• Aurélie (10/5): Magnifique séjour Sevillan - La beauté du patio, la propreté de l'appartement et l’accueil chaleureux de Piroska (et ses conseils avisés) ont rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. L’emplacement était parfait : à 10 minutes de la cathédrale, à 10 minutes de la place Alfalfa — idéale pour un déjeuner tapas avec les enfants et une pause au parc — et à 12 minutes de l’Alcázar. • Alexander (5/5): Enttäuschende Unterkunft, wir haben mehr erwartet. - Die Lage. Schlechte, nicht hilfreiche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Innenstadt gesperrt und auf die Frage, wann bzw. ob wir die Garage nutzen können, konnte uns keine Auskunft gegeben werden. Auf die Frage, welche alternativen Parkmöglichkeit zur Verfügung stehen wurde darauf verwiesen, dass wir dieses selber online herausfinden sollen. Die Waschmaschine hatte kein Waschmittel, es gab keine Seife im Badezimmer und die Handtücher waren schmutzig mit braunen Flecken.

• Dario (7/5): - Ich habe in diesem Apartment in Sevilla übernachtet und mein Gesamteindruck ist überwiegend positiv, aber es gibt ein paar Dinge, die man wissen sollte. Die größte Stärke des Apartments ist definitiv die Lage – sie ist wirklich hervorragend und wahrscheinlich das Beste an dieser Unterkunft. Auch die Garage ist sehr gut und in einer Stadt wie Sevilla ein großer Vorteil. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Außerdem habe ich den Eindruck, dass die angegebene Größe von 90 m² etwas übertrieben ist, da das Apartment kleiner wirkt als beschrieben. Das einzige größere Problem hatte ich beim Betreten des Apartments. Der Zugang funktioniert über eine App auf dem Handy. Wenn man sich mit Technik nicht gut auskennt, kann das schwierig sein. Bei mir hat es leider fast zwei Stunden gedauert, bis ich endlich in das Apartment gekommen bin, was nach der Anreise ziemlich frustrierend war. Außerdem ist man ohne Telefon bzw. ohne geladene Batterie praktisch nicht in der Lage hineinzukommen. Deshalb würde ich dieses System besonders für ältere Personen nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Noch ein Punkt zur Garage: Sie ist zwar sehr gut, aber man muss zuerst in das Apartment gehen, um die Schlüssel zu holen, und erst danach kann man in die Garage fahren. In meinem Fall musste ich vor der Garage warten, weil dort kein Parken erlaubt ist. Insgesamt: Top Lage und gute Garage, aber der Zugang zum Apartment sollte einfacher und klarer organisiert sein.

• Marit (5/5): - Die Lage war super Der Weg zur Wohnung mit dem Auto war sehr schwer zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach und spartanisch eingerichtet/ungemütlich. Das Bett hatte keinen Bettbezug und war damit unhygienisch.
• vaso1112 (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ( το πόσο κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος είναι), το πάρκινγκ, η άμεση ανταπόκριση του διαχειριστή του διαμερίσματος στα μηνύματα μας. 1) Δεν είχε σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα ενώ είχε κουνούπια μέσα στο διαμέρισμα, 2) Δεν υπήρχε εναλλακτική μαξιλαριού κ αυτά που είχε ηταν πολύ ψηλά για τον αυχένα κ 3) Είχε μόνο 1,5 χαρτί υγείας στην τουαλέτα ενώ θα μέναμε 3 ενήλικες για 2 βραδιά...δεν ήταν αρκετό...

• Erika (10/5): Saját parkolós apartman - Pár perc sétára a belvárostól, katedrálistól, kiváló helyen. Saját parkolója van, az ára benne foglaltatik a szállás árában. Ez látva a szűk utcákat, a parkolók hiányát fantasztikus adottság. A szállás nagy, kényelmes, és tiszta. A szállásadó egyértelmű információkat adott a bejutáshoz, így könnyű volt a bejelentkezés. Sevillaban csak erre a szállásra mennék újra! Köszönjük! -

Nacho, siempre atento a lo que necesitemos. Llegamos en auto y aparcamos gratis en el estacionamiento. Nos costó entrar, por ello, sugerimos mejorar las instrucciones para aquellos que van vehículo.
• Raquel (1/5): Pésima no aconsejable - La cama Experiencia muy negativa y totalmente desaconsejable. Pagué el apartamento con antelación y, durante la reserva, todo parecía correcto. El problema llegó el mismo día de la entrada. Al llamar al propietario para que me facilitara la ubicación exacta y las instrucciones de acceso, se negó a atenderme alegando que estaba trabajando y que no podía ayudarme. Como consecuencia, me encontré de noche, bajo una lluvia intensa, sola en la calle, con maletas y sin saber dónde estaba el alojamiento, completamente empapada. Una situación inadmisible y muy angustiosa para cualquier huésped. Tuve que llamar a Booking para quejarme. Me indicaron que debía esperar hasta una hora para que me buscaran una solución. Solo entonces, y tras la intervención de Booking, el propietario decidió llamarme antes de que pasara esa hora, claramente para evitar la cancelación. La atención fue fría, tardía y poco profesional. Al llegar al apartamento, lejos de mejorar la experiencia, la situación empeoró: no había agua caliente, ya que el calentador estaba desenchufado, algo absolutamente inaceptable, especialmente después de llegar mojada y en esas condiciones. Falta total de atención al cliente, nula empatía y una gestión muy deficiente. No recomiendo este alojamiento y aconsejo a futuros huéspedes extremar la precaución.

L’appartamento è praticamente “nuovo”, spazioso con tutte le comodità. I due bagni sono veramente utili. La posizione è perfetta per spostarsi a piedi ovunque. Purtroppo da un bagno proveniva il tipico odore di “fogna”. Problema comunque risolvibile tenendo la porta chiusa.

• Lotte (8/5): Heel aangenaam om Sevilla te ontdekken - De ligging is ideaal tussen de bezienswaardigheden en op wandelafstand van alles en een rustige buurt. Het zwembad was zeker een succes om af te koelen. Wij gebruikte namelijk de UV parasol voor wat schaduw aan het zwembad en zo was het heel aangenaam. Top dat dit ter beschikking is. Over het appartement zelf is er weinig te zeggen. Het goed uitgerust, aangename airco, alles aanwezig van keukenspullen, handdoeken, zeep, beddengoed,… Het terras was niet zo aantrekkelijk zoals op de foto. Dit nodigt niet uit om te gaan zitten.

• Andrew (5/5): Great location...but a few issues made the stay not the best - The best thing about this property is the location. It's really great to bee in the midst of the Barrio Santa Cruz with it's narrow streets and shops and restaurants all over! The only bad thing about the location is that it is difficult for vehicles to access. We were dropped off by a van and had to walk a bit to get to the property and when we requested an Uber, the driver must have stopped somewhere else because we didn't see him and we had to walk a bit to a small hotel to get a ride. But again, the location is really great for being in the heart of things and it's also very quiet at night! We had some issues with our stay. First, there were ants. We encountered no less than 50 live ants. Most of them were in the bathroom at the end of the unit and specifically in the shower. I showered in there and they kept coming out of the wall, where the faucet was. I ended up stopping my shower and moving to the other bathroom to finish. I sprayed the shower with bug killer which was supplied in the unit but that stunk up the bathroom for a day. The other bathroom did not have ants but that shower had a sewage odor. If you kept the shower door closed, it wasn't too bad but you could still smell it slightly throughout the small unit. If the shower door was open, it was a very strong odor. Those were the two main issues. I brought them up to management and they were very quick with a response. They offered to have maintenance come and try to deal with these issues but we were leaving the next day so it wasn't worth it. It definitely affected our satisfaction with the stay however.

También nos ha gustado la buena comunicación con el propietario, la amplitud del baño, el tamaño de la cama y la climatización. No hemos tenido problemas para encontrar la llave, las indicaciones fueron muy claras. No nos ha resultado nada acogedor. Falta algo de decoración y que esté más cuidado. Había bombillas fundidas (varias), el sofá está hecho polvo y no se cambia a pesar de que más personas lo han puesto en los comentarios. Es una lástima, porque podría ser un buen apartamento.

• Vito (9/5): Passaggio fuori programma. - Accoglienza gentile e professionale , struttura con camera e servizi pulita , ristorante interno . Una pecca l'ho trovata nel bagno , la vasca priva di appigli e magari un tappeto antiscivolo nella vasca sarebbe opportuno metterla.

La propreté de l’appartement Le calme de l’immeuble Le loueur a été arrangeant le dernier jour et nous a autorisé de quitter les lieux une heure plus tard. La piscine fermée depuis le 15 octobre alors que l’offre ne mentionnait pas du tout cette fermeture. Le fait de le découvrir 3 jours avant d’arriver en demandant si l’établissement fournissait des serviettes pour la piscine. L’appartement est très sombre.

Trying to locate this apartment was impossible and we used two different sat nav options. Even taxi drivers dropped us off at locations nearby. Even though we had paid for parking it was just impossible to find/reach. So I dropped my friend off so she could walk and access the property and I ended up parking outside the old town and got a taxi with luggage back to the property as above! Plus if you don't have a wifi signal you won't be able to access the door keys!

• Diego (10/5): Excelente lugar. Bonito, limpio, seguro. - El lugar muy bonito, muy bien organizado y limpio. La ubicacion excelente, muy cerca de los lugares históricos para visitar, facil de ubicar y de llegar, además cercano a medios de transporte. Todo estuvo perfecto. No tengo reparo alguno.

• Isabelle (1/5): - Het was er stinkend vuil. Er zou iemand komen poetsen maar deze was nog niet gepasseerd de dag voordien. Ik betaalde cash de host en liet het geld achter op een tafel, nam een foto met datum en uur. Men beweert het niet ontvangen te hebben. Nu moet ik nog eens betalen. Het is een echte schande. Deze accommodatie zou niet meer op booking mogen staan. Ik heb al tientallen boekingen gedaan, ben Genius 3 en ben zelf een host en dan word ik zo behandeld....

• Elie Tohme (9/5): I recommend this apartment for tourists. - Location was good and the apartment was clean and near everything, you can go anywhere without a car, calm street at 3minutes from the cathedral area. The pressure of the water is not perfect, but no problem it can be used for a bath.

• Kym (9/5): - Very centrally located. Very clean apartment. Appreciated mid week clean and new towel provision. Dusty under the beds. Shower in the main bathroom didn't work properly. My son and daughter had ro run it for 10 minutes before it became hot. As a result my daughter used the ensuite to shower.
• Noelia (10/5): Buena elección. Cómodo, y cerca del centro. - La cercanía a la mayoría de sitios del centro. Es un apartamento, muy cómodo, el mobiliario nuevo, y acogedor. Y el que tenga cochera, se agradece. Aunque íbamos con un coche grande, y nos costó algo meterlo, pero es un acierto. La piscina, muy bien, no cubre, limpia, y para los días calurosos de Sevilla, viene estupenda. La verdad, que todo ha estado bien.

Por cierto,nos dejaron entrar en la habitación 2 horas antes del check in..(😊) Todo perfecto

Fui sempre acompanhada por mensagens e chamadas com as informações do apartamento. Foram entregues as chaves em mão e explicação do funcionamento do apartamento. Ser complicado o acesso a estacionamento para descarregar/carregar as malas.

• Karollaaa (8/5): Plusy i minusy - Jest cicho jak na bliskość do głównych atrakcji. Parking ok, jak to w Hiszpanii, dość ciasny, ale bez przesady. Skoda Camiq dała radę. Mieszkanie jest ładne, chociaż niektóre elementy są już zużyte, szuflada w łazience robiła okropny hałas, bo domykanie było uszkodzone. Zero półki pod prysznicem. Żeby wejść do środka używają zamka na aplikację, jak rozładujesz telefon to jest problem. Basen jest dużo mniejszy i brzydszy niż na zdjęciach i zamykają o 20:30 łańcuchem z kłódką. Byłam w szoku , bo z reguły prosza5o ciszę, ale można skorzystać zachowując się odpowiednio...Do tego trzeba brać dwa klucze żeby tam wejść.. Zero elastyczności, wymeldowanie o 11 i usłyszeliśmy, że nie można nawet pół godziny przedłużyć bo inni goście będą wcześniej, czyli podwójne standardy.. Generalnie wypisują i pytają o której będziesz, jakby się mieli spotkać, a zameldowanie jest automatyczne. W kuchni wyposażenie ok ale na przykład ani grama soli, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, ale zero kapsułek, nawet na jedną kawę... Klimatyzacja centralna, niestety na minus, bo wieje najbardziej w przedpokoju, w salonie ciut za ciepło a w sypialniach za zimno. Ale najbardziej mnie zniesmaczył zimny kontakt z obsługą.
