• Paresh Hamirbhai (9/5): The pleasent stay - Great location with great neighbourhoods and access to all Sevilla’s top site locations. Free Parking was cherry on top. Everything was perfect for a family of four😀
• Ana (10/5): Great stay, nice apartment - The property is nice, clean, well maintained, with everything you need, spacious enough for 4 people. Some good restaurants, bars and shops are just nearby. The host was very nice, having an excellent communication with us before and during our stay. Old city center is about 20 min walk. The area is nice, we liked the fact that was not right in the center. I think this apartment is a very good choice. The only issue we had was with hot water that some times was not available, but only after few attempts. The host mentioned that will be solved soon, so no big issue.
• Ivan Bruno Kelava (9/5): Sjajno! - Sve je novo i uredno. Domaćin je na raspolaganju. Sjajna lokacija. Jednostavana ulazak i parking pomocu aplikacije. Sve super. Jedina stvar je da nisu imali protvan u pećnici, a mi smo računali na to, jer kada vidiš pečnicu očekujes i posudu za nju.

• Vicki (9/5): Modern apartment in convenient location - The property is well located and beautifully presented. It is safe, comfortable and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms is convenient. Emilio was easily contactable and provided clear instructions. The shower in the second bathroom is tiny and unsuitable for anyone of medium or large build. A second couch would make the living area more usable.

All compliments to the host, Emilio, who provided detailed instructions and was always available. He even prepared a guide with the top attractions in Seville. Highly recommended accommodation!
• Joanna (9/5): Fabulous apartment with everything we needed for our 5 night family trip! - Clean, comfortable apartment with a nice decor, good sized bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms were great. Little things like the welcome pack in the kitchen are so useful. The host was so helpful even before we arrived with recommendations for restaurants/activities etc. It’s a quiet neighborhood, with a small supermarket at the end of the street(so handy) and only a 10 min walk to the busier parts of Seville. We loved it and thanks Emilio for being a fab host! We would happily stay again.

The location is convenient, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the historic centre and very easy to reach by car. Free parking in the same building is a most valuable addition. Emilio was a fantastic host. Although we never met in person, he was immediately reachable by whatsapp messaging and responded within minutes to our requests, always doing his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. • Marilena (10/5): Great location. Close to all of Sevilla’s tourist sites. - Location was close to all of Seville major sites. The apartment was modern, clean and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Easy short 10 minute walk to the Center of Sevilla. Grocery store just around the corner. Easy access to lots of restaurants and bars. A different repeat. No complaints. All was excellent.
• Deirdre (6/5): Perfect base for city sightseeing and nice apartment, just a shame the pool wasn’t more welcoming for us. - About 15 to 20 mins walk into the centre, which was perfect. The property was clean, kitchen well equipped and clean. Nice big fridge and a fab washing machine. Beds were really comfortable and the owner has provided ample bedroom linen and towels. The smaller shower room needs reconfiguring, it was very awkward getting in and out of the small shower. cubicle. The biggest disappointment for us was the lack of any pool furniture, making the pool more functional rather than a place to relax for a few hours and read etc….we didn’t find the bench comfortable and didn’t want to lie on astroturf. Did offer to buy some chairs but was told that we couldn’t leave them in the apartment, I guess it’s because essentially, this is a residential area and not a holiday apartment. Shame really.
• Majapro (9/5): Great stay - Location is great - walking distance to city center and stadion Sevilla FC. Two big bedrooms, each one with own bathroom. Kitchen is fully equiped. Shower in one of the bathrooms is really small.
• Barbara (8/5): It was very nice once we found the apartment and the garage. - I liked the neighborhood and the food at the restaurants. The app was not that helpful. I found it very difficult to find the garage and the apartment.
