El apartamento tenía un equipamiento excelente, y una ubicación estupenda para todas las excursiones y paseos por Roma. Las camas comodísimas y todo muy silencioso pese a estar muy céntrico, el descanso era perfecto. Nada. Fue todo estupendo

• Jamie (10/5): 5 star, when we return to Rome we will be booking here again. - The location was fantastic, vibrant bars and restaurants within a short 5min walk as well as being on the door step of the station. It was clean, well furnished and the host was so accommodating and helpful. He gave us some fantastic tips for places to visit as well as restaurants to try. Nothing, it was fantastic value for money and everything we needed

• Yee Ki (9/5): A well-equipped property with everything you need for a comfortable stay - Perfect location with a warm welcome from the host, Daniele. He shared helpful tips and recommended some great local restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, enauring a comfortable stay in July. A shower curtain can be added to help prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor.

• Tomasz (9/5): Choose this one - Location. I have stayed in this area for 2nd time and it was the best choice. It is about 15 minutes walk from coloseum. A lot of places to eat in the area. I need to mention also host :)

Very close to most attractions but still quiet. Bed and bath linens should be higher quality. And the initial cleanliness of the bathroom was below average.

The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four, exactly as pictured, and the location is really convenient for exploring Rome, close to Termini station to connect to the metro and buses. Daniele is an excellent host, we made good use of his tips and recommendations. Thanks for a great trip! We had no issues with the property, and Daniele was on hand for any questions we had.

Location is great for walking to some of Rome's most famous sites and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The area does go fairly quiet after 11pm considering how close it is to Roma Termini.

We could go to restaurant and grocery store easily. If we can have opportunity to come to Rome again, I will stay here again and recommend to others.

• Jacinda (10/5): Great apartment - highly recommend. - We liked everything about this property. The host was so friendly and accommodating, and the apartment is beautiful. Two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and a bathroom provided everything we needed. The wi-fi worked well. We used the washing machine and hung the clothes in the lounge overnight - clothes were dry by morning. The location of the apartment was very handy to the termini, and there were plenty of restaurants and laundromats nearby. The bedrooms have aircon and the lounge has 2 large windows and a fan. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing we didn't like. Ad Maiora is a great place to stay.

The apartment was also good size for our family of three with two bedrooms. Also, the apartment had ‘sound proof’ windows so it’s quiet when the windows were closed. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment for 4 nights.
