• Fahad (7/5): - Die Lage, große Räume. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung Alte und wenige Handtücher. Das Schlafsofa nicht bequem. Sehr alte Gasherd, fehlt einiges an der Ausstattung in der Küche. Klimaanlage war defekt. Schlechte Erreichbarkeit. Der Vermieter war bei unserer Ankunft nicht erreichbar.

• Morgane (9/5): Excellent séjour - Appartement très confortable, propre, joliment décoré dans un cadre agréable et calme. Il est situé tout près de la gare de Termini et de nombreux endroits incontournables sont à environ 30 minutes de marche. De nombreux restaurants, magasins et superettes sont à proximité. Nous avons séjourné à 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 adolescentes de 15 ans qui ont dormi sur le sofa dans le salon, le lit de la chambre est très confortable). Nous n'avons pas vu les hôtes mais les consignes pour accéder à l'appartement et l'occuper étaient claires. Nous recommandons cette location qui est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé mais l'environnement est calme (surtout la nuit) donc cela n'est pas gênant, surtout étant en centre ville.

• Chai Leng Ines (9/5): A good comfortable stay. - Plenty of space for 2 people and minutes to Termini, good for those who need to be near Termini. The coffee machine uses a different size capsule, it would be better for the host to provide a few capsules rather than having the guest to look for them as they may not be familiar with the machines. It would be good to have a bathroom floor towel in the bathroom too.

• Mathieu (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Bonne situation géographique, 2 minutes à pied du Termini. L'appartement est comme un musée, c'est un retour dans le temps. C'est parfait pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Système de clés rapide et efficace. Divan-lit pour les enfants confortable. Appartement très calme, je recommande! La climatisation est super efficace pour la pièce principale, mais la fraicheur ne se rend pas dans la chambre des maîtres. Pour le reste, RAS.

Bahçe kapısı, bina kapısı ve daire kapısı olmak üzere üç kapıdan giriş yapmak güven hissi veriyor. Tesisin yakın çevresinde bir çok restoran ve market var. Tesisin içinde yaşamak için bütün imkanlar sunulmuş. Giri yapmak için mesaj ile az ileride valiz saklama hizmete sunan bir tesise yönlendirildim, 80 numaralı dolabın önüne gidince yine mesajla geldiğimi bildirdim ve kapak açıldı, dolaptan anahtarlar çıktı. Ajan filmi gibi, daha önce bir tesise böyle giriş yapmamıştım. 😂😂

• Jimmy (10/5): Great! - Location was very good as Rita Sweet Home is very near to Roma Termini train station. Even if we didn't meet, the host was very kind to us. The home had a traditional touch too. Love to be there again. We need to wait a bit to collect the keys from the lock box but it can be neglected considering all other great things.

• Nino (10/5): I can say that Rita Sweet Home is the best place to stay when in Rome. - Rita and her sons, Diego and Andrea met us to endorse the key to the place. They made sure that the place is very neat before we checked-in. They are very helpful and gave us some tips on how to go around Rome safe and sound. They gave us the name of the place or the store to go if we need some groceries or food, where to buy bus/train tickets. Rita's place is very near Roma Termini. Very accessible to restaurants and stores. I like the place because it is homey. It feels like our home away from home. It is complete with appliances - Washing Machine, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Free and fast Wi-fi access. The place is also secured because you will have to pass by 2 metal gates (which are always locked) to get to the property. I can not think of anything that we didn't like, because the place is perfect for us.
• Paul (10/5): Wonderful apartment in a great location - 1960's charm in a great location. Close to the Termini with easy access to transport and tours. The neighbourhood is alive with many cafes and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor but there is a small lift. Wifi is excellent.

A place highly recommended. The zone at night wasn't the nicest, but no real complaints. Plenty of options for traveling (2 blocks away from metro and train). Too bad the internet went out the last night and did not came back... But I guess things that happens

• John (10/5): Great Apartment - Great location and good facilities in apartment there was also a lift upto the 2nd floor which was also good. It was close to the train station the Metro and bus station was in easy reach from the apartment. There was plenty of restaurants and also a supermarket near by. We also had a great time in Rome using the public transport system we found the Trevi fountain and The Spanish steps quite easily.and used the Metro to the colosseum and back to the Rome Termini station Nothing all was fine
• Ahamed (5/5): Not a good experience - Location AC water collect in a jar , you have empty it twice a day. Rug was soaking wett , under the carpet there were mold and rotten floor. They did not clean it, I had to clean and moved the wet carpet to the balcony and it was smelling whole time.

• Jerry (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very charming and comfortable. The location was perfect. I really appreciated the elevator. There was no doubt that we were in Italy. It was just what we were hoping for. Way better than a modern hotel. The neighborhood was great with two very good restaurants just steps from the building and the Termini had a really good super market. Diego made it very easy for us to check in and to find and access the apartment. A couple better coffee cups and glasses would have been nice. But honestly, everything was fine.

The security of the gates and intercom were great. We found this apartment to be spacious, comfortable, welcoming and clean. The facilities were great especially the washing machine 🥰and comfortable bed. We loved the decorations and Rita’s friendly sons were really helpful too. Everything was great. An electric kettle would be good but not necessary.

• Christopher (9/5): Good value for money - Good facilities and comfortable beds. Air conditioning and washing machine very useful. Shower didn’t drain properly and meant next person had to wait until it had drained before being able to shower. Sometimes took 10 mins to drain!

• Sofia (9/5): Superb - The hospitality of the owner was great. We were arriving really late at night due to a flight delay but Mrs Rita's son gave all the mecessary instructions via messages so as to find a safe way to go to the apartment. He was waiting for us there althought it was late after midnight. The appartment is big enough for 4 persons and thought it is an old appartment it is very clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable and the access to the centre of the town is very eazy. Thank you, we will visit you again for sure Termini is a very busy district and not the cleanest part of the city. Of course this has nothing to do with the appartment itself.
• Trungtran (10/5): Super convenient and comfy apartment, super close to Termini station. - 3 minutes walk from the Termini station and surrounded by many stores and restaurants. It is located inside a very nice and old building with a lovely common area filled with green plants and flowers right in the middle of the city. The monent you walked into the building, it is quite cool and comfortable compared to the heat from the outside. The owners are very nice, helpful, and fast to respond. The apartment is a perfect size for a family of 4. I would definitely stay here again if I ever travel to Rome again. The very narrowed stairs and elevator. The elevator was a minus if you traveled with heavy luggage. It won't work if someone forgot to close the doors when they got out after using it. The gas stove is quite scary (we are used to electricity stove) and a bit too hot to use during the summer months. The wifi could be unstable but could be quickly fixed by turning it off and on again. The main apartment door couldn't be locked from the inside. Even though it seems safe, we were not used to this. Despite the thickness of the door, it was not enough to seal from the noise. A really weird and rude lady from downstairs came up to the stairs right in front of the apartment and was having a full-on video chat at 4a.m. in the morning. So if someone sleeps in the living room, this could be quite unannoying as you can hear everything. A lot of these things are not the fault of the owners. However, if things are improved, this apartment is, without a doubt, a relaxing place in this chaotic and historical city.
• Iulian-mb (9/5): OK - It is more spacious than it appears in the photos, the children had enough space to play. Sufficient facilities, being the station area, there are enough shops and restaurants. I would definitely come back. Armchairs have problems and there are many things that need to be collected so that they are not destroyed by children. It was quite noisy in the living room early in the morning as various things are being unloaded at the surrounding hotels. It was quiet in the bedroom but there was cigarette smoke from the apartments below.

Roma Termini is the most important connecting point which is 300 m but apart from that name anything from grocery to eatery everything is within a min walk Nothing that I need to mention

• Magda (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice and comfortable apartment where you really feel at home. Great location, close to most of Rome's sights, as well as shops and restaurants. Rita was kind and warm even though we were there really late. The apartment was well equipped and the gift we received was such a sweet surprise. If we return to Rome, we will definitely choose Rita Sweet Home again.

Diego helped us to get the heavy trolly bags in 2nd floor as lift was not working. -Very specious clean & quiet house, typical antic wooden interior, feels like an Indian house. We felt home here. Plenty of show pieces around the house. -Well equipped kitchen. Hot water runs in all taps. -Specious bedroom & comfortable bed, before we arrive they made Sofa Bed in to a Bed. -Supermarket is near by. Plenty of pizzeria/ restaurants around. Diego was always offering solutions via Whatsapp whenever require. Will choose again if required. Apartment need attention to upgrade basic requirements. -Room was cold even with maximum radiator, we felt cold. Later on we got use to the temperature. Need a spare electric room heater for winter. -Bath towels were very small, we had to use our own towel. -No Bathmat in the toilet to absorb water from the floor. -Very minimum space to dry cloths after washing, need a bigger cloth drier. -No space to hang cloths as hangers are really high in the bedroom wardrobe, not accessible at all. -Large dinner plates and wine glasses can be added in the kitchen. -No Balcony. -No Safe Box Despite these it’s a lovely place to stay.

• Bartosz (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, very close to Termini station, 20 minutes by foot to Coloseum, 30 minutes by foot, and to tens of other tourist attractions. A lot of restaurants in neighbourhood. Apartment is specious, in (I think) Italian typical design, well maintained little garden outside. Really good beds. Street is quiet. In building you can find elevator. A little bit of homeless people in neighbourhood but it seems to be safe street. I'm not sure, haven't been wandering later than 10 PM.

Thanks to Rita and her Sons for organizing us a very comfort stay, location 10/10 , cleaness 10/10 , comfort 10/10 , we had a feeling that we were at home, the apartment had everything we needed and many beautiful pictures on wall and nice furniture, very nice neghborhood not noisy, there are a lot of cafes and main station is on 3 minutes walking, if we come to Rome again we will definetly choose your place to stay, and wish you a good business, you are doing your job very clean and organized. Thanks again. Check in time could be earlier.

• Iveta (10/5): Great apartment next to Termini station - The apartment is located a few minutes from Termini Station. Everything inside is clean and cozy. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage earlier in the apartment. :)
