In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Daniel (5/5): God placering - Det var I centrum Det var at ikke fik TAXA som var Bestelet, det var ikke nogen som ventede på mig ved ankomsten, det tog lang tid om natten for at jeg kunne kommode i lejlighed
- Robert (7/5): The city is 24/7 awake and thats best oké. - De locatie midden in het oude centrum. Heb bed had een rare bolling, hierdoor was slapen niet echt langdurig mogelijk. Kussen op het bed waren ook dun. Bed was voor een 1,93m lange man ook wat aan de korte kant. Toilet was ook erg knus ingebouwd.
- Vaida (8/5): Basic and economy, but central - If you wish ti be in the centre of everything, that apartment is just for you. But… If you wish to have a confortable place of living, it is not a place for you. Extremely small bathroom. This apartment needs renovation. In that plaza we found three entrances no 5, without street names. Photos of the flat do not show real situation.

- Joseph (10/5): Perfect spot to explore Malaga - The apartment was in an ideal location, within 10 minutes of everything in the Historic city center. It had lots of space with a separate bedroom so I could go to bed early, while my partner watched tv. No complaints. Great value for historic Malaga.

- Silvia (5/5): Segundo piso sin ascensor. No lo indican en el anuncio - Céntrico, aunque precisamente esa disposición lo hace bastante ruidoso hasta altas horas de la noche. En ningún momento se indicó que carece de ascensor y resultó ser un segundo piso con escalones bastante altos. La cama no es cómoda y las almohadas menos aún. El baño es mínimo, muy pequeño, pero apenas hay sitio para el wc, ya había leído opiniones en este sentido, pero hasta que no lo compruebas no te crees que realmente es tan pequeño, para un cuerpo XS. La cortina del baño está bastante vieja, podrían cambiarla si no están dispuestos a reparar la mampara original de la ducha. Las indicaciones para la apertura de las puertas no son buenas y al no haber llaves, si te quedas sin batería no puedes entrar en el piso. En general no volvería a alojarme aquí.
- Micha (7/5): Appartement correct, bien placé, mais pas confortable - La localisation, le canapé frigo… La literie est horrible, les wc sont dans un coin il faut faire 40 kg pour s’asseoir, l’accès se fait via internet (ouverture de l’immeuble, ouverture de la porte d’entrée) ce n’est pas fluide
- Stefania (9/5): Appartamento in centro a Malaga - L’appartamento è molto carino situato proprio nella zona centrale di Malaga. È dotato di tutto ciò che serve, luminoso e con due split per l’aria condizionata. Il bagno è un po’ piccolo, ma ci si adatta. Appena sotto l’appartamento vi è una piazza molto frequentata, sicuramente un po’ rumorosa ma la camera da su un cavedio interno in area maggiormente riparata. Ottimo la possibilità di self check-in ma ho trovato difficoltà ad entrare la prima volta appena arrivati alle due di notte. Non era spiegato bene come accedere, cioè che fosse necessario suonare il campanello dell’abitazione prima di azionare il sistema online. Dopo vari e numerosi tentativi e un bel po’ di ansia ci siamo riusciti in autonomia (vista anche la tarda ora). Consiglio comunque di far trovare all’interno dell’apt un mazzo di chiavi in quanto può accadere di avere il telefono scarico, e quindi rimanere fuori!

- ag.nesi (8/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni, to co było dla nas najważniejsze zostało spełnione. Bardzo na plus lokalizacja. - Łazienka była niewygodna a zasłona w prysznicu strasznie niehigieniczna. Warto ją wymienić.

- Garry (7/5): Appt is good for short stays but not for my entire 6 week trip. - The location. That window in front lets in cold air. Since the interior shutters do not close all the way it was cold in the apartment. Keyless entry only is also a problem. My phones battery almost died. If it would have, I would’ve been locked out overnight !!! Also, VERY central location but because of that non-insulated window thing again, it was also VERY noisy until 1 am in the front of the apartment. Not so bad in the back bedroom. Bathroom sink is too large for the available space leaving no room for Thé toilet. Shower was out of hot water after 2-3 minutes.
