• Troy (5/5): Fair but won’t go again due to the difficult check in / out procedures required by the property - Clean nice apartment The check in / out requirements / procedures were ridiculously difficult Obtaining a key from lock box was difficult with little information given even when contacting the host by phone

• Izabela (9/5): It was an excellent stay in a safe , clean place with a beautiful view as a bonus. - I liked the view from the window, it is a nice functional apartment! I didn’t like the fragrance sticks placed at few spots of the apartment . Some people have allergies, besides they are full of chemicals dangerous for your lungs. I was required to switch off the air conditioner/ heating but there was no manual available, it was not clear on the wall control where is the on/ off switch.

• lara (10/5): Toowong Stay - Upon arrival it was easy to navigate with the instructions sent to us by our host, hassle free, the unit had spectacular views, the room and amenities were clean, the bedroom with the full scale view windows added such a classy feel to it, the price for the three nights were affordable. Added bonus the shopping centre is literally a 3min walk. Loved everything ❤️ There is nothing to complain about and if people do then they are just salty people.
• Scott (7/5): Apartment good, support Team appalling, I don't think I would go back again - The location to my Work was good with a short commute to my Brisbane Office. The size & layout of the Apartment was also good including the built in Work Station. The Air Conditioner did not work correctly it was set to 26c Heat & could not be turned down or Off & all the Help Team wanted to do was send instruction Manuals (which did not fix the problem) because it would Cost Money for a repair person to attend the Apartment, the heat in the Apartment was uncomfortable for the week even with the Doors completely open. There was No Ironing Board in the Room but there was a Broken Iron in the Room that was sitting in a pool of Water which I cleaned up & I was told that the Apartment was not offered with these Items so if I wanted to Iron then I should go & purchase the Items, I had to locate an Ironing Service to re Iron my Business Shirts. I was very upset with this because in the Term of Departure if the Iron & Ironing Board are missing when the Room is inspected I will have the replacement Cost deducted from my Security Deposit

• Leonie (7/5): It was an ok place in a great location - Location was exactly what I needed with shopping centre close by and plenty of eat places also a massage shop The bed was horrendous , I didn’t sleep well at all & worse as nights went on !! The towel rack in bathroom I feel like it was sticking out , I seemed to run into it several times , The bathroom sink was lovely and big but nowhere to put clothes other than toilet !! There also seemed to be a lot of instructions to get in and then to get out as well . I feel like I’d rather a reception !! I’m sorry I didn’t know how to turn the a/c off ( very different to anything I’ve seen !!!

• Damian (6/5): Damos stay - The location of the apartment is centre to everything you can need to live comfortably, the view of Brisbane City from the roof was stunning . The infinite pool was beautiful and I loved how the roof had access to barbeques. The only problems I found were that the toilet made a loud squeel when flushed,causing complaints from other tenants,this did not bother me but I do feel for the tenants below and beside me due to how annoying the sound would've been. The exhaust fan above the stove did not work so had to resort to opening the doors to release smoke from cooking. The bed was not comfortable at all to sleep on which I struggled with for 9 days. I found the carpet on the ground to be much more comfortable.
• Mark (4/5): By Pass this one when looking for units in Toowong - Excellent location - close to transport and food outlets. Difficult to book in and out. Superficial cleanliness - many long hairs around the place upon entry, including kitchen and bathroom. Showed the managing agent. Television only set up for streaming - no alternate. Managed to have new TV for FT air first evening. No TV in separate bedroom. Spare pillows no protectors or cases. Spare Pillows very dirty. Managed to have pillows replaced with appropriate coverings first evening. Exhaust fan and light above 4 burner gas hob not working. LED bench above light turned on but then went off. Clothes dryer worked for 5 minutes. only warmed up and then stopped. Could repeat this process one hour later - part of the frame got very hot. Marketed as Band New and Brilliant- 5 years old. Fittings were not brilliant, very cheap Kmart style. Lounge was torn. I left many notes advising of problems and dirt which has been left unattended for long periods, including the in cupboard garbage bin - I don't think the bottom of the bin has ever been washed. I have a collection of photos to confirm my comments. Additionally, the Managing Company is private and not in the letting pool, therefore no in house contact available. This company held a $300 damage deposit, I think they should be paying people to stay.
• Yvette (10/5): Exceptional - NIce, bright and clean apartment and stocked with everything I could need. Collecting the keys was a bit of a fiddle, especially arriving quite late in the evening and with luggage.
