. We stayed in the apartment for 18 days and it felt like a home away from home. I don't like to give bad reviews and this is merely a suggestion to the host for people staying for longer periods of time. Perhaps to have more than 1 towel per person, extra tea towels, extra bed sheets, more teaspoons and at least a strainer. I had to buy afew of these things including a coffee maker as the one supplied wasn't working well. Otherwise I would have given a rating of 10.

• Dayna (8/5): Great location in the hills- night view a ten! - Great view of city from communal terrace. Rooms were larger than in photos ( except LR and bathroom which were exact) tricky driving in- easier to park and take taxi or bus. Bus # 31&32 go by super regularly- save the hill walking. Bed comfy- heaters worked great. Main rooms were clean but kitchen drawers and appliances were dirty. Kitchen cupboards had lots of broken parts which doesn’t really matter for a few nights. Place would be a 10 if kitchen and bath weren’t so dated. If you can’t walk hills don’t pick this spot or this neighborhood. Gate had to be accessed backwards ( from behind) maybe easy for some but was difficult in the dark. Not owners fault as it’s the gate for the whole complex but I didn’t like standing around late at night fumbling with the lock. Tip- lock box has to have the number code pressed in again to lock it. Wasn’t like others I’ve used before. Person before me had trouble- owner said that but never said how to do it. I googled manual . Small circular staircase could be tricky if you’ve got big feet or are older.

And you are like 30 minutes walking to the entrance of The Alhambra. The are to eat or drink stunting is only 15 mins walking so a good place calm not noise and close to everything
