• Mert (7/5): - There was no garbage bags other than in the bin. Kitchenware to cook was limited Dishwasher was leaking a little when in operation

• shona (7/5): - Could have been a bit cleaner, bathrooms weren’t very clean. Brown mold around the bath and shower heads very rusty.

• Richard (8/5): Lovely apartment, in a great location. - Perfect location. A short walk from Battersea tube station. Great amenities all within a short distance. Very quiet in the apartment too. We were stranded outside for an hour upon arrival as we couldn't get through the security gate. Nor could we contact anyone as their telephone wasn't working. However, we did finally manage to overcome this little holdup. Sadly no coffee, tea, milk or sugar were provided upon arrival, although there is a convenience shop very close by.

• anonymous100 (8/5): - Location is incredible (next to tube/subway, next to train, next to several restaurant options, next to an amazing grocery store called M&S, next to a large park), apartment is new and spacious for London, easy to get the key at check in, kitchen has enough space and utensils to cook meals, hosts are responsive. 1) Apartment was not really clean at arrival, 2) AC works with a timer so it stops working in the middle of the day and night. 3) apartment is nice and new but there are marks from previous guests in the walls and couch. 4) AC and Appliances (washer/dryer, stove, microwave, oven) can be complex to use at first and there are no instructions available to explain how to turn it on and adjust temperature and settings.

• Tijo (7/5): Good - The apartment and the bathrooms were good size, comfortable enough for four adults. Location and parking facility were also excellent. The air conditioning was temperamental.

• Heather (5/5): Passable - Location is great It was very dirty. It took the owners 30 minutes to let us in after we arrived despite multiple notifications of our arrival time.
• Steeds (9/5): Perfect in everyway! - Monet met us at the entrance gate and took us up to the apartment. She explained what needed to be known, showed us round and then left us to it. Really impressed with the simplicity of check-in and check-out. We couldn't sit on the balcony as they're doing some repairs, but it didn't really bother us as we were out a lot.

Within 1 hour of being in the property there was a massive water leak from the apartment above. Although we realised it wasn’t the fault of the host we were without hot water for two days and half of the apartment’s electricity (including Wi-Fi) for one day. We were surprised no compensation was offered.

• Michaela (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic location - Great apartment with all modcons. Location is excellent with Battersea Power Station shops, cinema, tube and park all on your doorstep. We had a super 6 week stay here. Hosts were superb, really responsive to questions and helped us with all queries quickly. We will be back.
