• Julia Berkouwer (8/5): Uitstekende plek voor remote werken met een groep van 10 man - Het huisje zelf was goed. Het was erg fijn dat er in totaal 5 slaapkamers waren zodat je de 10 mensen per tweetal kon opsplitsen. Daarnaast was het zwembad schoon en goed voorzien, een goede omgeving om buiten te barbecueën en je kan twee auto's voor de deur kwijt. Daarnaast is het op 15/20 minuten lopen van het strand of 5 minuten met de auto. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning. Er is een tweede beneden verdieping, echter komt de wifi niet tot beneden. Bovenin het huis was de wifi wel goed. Een van de kamers heeft een wat lager plafond en oudere douche.

• Andreia (10/5): C etait parfait et a refaire - Tout était parfait La maison est grande très bien aménagée Tant l intérieur comme l extérieur. Nous étions 3 couples avec enfants et 2 Bebe et tout était très fonctionnel et la proximité avec supermarchés plages, restaurants et activités était parfaite Très bonne literie Plein d ustensiles, appareil electro ménagers tout parfait Frigo e congèle grand plus un petit dehors a cote du bbq pour les apéros Nous avons même pu stationner nos 3 véhicules a l’intérieur sur les places Vraiment on reviendra et on recommande Merci

• Alannah (9/5): Lovely stay ! - We had a brilliant stay at this villa it’s much more spacious than expected and clean on arrival. The main villa has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and excellent air conditioning throughout. The outdoor areas are a real highlight plenty of different spaces to relax, dine, and enjoy the sun. The pool was a great size and very well maintained. The location is ideal, with lovely restaurants just a 2-minute walk away and an Aldi right opposite. The Arenal beach is only a 15-minute walk, and taxis were easy for exploring further. Although we didn’t use the two extra bedrooms in the annex, they looked just as lovely. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch, and the hosting company was always available if needed. Highly recommend!
• Christopher (9/5): A great well appointed villa, very comfortable - Very spacious property, with lots of tables and comfy chairs, always some shade if needed. Great size pool. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, close to supermarkets and some restaurants They are building a new Aldi supermarket opposite so construction noise during the week, but obviously once finished the noise will cease
• Gemma (10/5): Beautiful space with amazing outdoor area. - Lovely villa, clean, nice mix of traditional an modern and well located for a 15 minute walk to the beach and promenade. Outdoor cooking area is awesome - loved the paella cooking equipment & BBQ! The property has a separate apartment which has a damp issue and is very dark. We stayed as 5 adults which included 2 x couples in the main house and had no requirement for the apartment, so it didn't effect my personal score of the property.
• Anton (9/5): Villa itself is great, would recommend it for big groups of friends and multiple families. However the managing agency l - Comfortable beautiful property with plenty of common spaces for big groups. Nice swimming pool, great kitchen. Even an outside grill for a BBQ. Wi-Fi does not cover even half of the property. Good connection only inside in the living room, kitchen and upstair bedrooms. No connection anywhere outside or in the downstairs bedrooms. Dishwasher was broken when we moved in. The agency New Home Havea, which manages the property, took a 500 EUR deposit before we moved in. After we left they deducted 25 EUR from the deposit for one torn towel. Even though we left a bunch of stuff there like beach umbrella that can be used by next dwellers. They also were not interested in helping us fix the Wi-Fi coverage.
