No me gusto que no expliquen antes de hacer la reserva el uso de la piscina y otros espacios son restringidos dependiendo el tiempo que te hospedes. El.parqueo tambien no me dijeron que era 1 valor aparte.

Mark (10/5): - I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing. The main downsides are the loud nightlife, especially on Friday nights, and the noise from the construction site across the street, so it may not be ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Thomas (9/5): Besides some very small cleanliness issues we enjoyed our stay immensely, great location and great amenities. Would reco - Good location, nice spacious rooms. Lots of security, pool hot tub and gym access. The room had a washer and dryer, great price, and they provided a crib for my 7 month old. Perfect if staying in Guayaquil for many days or with children. Could have been a bit cleaner, found food and some trash in the couches and some of the pillows had stains on them.

Vera (10/5): Any questions or concerns just talk to Martha she will do her best to make sure your stay is amazing - I came on a last min trip to visit family. And this was near many restaurants and bars. I cant express how helpful and attentive the host was from the min i checked in to check out. Shout out to Martha Montesinos, she was absolutely great. i will most certainly be returning and booking another stay here. Nothing i just asked Martha and it was resolved.
Marcela (1/5): Terrible! - I liked the view and the pool that I barely got to be in due to the host not being able to give me the right sensor to enter the pool algo, we had the female security follow us everywhere we went to the pool. Me gusta la vista, la piscina tambien estaba chevere durante el tiempo que pude estar. The host was very rude. I will not be coming back due to my he poor communication skills of our host she went as far as allowing me to be locked out of my suite; not being able to get inside the pool I only got to get he enjoy the pool for 2 days after having to fight to get in. Was lied to about not being able to have visitors when it says I can invite up to 4 visitors, she lied and would continuously change the story and rules to her own accommodation. The police outside the building tried to charge my cousin 1$ for each time they came to visit when they were already registered to come in and have been coming in since the beginning of my stay. It wasn’t a welcoming experience , also to not mention the fact the host tried to charge me a 200$ fine for saying the music in my suite was too loud and the trash that I’ve left outside for the people to come and pick up which she told me via what’s app that it was okay as long as it was by the door. The host Selora also told me that she felt like my baby sitter when I asked her to let me in the suite after being locked out, she told me to wait 45 mins because she was doing something. I’ve left some clothes and products in the suite which upon communicating before leaving she did mention that she would return my things, she yells and tells me that I can’t have it back and wanted to charge me a 400$ fine . NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR MY BIRTHDAY.

Joseph (10/5): Amazing apartments and hosts - The apartments are so nice. Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Leslie (5/5): If you want a safe place that doesn’t give you access to adjust the ac temperature and doesn’t have hot water this is yo - The location was great and felt safe the entire time. There is 24 hour security. We had no control over the ac. There were locked. When we got there it was at 28 cel/82 far. Once my wife complained the host says that she didn’t have control over it but once we got back it was at 19 cel/66 far. We had to ask for a comforter. There was no hot water. If you left it running for a while the water may be room temperature at best. The blinds in the restroom did not cover the whole window so potentially people from The construction site next could see you showering. There were socks left from the previous people in the window sill. The upside is that while Ecuador is going through an electricity issue and the power goes out for up to 10 hours a day, this building has a generator that you will still have power for small electronics and tv but no stove and ac.
