• Hudzenko (7/5): Overall a good place to stay, with friendly support, safe parking, and nice leisure facilities - Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is located in a nice, familiar, and comfortable city, which makes it easy to relax and feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which we truly appreciated. A big plus is the secure parking — it was easy and comfortable to park the car. The territory is guarded, which adds to the feeling of safety. The hotel offers a great swimming pool and a large tennis court. The room had rackets, balls, and everything needed for a longer stay. Overall, a good place with helpful hosts and nice facilities. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, so I recommend checking recent reviews before booking, but they did not affect our overall experience.

• Diego (3/5): Odio las cucarachas, 2 noches sin dormir - La Ubicación Cucarachas saliendo del fregadero, sin luz en uno de los baños, colchones de resortes, los techos del baños cayendo la pintura y con humedades, las baldosas sueltas en el piso, el balcón con muy mal olor, los sillones muy deteriorados, calidad precio, fatalllllll.

The location was good and the security of the premises was also great. - All details about key collection was clearly communicated in a link sent before travel there was no instructions on how to enter the property with a car -the gate opens only via remote. since it was a large residential complex there was no information on which parking lot to be used. However when we watsapped the staff, they immediately responded.
