- Anna (10/5): Top pobyt rodzinny - Unikatowy klimat hotelu. Ciekawy wystrój w hallu. Przyjazna obsługa, na plus restauracja , bar i lobby z drinkami. Duży parking i bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum- autobus spod hotelu zawozi pod linie metra. Również co do czystości nie mam większych zastrzeżeń. Śniadania codziennie takie same, choc wszystkiego wydaje sie dużo to wybór jest niewielki. Łazienki prosza sie o remont a klimatyzacja nie działa.

- Anand (6/5): Worth for the money but I wouldn't agree it is 4 star hotel - Cleanliness: Awesome Room size: Bigger than what we expected. Parking and Reception service: Excellent Breakfast: Choices were good but the Quality was not that good. For example breads were so dry and things were messy during the breakfast. Location: keep in mind you need to take a bus to reach the near by metro and then to the city center. it takes around 40-45 mins . Hotel Reception: it was too crowded as there are many visitors coming with the bus which makes the ambience louder and congested. Facilities: only one sauna was opened on the day of our stay and that too is only open from 11 am to 9 PM.
- Miroslav (10/5): S ubytováním v hotelu jsme byli moc spokojeni. - Ubytování se nám moc líbilo, pokoje prostorné, čisté, v koupelně vše připraveno na pobyt, snídaně byla průběžně doplňována, jídlo moc dobré ve velkém výběru. Personál ochotný a vstřícný, dostupnost hotelu k MHD je dobrá. Bohužel jsme časově nestihnuli wellness. Při příštím pobytu v Praze se rádi vrátíme.

- Kami Kozeluhova (5/5): - Parkování u hotelu v ceně, dostatek parkovaích míst Přístup personálu neprofesionální, velké zklamání. Původně jsme si vyhledali ubytování v okolí přes mapy a chtěli provést rezervaci telefonicky, ale bylo nám sděleno, že hotel nemá k dispozici žádné volné pokoje. Následně jsme si však při vyhledávání ubytování přes Booking.com všimli, že tento hotel nabízí hned několik dostupných pokojů. Rezervaci jsme tedy provedli tímto způsobem a byla bez problému potvrzena.

- REUSCH (4/5): An sich ok aber es war das erste und letzte Mal - Eingangsbereich und das äussere Ambiente waren sehr schön Die angegeben Lokale hatten nicht offen,die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr Freundlich leider war ein Männlicher Mitarbeiter sehr unverschämt und herablassend. Die Zimmer sind nicht annähernd so modern wie auf den Bildern,Betten sind hart alles ist sehr veraltet und zusammengeschustert.Das Abendessen war ein Reinfall.

Hotel je očigledno iz nekog drugog, davnog vremena, luksuzno opremljen u stilu osamdesetih, ali jako dobro održavan. Doručak je vrlo bazičan, ali ima sve osnovno što treba.

- František (5/5): - Zázemí hotelu lobby přijemně vypadající a dobrá dostupnost na hotel se zastavkou přimo před vchodem . Byli jsme umistěni do pokoje přímo vedle starého hlučneho výtahu. Celou noc jsme se nevyspali, z důvodu neustalého řinčeni a ranám z výtahu. Sprcha velmi malá a nekomfortni a z hadice voda tekla, jako když padá voda z okapu tupým proudem.

- Maria Eugenia (6/5): - Está bien para una noche. Las camas son cómodas. El desayuno tenía muy poca variedad y algunas cosas estaban mal, como el yogurt. El baño es un pequeño y es difícil ducharse. El aire no funcionaba del todo y las habitaciones están muy alejadas, también los ascensores funcionaban lento. El personal no fue del todo amable. Para una noche está bien, no lo consideraría para largas estadías.

Ceny przystępne. Skromne śniadania, wg hotelu do godz. 10:00 a personel sprzątnął jedzenie o 9:30. Kierowanie hotelowym personelem słabe - Pani sprzątająca weszła do pokoju bez pukania myśląc, że się wymeldowalismy choć była godzina 10:15.
- Jaroslav (5/5): Top Hotel co není TOP.. - Kvalitní matrace a velký pokoj. Docela dobrá cena. Výborná káva na snídani z automatu. Klidná lokalita. Hotel by potřeboval totální rekonstrukci! Exteriér je panelák. Vybydlená část kde byla kongresová hala při vstupu. Interiér je baroko z 90 let minulého století. Zlaté interiéry, baňky, barevná dlažba a šílené koberce s ornamenty. Židle a křesla divný mix asi kde se co našlo. Šílené bludiště než najdete pokoj soustavou tmavých chodeb, pod divnými schodišti musíte dát pozor na hlavu. Historické 25 let staré výtahy se stříbrnou fólií uvnitř 🫣 pokoj prostorný měli jsme tam u vstupu TV + gauč ale ten nebyl moc pohodlný. Lednička nefunkční! Nejde zastínit celé okno, chybí jeden kus závěsů..Koupelna retro 30 let stará ubytovna. Prkénko WC nedrží nahoře, WC hrozné, umyvadla 2 ok, ale ta sprcha se závěsem a 20 cm vysokým soklem 🫣 To je sotva na 2*!! Bazén a Whirlpool za 350 Kč vstup, jsme nevyužili, ta cena není normální. Pro ubytované by to mělo být v ceně, nebo za symbolický poplatek. Velmi špatná byla strava. Jídelna je opravdu škaredá. Špinavé koberce. A odrbaná plovoucí podlaha. Obouchané staré stoly. Jídlo by snad stačilo na 3* hotel. Míchaná vajíčka katastrofa, divná hmota bez chuti. Levné párky, standard byly uzeniny a sýry. Žádné palačinky nečekejte..buchty ze supermarketu jsou několika druhů. A moc se nedoplňují. Výborná byla káva z profi automatů. Jinak je snídaně neodpovídající 4* hotelu. Fajn je klidná poloha a zastávka MHD hned u hotelu. Na metro je to cca 6 minut. Do hotelu se vracet nebudeme, má svoje dávno za sebou. Nízká cena znamenala velmi nízkou kvalitu..Personál byl ok, úklid bez problémů.

- Eva (1/5): - Ubytování neodpovídalo prezentovaným fotografiím, nebyli jsme upozorněni na to, že hotel prochází stavebními úpravami. Označení 4hvězdičkový hotel je ve srovnání s jinými hotely, kde jsme byli ubytovaní nepochopitelné. Pokoje byly tak nehezké, že jsme i přes propadnutí peněz vyhledali jiný hotel.

- Sabine (3/5): Sicher nicht mehr - Frühstück war gut Die zwei Zimmer die wir gebucht hatten ähneln mehr einer Jugendherberge als einem 4 Stern Hotel, in beiden Zimmern Wasserschaden von oben, in einem Zimmer im Bad am Boden getropft, im anderem über den Spiegel geronnen. Am Abend schon kamen Angestellte und Arbeiter ohne Anklopfen ins Zimmer der Mädchen, auch am nächsten Tag in der Früh. Am nächsten Tag um 10 Uhr angefangen zu bohren über uns, bis einem der Mädchen, das grad im Bad war ein Teil der Badezimmerverkleidung auf den Kopf gefallen ist. Bei Beschwerde an der Rezeption auch noch blöde Antwort bekommen, keine Entschuldigung, nichts.
