• Marsha (10/5): Perfect. I would definitely stay there again! - The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, bars and markets. You could hear footsteps and chairs sliding from the apartment upstairs.
• Ari (10/5): בסיכומו של דבר- מושלם - היינו 5 לילות. מיקום מושלם לבאי הביאנלה בונציה (4 דקות ברגל מ- 2 האתרים המרכזיים). קרוב ביותר ל- 2 תחנות וופרטו (סירות התחבורה) לכל מקום. השכונה, קסטלו, מושלמת ורגועה. מצד אחד- בלי כל ההמונים ומאידך מציעה מגוון מסעדות, חנויות מזון וסופר מרקט שמאפשר חיים נוחים לתייר. מעל לכל, הדירה שהיא נקייה ומשופצת, מטבח מאובזר ומזווד בתבלינים. הזמינות של ריקרדו, הבעלים היתה למופת בתיקון מקלחון והחלפת מנורה, כשביקשנו. לא להחמיץ את חנות הירקות למטה- הכל טרי ובמיוחד עגבניות השרי פצ׳ינו מסיציליה והבצל, שהופכים כל ארוחה לחגיגה. אם נחזור-רק שם! אם ניתן לבחור, הייתי מעדיף את הדירה התחתונה שבה (לפי התמונות) התקרה בחדר השינה לא אלכסונית. לא ״דיל ברייקר״.

• Marilena (10/5): - Nuovissimo, ristrutturato con gusto, a due passi da Via Garibaldi che si passeggia volentieri di giorno e di sera, comoda al vaporetto e in zona molto tranquilla, 15' da piazza San Marco a piedi. Apprezzato anche il kit di accoglienza (acqua fresca, caffè, tisane, biscotti e il vino per un aperitivo su un comodissimo divano).

• Chekmarev (10/5): - We stayed in the apartments for 2 nights in April 2026 - can only recommend: excellent location (I was walking to San Marco within 15 minutes), plenty restaurants and cafes, supermarket in 1 minute, vaporetto station nearby. The rooms are clean, there is enough space for my family, you have everything you need to prepare the breakfast or dinner, the park nearby is small but beautiful. The owner was in contact and replied fast when I was needed advice or information. all good

Riccardo had some very helpful basics for us such as coffee, kitchen basics, water and Prosecco. Extra linens and towels helpful. This area of Venice is great. A lot more quiet than center Venice but only a 15min walk to the centre.

• Catalin (10/5): The perfect apartment in Castello, Venice - We had the great pleasure of staying in this absolutely gorgeous apartment. A 5 star rating is not enough for how beautiful the location is. It is located next to Bienale Gardens, in Castello - a more quiet area of Venice, even though there are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Also, the vaporetto stations are close to it. The walk to the main attractions of Venice is around 20 mins along the main canal. The apartment is spotless clean, with luxurious furnished rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the bottle of prosecco on the house, on arrival is such a nice welcoming gesture. The building is quiet and although there is a park -Giardini della Marineressa - just in front of it, no sound reaches the apartment. The host Sara is a very polite, friendly and always ready to cater to any needs. Also, she explains whatever information you might need regarding the city or the area. I highly recommend this beautiful place in order to have an relaxing and luxurios stay in Venice. Everything was perfect.

Sara was super helpful especially when I needed to stay an extra day because of an airport strike. She booked me in the their other property down the street which is wonderful. When I come back to Venice I will definitely stay here. Nothing.

• Silvia (10/5): - Per chi non vuole soggiornare in centro a Venezia ma a soli 15-20 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco (facendo solo il lungo mare con tanto di rampe per le valigie), è la struttura ideale per soggiorni di più giorni o per chi vuole vivere la città come chi ci abita. Sotto casa c'è via Garibaldi che è ampia e con tutto ciò che serve: il supermercato, la caffetteria dove fare colazione, i localini dove fermarsi a mangiare cicchetti alla sera (ottimo anche qualche ristorante), la farmacia, l'edicola e il parco dove andare a correre o fermarsi a prendere un the in una splendida serra. L'appartamento è nuovo, al primo piano (scale), curato in ogni dettaglio con vero gusto, la cucina è attrezzata e dotata anche del minimo necessario per cucinare e fare colazione (merendine, caffé, the, olio, sale, biscotti, caramelle e anche una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto), ci sono due televisori, sia in soggiorno che in camera e c'è anche lavatrice-asciugatrice. Le stanze sono luminose di giorno e silenziose di notte. La fermata del vaporetto , Arsenale, è vicinissima, così come i giardini della Biennale. Praticamente nulla. Qualche dettaglio ma segnalato nell'ottica di miglioramento.

Die Matratzen auf der Schlafcouch im Eohnzimmer könnten für meinen Geschmack härter sein, waren aber okay.

It's very close to the seaside and we had a unforgettable night drinking by the sea. I'll definitely choosing this place again if I come back to Venice. It would be great if the check out time can be say like one hour later, 10am is a bit early for us.

The place is very cozy, nicely decorated and equiped and well located near good restaurants, but you can also cook yourself if you would like to. The host was very kind and helpful with good hints on enjoying the city assuring we had a confortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Not that it was important but the TV sound for shows available in streaming services were too low

The location was quiet, close to a local coop, pharmacy, and restaurants, and was about 4 mins walk to the waterside. It was about 20min walk to St Marco square, and was easy to get to other locations by water bus or taxi. It was only 30mins from the airport by water taxi. The apartment we stayed in overlooks a beautiful garden and has a partial view of the water. The apartment was very nicely decorated, secure with pin code entry, and clean, with facilities for cooking and laundering clothes.

Location was perfect as we were 1 minute away from via Garibaldi where we found lots of good restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner. Recommend 💯
