• Paweł (5/5): Bearable, but I would not choose this place again. - Generally, the stay was quite OK. However, I didn’t fully understand the kitchen access rules — I wasn’t sure what guests were allowed to use and what was private. They mentioned that shelves with stickers were available for guests, but in reality only one cupboard was marked like that. There were also very few kitchen items available: not even proper forks or spoons, only about 3 glasses, 2 mugs, and a few plates. The price was low compared to other places, and the Booking rating was high. However, after staying there, I understand why the price was low. Great access to metro In my opinion, the neighborhood does not feel safe. The area is dirty, and in the evenings there are groups of suspicious-looking people standing around. I would not feel comfortable leaving my wife or children alone outside in the evening. Inside, the place was definitely clean, but outside it was dirty and there was litter scattered around the streets. The kitchen rules were very unclear, and access to basic items such as cutlery, mugs, and glasses was extremely limited. The house has 7 double rooms, yet there were only 3 glasses, 2 mugs, and no cutlery at all. At the same time, there were clear and rather strict warnings not to use anything that was not explicitly listed as available for guests. The list included the fridge, microwave, maybe a few other things, and ONE cupboard — which was basically empty. Despite what was described in the listing, there was no shampoo available, only 3 different shower gels. That is not the same thing.

• Andy (8/5): Cracking value stay with excellent connections into the right bits of London - Whilst I was initially a little worried about booking this property, I needn’t have worried. It is excellent value and all (and more) that you could expect for the price. What you see in the photos is what you get It really is super close to the tube station making it very convenient for someone commuting into London (I was staying here before an event at the Excel) You do need to realise that at this price you will share a bathroom. Allow a bit of time in the morning - it was pretty quick for me The bathroom sharing is transparent on the website.

He accommodated our requests for leaving bags on premises before/after check-in/out, even strange one for specific type of bathroom (loved it!). Location is great. It’s in typical English house on quiet and pretty street just around the corner of underground station (literal 4 minutes). Tube connection is really convenient - direct to city (20min) and to stations connecting Luton airport trains. Neighbourhood is full of shops and thanks to immigrants majority the prices are more than agreeable. It’s safe too. Accommodation itself is spotlessly clean and even a bit of on the glamour side. Nothing.

The room is located in a small chique house, and you have 2 bathrooms that are very clean, very close to the room. We had a fridge, washer&dryer, cooking appliances and anything and everything you could think of. Lidl is next-door and a lot of shops nearby and the tube station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The owners are very nice and very helpful. Loved our stay and for sure will come back here. Very nice place! In 25 minutes you're in Central London. I loved everything!!!!

• Diane (9/5): - This place is a clean, modern gem. We were in room 7 on the top floor and shared a bathroom with room 6, which worked out fine with little waiting. We had access to all kitchen amenities. It was quiet inside despite being around the corner from restaurants and a grocery. It takes under 5 minutes to get from the tube station. That being said, It is maybe 40 minutes from most London attractions. Adam checked on us regularly. All in all, a great stay.

La stanza ha spazi adeguati, letto comodo, e fornire phon e asciugamani sicuramente aggiunge un plus. Metro a 2 passi, accanto al supermercato e diversi locali per mangiare. Molto valida la possibilità di entrare e uscire dalla struttura in ogni momento avendo le chiavi in possesso. Per arrivare in zona centrale occorre mettere in conto sempre almeno 40 minuti se non di più. Non è sicuramente pensabile sfruttarla per tornare a pranzo o per riposare durante la giornata. Non assolutamente indicata per soggiorni oltre i 2/3 giorni. Essendo ostello non aspettatevi la pulizia camere tutti i giorni. Viene effettuata solo su richiesta. Sarebbe sicuramente utile aggiungere la possibilità di colazione in struttura vista la distanza dal centro.

Очень внимательный, быстро реагирующий персонал. Обстановка домашняя, для путешественников из других стран будет интересно остановиться в традиционном английском доме, где есть комнаты друг над другом, подниматься нужно по лесенке, а на первом этаже просторная гостинная-кухня. Мы жили тут в новогодние праздники и я переживала, что будет шумно, но было идеально тихо. Я видела, что другие комнаты заняты, но соседи совсем не мешают друг другу, мне вообще чаще казалось, что мы живем во всем доме одни) Душ и туалет общий на две комнаты, это вполне комфортно. На кухне есть все необходимое - хорошая посуда и техника. Во всем доме идеальная чистота - это отдельное преимущество этого размещения. Мы оставались на неделю, потом уезжали в другой город, а когда вернулись в Лондон снова ночевали тут. Поэтому, мне удалось пожить в двух разных комнатах и везде чисто и комфортно. Комнаты действительно не большие, к этому нужно быть готовыми, но так почти везде в Лондоне. Хозяин помогает поднять вещи по лесенке вверх, когда вы приезжаете, но выезжать вы будете сами и стаскивать чемодан по узкой лестнице с 3го этажа может быть сложно. Сама станция метро достаточно отдаленная, проходят две ветки Hammersmith & City и District, закладывайте время в пути в центр не меньше 40 минут.

• RAZVAN (9/5): Enjoyable experience. Great proximity to East Ham Tube station. Excellent value for money - I loved that the kitchen is quite large and you have nice and very useful new appliances (microwave oven, kettle) As soon as I arrived I texted the host and he showed up in 1 min. The hosts are very welcoming. This location is 1 minute away from East Ham Tube station. In 20 min time you are in central London. The location is clean and the price was also affordable. I will definitely come back to stay here again.

• Inês (9/5): Incrível. 5* - Podíamos entrar e sair quando queríamos, sem necessitar sequer de ver alguém. O proprietário era bastante prestável, e sempre preocupado se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Nem 1min do Lidl e estação de metro EastHam, com acesso direto às principais atrações da cidade de Londres (linha rosa e verde). Poderia ter uma televisão comum pelo menos e os candeeiros podiam ser ligados à eletricidade. São a bateria, e quando chegámos o nosso não tinha bateria, e no dia a seguir é que carregámos (há um carregador específico na área comum para isso mesmo).

• Łucja (10/5): - Jak na Londyn to łazienka była świetna, tak samo statunek jakości do ceny, zdecydowanie na plus. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Zaraz obok jest Lidl i stacja metra. Jest też dużo lokalnych sklepików, gdzie można kupić bardziej specyficzne rzeczy. Osobiście byłam na to gotowa i tego świadoma, jest to dlaeko od centrum, ale to normalne w dużych miastach. A i tak zaraz obok jest linia metra, którą bezpośrednio dojedzie się do większosci najwazniejszych atrkacji.

• Tamika (10/5): Comfortable accommodations, close to public transportation with helpful hosts. - Adam Short Stay was a lovely place to visit. The accommodations were well-maintained. The kitchen and all four bathrooms were beautifully renovated. The housekeeper was there multiple times a week to vacuum, wash the bedding and clean the bathrooms. Our room provided enough room for 2 people to be comfortable. There were other visitors in the house, but you hardly noticed them unless you crossed paths in the common areas. The house was close to the bus line and there were plenty of places to eat and markets in the area. Adam and Abdul were great hosts. They promptly responded to my emails before our stay. They also sent check-in messages to see how we were doing. They made sure we felt comfortable and welcomed. We're looking forward to visiting again. We picked the Adam Short Stay because it was close to the places that we were visiting. But like most places in London, it was extremely far from the airport, Gatwick specifically. This is not a negative about the lodgings, just something to be aware of.

• Franziska (9/5): Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert! - Es war sehr gemütlich, die Betten waren bequem und die Unterkunft war sauber. Ich hatte im Vorfeld über just Park einen Parkplatz ca 10 Minuten entfernt gebucht. Wir konnten dort Frühstück machen und haben um eine Pfanne gebeten. Check in war unkompliziert, der Gastgeber war sehr cool. Vielen Dank!! 🙏🏽
• Benja (8/5): - It was squeaky clean, that had someone to clean the facilities, the host is always in and available for anything. Neighborhood was a little different to what I expected. Although very nice.
• Chen (10/5): Great value ! - GREAT LOCATION 1 min away from the tube. Room is good size and clean. Staff super friendly and helpful with speedy reply. Room has no desk, but it is fine for me.
• Daniela (8/5): Ideal for a short stay - The property is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to get around. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, and the facilities met all our needs. The only downside was the neighborhood — it didn’t feel very comfortable or safe, and most restaurants nearby were Indian, with few European choices - Subway, LIDL.
