• Sandra (8/5): Bequeme, schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer - Die Gebäude -zur Zeit 2 - Nr. 3 und 4 sind im Bau, liegen am Rande von Oropesa, direkt bei den Campingplätzen Bravoplaya und Riberamar. Es gibt 10 Etagen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock, der große Balkon liegt innen zum Gebäude 2. Sonne war im Februar morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag vorhanden. Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 SZ und 2 Bäder. Toll ist der kleine Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett & Bügeleisen. WLAN ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter fand ausschließlich schriftlich statt, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Briefkasten. Die Wohnung wäre perfekt, wenn die Urlauber alles pfleglich behandeln würden. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man Wände zerkratzen kann (es gab sogar ein kleines Loch), die Herdplatte hatte einen großen Riss, der Wäscheständer war mehrfach geklebt, die Stühle hatten Flecken und eine Türklinke war abmontiert. Es fehlte an ausreichend Besteck und Tellern - welches wahrscheinlich auch durch Vormieter entfernt/zerbrochen wurde. Ich empfehle dem Vermieter einen Check mit Liste vor und nach der Vermietung um entstandene Mängel dem Verursacher gleich in Rechnung stellen zu können. So kennen wir das von vielen anderen Ferienunterkünften.
• Linda (7/5): Eigentlich schön mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage war super und die Wohnung auch sehr modern und wohnlich eingerichtet. Allerdings sind die Stühle und die Couch sehr durchgesessen aber nicht abwertend… Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage wodurch wir nicht wirklich warm hatten. Konnten uns dann einen Heizlüfter leihen. Es sollte unbedingt mal nach dem Geschirr geschaut werden.

• Yolanda (8/5): - La ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona La limpieza deja un poco que desear, movimos el sofá y debajo estaba sucio. La piscina que teóricamente estaba abierta hasta el día 30 de septiembre, la cerraron antes pq había una fuga , que creo que podían haber arreglado después de la fecha
• Jorge (8/5): Un lugar tranquilo en primera línea de mar - El apartamento realmente está muy nuevo, dispone de plaza de parking privada y todos los electrodomésticos para poder disfrutar de la estancia. Añadir como detalle que tiene cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo y la TV tiene Chromecast para poder disfrutar de tus suscripciones a plataformas para ver series y películas. Las instalaciones están nuevas y cuidadas. La piscina está bastante bien y es grande, con zona para niños y jacuzzi. La limpieza debe mejorar algo, se entiende que el anterior huésped puede ser menos pulido por decirlo así, pero la nevera, los cristales y puertas tenían sudiedad y en la terraza el suelo con arena de playa y mobiliario sucio. No funcionaba el aspirador, ni el tostador y el microondas y batidora sucios.

• Batti71 (10/5): Perfect Apartment in a very modern building - One of the best apartments I ever saw the past years. Its super modern. It has everything you need. The location and building is new and has all amenities your ever need. The appartement has 2 bedrooms (2 single, 1 king size), its has 2 bathrooms (!), a kitchen, a living room combined with a dining room. It has electric roller shutters as well. The access is locked with keys to the building and the appartement itself, even the parking lots are only accessible by a keycard/token. The swimming pool and the 3 hot tubs are also only accessible with a key. The view to the ocean is nice combined with nice a nice lighting. You can go for trips to Valencia (must do!) and other places. The surrounding is quiet and silent so far. I strongly recommend this one. Everything was nice.

• stefan (9/5): Overall noce flat but they need to reconsider the cleaning crew - Amazing. Location, It has garage, pool and jacuzzi. The only thing that I didn’t like was that it was dirty. Up to the point that the fridge was practically impossible to use. Everything dirty.
