Lo staff è molto disponibile e attento alle necessità. La camera è dotata di ogni confort, anche stoviglie x la colazione è presente la macchina del caffè con cialde fornite e un tostapane. La zona è un po distante dal centro, per cui bisogna sempre spostarsi in macchina

That is something I look for when I read reviews and that was what drew me to renting this room and it did not disappoint…the room and bathroom were immaculate!! We really enjoyed the outdoor bistro set for our breakfast meals as well! There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like! The room was clean and the treat bar was a cute added touch!

• Grace (6/5): Pleasant - There is no bedroom. A whole place is one suite. There is no mirror and sink except in the bathroom. The sofa bed is not comfortable.
• Robert&carolyn (10/5): Large, clean basement apartment well positioned for Niagara Falls & 20" to Niagara-on-the-Lake - Well set up for a short or medium stay. The self-service station has a Microwave, Toaster, fridge, kettle and Keurig coffee maker as well as all the accessory items you need - cutlery, dishes, mugs, wine glasses etc. We appreciated the snack / drink tray that was available. SO much better than the mediocre hotels/motels in this region and a better price than NOTL B&B's We will be staying here every year for our annual Shaw Festival & Winery's trip. Highly recommended

• Alice (10/5): Really enjoyed the space and the way it was arranged. - The place was immaculate, bed was very comfortable. Well equiped, included toaster, kettle, plates, cups and cutlery. Access to Netflix was appreciated. It needs an iron and ironing board.

• Micaela (10/5): Very satisfied 😀 - The facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the sofa bed too, it had a fridge, glasses, cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Everything you need. They also gave us bottles of water and some free snacks! Towels for the showers, hair dryer and shampoos! For me the experience was a 10 and we are very happy and of course willing to return. If I had to make a criticism it would be that you have to go by car to get to Niagara Falls but then there are many car parks there so it was not a problem for us.

• Adam (10/5): Comfortable, accommodating and lovely. - Simply booked th cheapest room available not realizing I had booked a basement. Compared to years of Niagara motels this basement was a five star hotel. The space was well lit and clean, the bed and fold out couch comfortable and a wonderful full bathroom. It was heaven compared to what I was used to. Nothing, it suited my every need
