• Amanda (9/5): - Location was PERFECT. Room was a little dated, but clean and functional. Plenty of space for both teenage boys (the older one LOVED the curtained room - go figure the little things making a big difference. 2 way bathroom presented some issues but otherwise it was perfect and it will be our first 'go to' room when we stay at Mooloolaba into the future. Room was a little dated, but comfortable and functional.
• Ray (8/5): Awesome - Toilet paper 2 x half rolls. Need non slip mat in the main bathroom shower floor is very slippery when wet.
• Maureen (10/5): Fabulous stay at the Sirocca - We loved the location of the apartment every thing you need on your doorstep with a fantastic view. The apartment was beautiful really comfortable beds and the pillows were great..only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return for a longer visit as we visit our daughter and family every year from Scotland! 10/10 Nothing fan

• Puneet Singh (9/5): - Almost everything. Location, cleanliness, facilities within the accommodation were great. Spacious and comfortable unit. Not much. It's just getting keys from mailbox rather than concierge. That human touch was missing. Some minor things like hand tissues n towels, bedsheets generally replaced by staff was not done as the unit wasn't managed by the m. And for everything we have to text the offsite managers.

• Katherine (7/5): - Location and kitchen Third room was just a living room with curtains on two sides, not really a room at all! Beds were too low and unbelievably uncomfortable. Pillows also unsupportive and uncomfortable. For that price I expect a decent night's sleep. No body wash provided and not enough toilet paper provided for number of people.

Only parking for one vehicle. Additional car we needed to park offsite - across the road but was an additional $80 for our stay.

• David (10/5): It was a last minute decision, so with a discount on top of the genius discount actually was good value. Great apartment - Amazing views, really spacious inside and very well equiped. Just the two of us this visit, easily sleeps 6 but I would think 2 couples would be very comfortable. Nothing at all
• Kerri (8/5): Fantastic location! - Wonderful location, superb view and spacious layout. Not managed by Sirocco so adjust your expectations. Not as clean as expected, some internal maintenance required. Third room has curtains rather than walls with a fold out lounge as well as bed. This may suit family and not appeal to others. Keys must be picked up at location away from Sirocco and you may find difficulty parking to achieve this. Building work noise behind Sirocco did not affect the comfort of this unit.

• Helen (6/5): Great location, spoilt by unit facilities - Great location Is not a 3 bedroom unit, as advertised. A curtained area with foam rubber, a futon that does not lie flat, is not a bedroom. Made sleeping arrangements very chaotic. Sagging, old couch. Dining table with only 4 chairs.
• German (5/5): Great location, but the hotel feels more like a two-star motel. - View , location, pool with jacuzzi The hotel is outdated and smells damp. • The air conditioning system in the room is leaking, and the damage to the walls suggests this has been an issue for a while. • The carpet is very old. • There are a few cockroaches. • Bathroom ventilation is poor. • The beds are uncomfortable, leading to a bad night’s sleep.+ noisemakers neighbors.
• Paul (5/5): Passable - Location was great, fantastic views, loved the little extras like condiment's in the fridge. Could have been cleaner, holes in the carpet in the main bedroom, only 2 dishwasher tabs for a weeks stay, only one extra rubbish/bin liner supplied. While paying a very premium price, I'd expect to not have to go get these little things. Its the small things that make a difference. Furniture was outdated. There were mattresses shoved behind a couch and tiles from a recent bathroom reno in the walk-in robe.

Bed and pillows were not good, we didn't sleep well because of that. people in apartment above us were moving furniture around and we couldn't sleep because of that. Needs a good clean for dust. Would have appreciated more body, wash, soap when staying for 3 nights. We weren't provided with enough product. Had to get cleaners back to clean dirty glass table and dirty mirrors
• Naomi (10/5): Exceptional accommodation in a central location. - Everything about this property screams quality with exceptionally spacious comfort and location/views way above average. The air conditioning, supremely comfortable beds, beautiful linen, big spa bath, beach towels provided, crockery, cutlery, glassware, furniture, outdoor BBQ and separate living/media area were exceptional. Great value for money and exceptional service by Shane the property manager. Everything was amazing!

It has 2 bedrooms both with private bathroom attached, 2 separate lounge rooms both with large lounge and TV..a nice big veranda facing the beach.. beautiful views..! The photos shown are exactly what you will get..! For the price I was very pleased.. great location, with lots of restaurants close by within walking distance.. our stay was just beautiful..! 😁
