• philippe (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement est pratique pour faire beaucoup de visites à pieds . Il est doté de deux salles de bains et douche et de deux wc,ce qui est un point fort pour gagner du temps lorsqu'on est plusieurs . Les lits qui grincent. Les odeurs de remontées d'égouts.

Había dos calderas para el agua caliente, una no funcionaba, por lo tanto una ducha no tenia agua caliente y la otra goteaba muchísimo, se nos llenó el baño de agua. La persona encargada de limpiar el apartamento llegó antes de la hora del check out para intentar hacernos fuera mas pronto. Hay un colegio delante y los niños se escuchan muchísimo.

• Carmen (7/5): Piso bien situado. - Muy bien situado, alejado de las calles más turísticas. Pequeño pero todo lo necesario para la estancia. El check-in y acceso al apartamento es muy práctico con los enlaces. En una de las habitaciones las almohadas no tenían fundas, tuvimos que cubrirlas con las toallas. Por otro lado, hacía un poco de frío solo con las sábanas y una colcha fina.

• Francisco José (9/5): - Magnífico piso céntrico en Sevilla. Gran calidad, totalmente acorde a lo que se anuncia.
• Monica (9/5): Viaggio meraviglioso, soggiorno ottimo … Da ripetere!!! - Posizione ottima , l’appartamento è bello , l’oste è molto disponibile. Da consigliare! Un solo consiglio sistemare la perdita d’acqua del boiler nel bagno con vasca .

• RODOLFO (6/5): Departamento económico con “detalles” - La ubicación es excelente, en el casco viejo cerca de todo. Hay un supermercado Dia al lado, un corte inglés a una calle y muchos bares alrededor. La limpieza del lugar no era la adecuada. La entrada era a las 15:00 y llegué a las 16:15 (recién llegaba la persona a limpiar). No hay agua caliente en la cocina y la vitroceramica necesita un reacondicionamiento para funcionar bien. Las camas son incómodas, al colchón deberían cambiarlo. Hay poca iluminación natural, ya que es un bajo. Pero es ideal para ir unos días.

Le bruit venant d'une ecole,dans la ruelle juste en face.Avant 8h du matin, les cris des enfants vous reveillent,ce qui peut etre genant pour les plus gros dormeurs.

• riahi (9/5): Magnifique, proche de tout - Confortable,propre, au centre-ville proche de supermarchés de cafés,de coiffeurs,des monuments historiques de seville,je ne vais pas tout vous dire la découverte fait partie du voyage,juste une chose magnifique !!!

• Viarengo (8/5): - Cuando llegamos no podíamos acceder al lugar porque había que poner un código para activar el ingreso, y como no teníamos wifi ,no lo podíamos hacer Tuvimos que acercarnos al corte Ingles cercano para obtener wifi y comunicarnos con el anfitrión que igual no fue muy atento y al final , de tanto insistir,nos acercamos a una de las ventanas que estaban cerca del módem y así pudimos obtener wifi Lo que no es cómodo es el baño secundario que tiene un raro sistema de duchas que mojan todo el piso y hay que tener mucho cuidado de no resbalarse ,usar algún tipo de sandalias

• Eamon (8/5): Great location - Air conditioning worked. Great location. Good value Gate to the terrace was locked they said the key was on the table but it wasn't. Or stay was more or less over but they would have sent somebody to break the lock. These things take time. The place needs some minor maintenance. The toilet cistern kept breaking
• Alessandro (8/5): Little Jen in the heart of Seville - Amazing location!! Little old furniture but well kept and it had everything needed. Noisy children school just opposite the bedrooms windows, not great if you’re a late sleeper.

• Niels (7/5): Excellent price-quality ratio at a cosy location. - Located near a very cosy square with good tapas bars. The appartment itself was spacious enough for four people with a very good airco and the beds are very comfy. A good accomodation to spend your stay at when in Sevilla. Check-in procedure was clearly explained in whatsapp messages. However this procedure is a bit uncommon and not as fast as a padlock just outside the building for example. A minor issue was standing water around the toilet/boiler in the secondary bathroom. There doesn't seem to be a leakage but this was a bit uncomfortable.
• Kathy (9/5): Lovely clean and spacious apartment in a lovely peaceful location with all amenities close by. - Location was lovely an quiet with a small plaza close by with restaurants. There was also a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner. Apartment was very clean and the two bathrooms were a bonus for our party of 4. The apartment was very well equipped too and even had a washing machine if it was needed! We had a lovely stay. The key pick up was unusual being a square away and especially in the dark but with the help of the pics and video sent by the host we found it. The host very kindly guided us from there via video chat straight to door of apartment which was great because we never would have found it! This is more of an observation really….As we travelled in winter the apartment was cold in the evenings/early mornings and maybe a little heat on a timer would be a good idea and some more blankets. We did have a contact number for the host but we didn’t contact them about this so it probably could have been sorted. It’s not a negative really as everything was great and this would only apply for guests travelling in these colder months. We would def return here if in Seville again.
• S (7/5): Has potential to score well. Needs to work on the areas found deficient. - Good location for access to local stores for essential and food etc. Have two bathrooms. Reasonably clean. Good value in comparison with other places. Better procedures in directing the visitors to locate the keys, and provide information in advance for the location of the keys and the apartment- not the last minute. It was frustrating to search the door key and the apartment in the heat (45C). Only one set of keys to share between visitors. Should have provide curtain for the shower on the bath. No towel to dry the floor by the bath. Air conditioning was inadequate and unable to cope with the heat.. The kitchen should be provided with chopping boards. Perhaps an air drier for the laundrette will be good if washing machine has been provided.
• Ilenia (10/5): we loved Sevilla, this apartment is the perfect place to stay - The position is top and the apartment is really cute and comfortable. We loved the little intern garden. The owner has been very helpful and kind about our requests, solving our problems nothing.

• Inês (8/5): An overall good stay, but need some improvements! - The beds were comfortable, and the patio was nice. One of the bathrooms was great! The decoration is good! It was a bit dirty, didn’t have shower curtains, not body wash, any hand towels in the kitchen. It was missing some amenities.
