Petri (9/5): Easy peasy - Location = perfect, at least for us. 100 metres from the sea! Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes all around. Mona herself was the most helpful and warmhearted person. Water pressure in the shower was relatively weak.

vincent (10/5): nous sommes tres heureux de notre séjour - Notre Sejour a été tres , tres agréable ! reposant et confortable... l appartement est superbe , tres propre , tres bien équipé , idéalement situé , proche de tout , la vue est imprenable ! en plus : aucun vis a vis . Mona ( présente des le debut pour nous recevoir ) est tres souriante , tres pro . Prete a aider si besoin pour reservations d activités de taxi ect ect ... un grand merci a elle pour son acceuil ! je vous conseil vivement cet établissement ?

I'm convinced this balcony has the best beachview in all of Durres - absolutely gorgeous. Full view from north to south - beautiful. Apartment was very clean and beds very comfortable. There was no disclosure about construction next door - thankfully it stopped at dinnertime. Also, no instructions on how to use the clothes washer, which was in Italian. Thankfully, ChatGPT came to my rescue.

alketa (10/5): - Everything was very clean. It had all the household appliances that make you feel comfortable, just like at home. There were many extra things that most other apartments don’t have.
Bosley (9/5): Schönes Strandapartment - wir kommen wieder! - Übergabe durch freundliche Besitzerin war perfekt! Toplage - direkt vor dem Strand! Super Aussicht vom Balkon! Cafés, Restaurants, S Supermärkte ganz nah! Sehr gute Betten und weiche Bettwäsche! Sofa im Wohnzimmer sollte erneuert werden; war stark abgenutzt. Der Marmorboden war jetzt im Winter kalt,- ein paar Teppiche auf dem Boden wären angenehm.

Friedman Ben Bashat (9/5): מקום מעולה בעלי בית אדיבים ומקסימים - נוף מהמם ומרפסת לים, החוף ממש מתחת לבנין, יש שני חדרי שינה אחד לילדים אחד להורים, מטבח מאובזר לחלוטין בכל מה שצריך כדי לבשל, יש מזגנים בכל החדרים, יש מכונת כביסה קלה לתפעול, מקלחת משופצת וזמינה, מיטות נוחות, קיבלנו מגבות חוף. המיקום מעולה במרכז הטיילת היפה. ניתן לעשות חושך מוחלט עם התריסים בבית ובחדרי השינה כדי לישון עד מאוחר בבוקר, הכל נקי מאוד. בעלת הבית מקסימה היא שלחה לנו הסברים על הכל והיתה זמינה ב100%. כשהגענו היא ואמא שלה שמרו לנו חניה כי ידעו שאין בכלל חניה באזור הן כל כך התאמצו בשבילנו. הכל היה מושלם! פרט שולי ביחס לחוויה הכללית, הריהוט קצת מיושן אבל זה באמת לא ממש משנה. ויש מוזיקה חזקה מהטיילת אבל סוגרים אותה לגמרי ב12 בלילה.
