• Guest (9/5): Good place but far from the downtown - Cosy apartment having the minimum of most needed for a short stay. Far from the city center. It takes at least 30 minutes to get there.
• Katarina Gacova (5/5): Near Bernaneu but very small apartment.Host doesn't speak English - The location was good, near a metro station and in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is basically one room, with a bed that was folded in the closet. There was literally nowhere to unpack your luggage, the room is VERY small. The host didn't even try to communicate in English with us.
• José (9/5): Fim de semana Alucinante e cansativo, mas valeu bem a pena. - Muito acolhedor. Tem tudo para passar alguns dias. A garagem apresentada, só fica reservada mediante contacto com o dono da habitação.
• Leon (7/5): A nice place with a nice host - The host was very welcoming. They left some fruits, two beer cans and a bottle of wine for us. The place is far from the city center, but it was a short walk till a metro station, several shops / supermarkets and neighborhood restaurants. The bed is folded into a wall, because the place is very small. But the real issue is a mattress which takes a V shape and not at all comfortable, especially for two people.

• Rosa (9/5): Estudio con todo lo necesario - Espacio bien aprovechado y funcional. Limpio y los anfitriones muy amables. Nos ayudaron todo lo posible. 🥰🥰 La cama muy cómoda, el baño muy mono y la cocina bien equipada. Que hubiese que mover el sofá para bajar la cama.

• Agostinaaste (9/5): - Excelente la recepción de Deisy, muy cálida. Nos esperó hasta muy tarde el primer día por problemas con el equipaje. El espacio chiquito pero funcional. Todo muy limpio. Cocina equipada. La zona bien conectada con el centro, con dos líneas de metro a unas cuadras. Segura para circular a toda hora. El colchon podría ser mas cómodo.
• Sorin (6/5): Video camera inside - The apartment is located in a safe, authentic neighbourhood, at aprox 8min distance from the metro. It is rather small due to the placement of a couch plus a foldable bed. Considering the size of the apartment there would be more space without the couch but that wasn't really an issue for us. In all my I travels so far I have never found a video camera inside my room. The existence of the camera was never disclosed in the description or at arrival. Moreso, at arrival I was asked to sign a contract which was a bit strange especially considering the poor initial communication. There is also a problem with poor ventilation and humidity which makes this offer an easy skip.

• Alina (9/5): Comfy and well equipped for 2 persons - The apartment is small but it has everything you need for 2 people. The host was really nice, offered to help if we needed advice and even gave us some welcome gifts (wine, beer & fruits). You might want to take with you some earplugs if you have a light sleep, as the walls are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors late in the night or if people are walking on the street talking.
• Silvia (10/5): Estudio acogedor y con todo lo necesario - El alojamiento está fenomenal en todos los sentidos (localización -cerca del metro, supermercados y otros servicios, zona tranquila-, limpieza, comodidad -la cama es comodísima!-...). A destacar el trato de los propietarios, que nos ayudaron muchísimo. Todo estaba perfecto.

Perfect position for reaching UCM campus, as well as the city center. The surrounding zone was really quiet, in particular during the night allowing for a perfect sleep. Nothing
• Fiona (6/5): Pleasant - The location was handy for transport and close to local shops. Communication was poor. We were told #45 when, in fact, it's the entrance next door with no number. Language was a barrier. Parking is a nightmare, so definitely need to book a space. The room was a lot smaller than we thought, with a fold up bed that wasn't mentioned in the description. The shower went cold every day. There is not enough hot water for one shower. Nowhere to put luggage, which made the space feel even smaller. Couldn't find the kettle. This accommodation might be ok for one night or for a person traveling on their own. Overall - disappointing. Lacked privacy.
• Ioana (10/5): Best place in Madrid - The propriety was very well equiped, it had everything you needed in the kitchen. It was very clean and the owners were very nice to us. It was provided to us indications for the city which were very helpful. I definitely recommend this place for 2 people in Madrid, best deal. :)
