• Alun (10/5): Locatie placuta in inima Romei - A fost peste asteptarile noastre. In primul rand realitatea a corespuns intocmai cu descrierea proprietatii, lucru mai rar intalnit in ziua de azi (din pacate). Ce ne-a impresionat si mai mult si ceea ce a facut si mai placuta sosirea in locatie au fost micile plusuri care fac de obicei diferenta: apa pregatita in frigider, capsule de cafea pentru toata saptamana, etc. Chiar am fost placut surprinsi de toate acestea. Mai vreau sa mentionez si apropierea de gura de metrou, intrarea in bloc este la doar 30 m de gura de metrou. zgomotul de afara se resimte si in interior destul de puternic dar in final disconfortul nu a fost atat de mare.
• Michał (10/5): Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie. - Apartament bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony i doskonale zorganizowany. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna – zaledwie 2 minuty od metra. Spędziliśmy tu 4 cudowne dni w Rzymie, wszystko było super! Wszytko było ok
• Marko (10/5): Ottimo. Siamo stati benissimo. - Posizione ottima per visitare Roma. Quartiere tranquillo e servitissimo dai mezzi pubblici (metro in primis). Ottima anche la presenza di trattorie tipiche, locali alla moda e caffè fornitissimi. Appartamento molto ampio, arredato e pulitissimo. In quattro ci siamo stati benissimo. E c'era l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze.
• Madeleine (10/5): Direkt am Metro, sauber, gemütlich, vollausgestatet - Lage ist Top! Ich würde sagen nur 10m von dem Metro-Ausgang A, dass die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten verbindet. Super für 4-Köpfige Familien, die sich mit ÖV bewegen. Ausstattung auch super. Bietet alles was man braucht - Föhn, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett/Eisen, grossen Kleiderschrank, ausgestatete Küche, Gefrierschrank mit Eis, Mikrowelle etc. 2Klimaanlagen (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer) Die Wohnung ist auch sehr sicher - gute Lage, 4.Stockwerk (mit Lift), abschliesbare Eingangstür und dann noch 2 Sicherheitstüren. Die Nachbarn waren auch ganz nett. Gegenüber der Wochnung ist ein kleines Einkauszentrum mit Elektroladen falls man das Ladekabel, Adapter vergisst. Zwei Adapter waren aber in der Wohnung schon vorhanden. Nichts, alles top!
• Tamar (9/5): We really enjoy our stay at Baronio at home. - Located near A line metro station. Big enough with everything you may need in a few days or a week. Very attentive host. We were 4 people and hot water would run out very fast even with a few minute shower. The weather was very and it was fine but in a colder weather it would be a big issue
• Małgorzata (10/5): Spacious apartment with excellent location - Next to metro station. Shops, caffes around. Spacious and clean apartment for 4 people. Lift in the building.
• Cornel (8/5): Very good. MOst likely i will comeback. - facilities in the apartement and location were great the windows seem old and do not stop any sound from outside. You you are not a heavy sleeper ..might be uncomfortable.
• Sergey (8/5): Very good - Everything was OK. The apartment was clean and well equipped with the cookware. The place is perfect for those who prefer to stay in apartments: metro station just 20 meters away from the building (and 10-15 minutes by metro to the most sightseeing places), 10 minutes walk to Tuscolana railroad station (direct to Fiumicino), several supermarkets and cafes/restaurants nearby. The host was very kind and replied almost immediately. 1. Could be a little bit noisy in the early mornings. 2. Microwave oven, coat hanger close to the apartment door, some hangers for clothes and towels in the bathroom and shower curtain could be a useful addition.
• Cybrut_bag (10/5): An incredibly, exceptionally attentive and caring owner, going above and beyond every possible way! - If there were an Oscar for apartment hosts, it would undoubtedly go to the owner of this house. First, we asked a million questions, and he answered all of them thoroughly and patiently. As if that wasn't enough, the lock on the house broke, and if there was any service or company that could help, he called everyone to make sure we got the assistance we needed in time. At 1 AM, he was still working on getting the door fixed, and throughout this time, he checked in on our situation every minute. Mistakes happen everywhere, but his unwavering desire and effort to fix the issues is truly commendable. As for the house, it's right next to the metro station, close to the best pizzerias, and there's also a shopping center nearby. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. If there's anything you don't like, just message the host, and he will resolve it quickly because he's a wonderful person. Thanks to him! There is some trash on the streets, but that's not the problem of this house; it's something you’ll see in many places around Rome.
