• Uschi (9/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Gerne wieder - Das Apartment La Casina Rossa in Neapel können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist gut und angenehm ruhig, gleichzeitig gibt es nette Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Für fünf Personen bietet das Apartment ein großzügiges Platzangebot und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin Alda und ihres Sohnes. Beide waren sehr freundlich, ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und jederzeit rasch per WhatsApp erreichbar. Als beispielsweise die nahegelegene U-Bahn-Station gesperrt war, erhielten wir sofort hilfreiche Unterstützung. Sehr entgegenkommend war auch, dass wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch bis 16:00 Uhr im Apartment deponieren durften, da wir erst einen späten Rückflug hatten. Fazit: Ein sauberes, großzügiges Apartment mit toller Betreuung durch die Gastgeber – ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Neapel. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Trotz Handynavigation war das Apartment nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Am besten kontaktiert man die Vermieterin, sobald man in der Nähe ist – sie hilft gerne weiter. Da im gesamten Apartment ein kühler Fliesenboden verlegt ist, empfehlen sich in den kälteren Monaten Socken oder Hausschuhe. Im Sommer ist das dafür sicher eine perfekte und angenehme Abkühlung.

• René (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gern wieder. - Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns als kleine Familie mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir wurden von Alda beim Spät-Check-in persönlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit herzlich und verlässlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Le stanze, il bagno, la biancheria per la casa e la cucina erano puliti, i condizionatori funzionanti, il proprietario gentile e accogliente. Nulla di negativo da dire, ci ritornerei per un soggiorno a Napoli.

Facilities need some upgrades (worn out kitchen pots/pans, rusty towel warmer, furnitures in general low in quality). Lack of some basic appliances like microwave. Cleaning was not spotless.

• leone (8/5): Vomero che bel quartiere - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, abbiamo speso 35 euro a notte. Zona leggermente fuori dal centro, quartiere Vomero, residenziale. Dalla struttura alla metro più vicina 7/8 minuti a piedi. All'ingresso c'è subito la cucina e il divano letto, poi un'altra camera e il bagno non finestrato ma con la ventola di aerazione, lo stesso é abbastanza grande. Visto che ormai tutti usiamo le recensioni per la qualsiasi, questo è il mio punto di vista. Una casina normale con i confort che ci vogliono. Non guardo il pelo nell'uovo quindi per me era perfetta Direi nulla

• Edith (10/5): perfect - The value is amazing; We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed from toiletries,hair dryer,washing machine,rack, or kitchen. There was more than enough space for 6 people.Comfortable beds, very clean, every room had air conditioning, wardrobe,sockets near bed.The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The space has nice natural light. Regarding the surroundings of the apartement, the area is very nice, maybe one of the best in naples.Really close to the metro and restaurants. The area is connected well with the central station and the historic center.The host was extremely nice and welcoming( he gave us suggestions for places to visit or to eat, responded very fast).The check-in was really smooth. The main door can be a bit tricky to use sometimes, as it is quite big, but its not something important. It also closes automatically(be careful with the keys:)

The location in the city is great, we love the Vomero area as it is served by metro, funicular and buses. The Casina is a short walk from local shopping and entertainment

• Deb (8/5): Convenient and quiet. - The location was in between 2 metro stations. It made it easy to get to and from places. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. There was a very well stocked supermarket around the corner. It was very quiet in the evening :) The host was contactable. Instructions for the washing machine should be given as you check in. We couldn't figure out how to use it. One of the other guests had no idea either. So if this is important, ask the host at check in.

He was there to welcome us in and made sure we had maps and showed us where to go to get to various sightseeing and places to eat. The apartment was spacious for four of us, air conditioning was fantastic. Very clean. Host was really responsive and we can’t rate him highly enough. So very grateful. The supermarket is near by and pizza is delicious . Great location with metro very close and easy to get to sightseeing. Awesome place to stay thank you so much. Nothing
• Ernestas (7/5): "Two bedroom" room is very dark. "One bedroom" is more or less ok. - Apartments are located near the metro station. Private parking is available. We were met in person and issues with the room were resolved quite fast. We booked two bedroom room, but bedrooms have very small windows. Bedrooms are very dark, so anyone who is afraid of small and dark spaces, keep in mind while choosing "two bedroom" option. Luckily we were quickly offered an alternative with one bedroom were was plenty of light inside.

Lots of space. The host went out of their way to help us with things, including waiting up late when our flight was delayed to hand keys to us and left us with groceries (upon request) so we could make breakfast the next day. Communicated well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended. Host, Gennario was very helpful. The appartement is great for a couple and a kid as there are a double and a single proper beds. We were 5 persons so the two of us had to sleep on the sofa-bed. That was a very uncomfortable bad quality bed. You better avoid staying there if you are more than 3 persons. Also the water from the shower was flooding the floor as the drain was somehow blocked. Other than the above everything was great but during vacations sleeping and showering are important.

Neighbourhood was cool, great market / shops / eateries / gelatario etc on doorstep. Easy to get into town by metro / funicular or 25 min walk. Accommodation was functional rather than posh, but that suited as was priced fairly and we were out exploring. Good shower. Nice and quiet, and good twin room for our kids.

The apartment was great, had a well-supplied kitchen. The bathroom was lovely and stocked with shampoo and soap and small toiletry kits. Air and heating and wifi worked very well. It is located in a nice residential area and close to restaurants, stores and transportation. The hosts left us a bottle of wine for one of our birthdays which showed their generous and kind hearts.
