James (10/5): A very comfortable and clean hotel, with lovely friendly staff. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good, with a selection of cheeses, eggs, breads and preserves. We would definitely stay here again.

There is a local Bus No1 can get on and off in front of the street of hotel. This bus goes straight to the center of Quba. There is a smell in our room. We suspect from the toilet.

Natalia (8/5): Very good - I sincerely recommend this hotel. Hotel is clean, the owner recommended us a trip to Xinalig, which occurred to be amazing. Trip was performed by native inhabitant of Xinalig, who drove us there Lada 4x4 :) This person was incredibly nice, talked about their history, situation at Xinalig. We were invatided to his house, he offered us dinner, tea, something sweet. It was amazing. I strongly recommend the hotel , mainly for ability to go with this man to Xinalig.

Breakfast had only boiled eggs, cold bread, jam and Cucumber. No omelet, no chicken or anything one can eat. 2. Wifi was really bad. 3. For dinner, hotel staff said we serve only to groups not to individuals and families. Though they had kitchen. 4. Pictures presented on booking.com and actual hotel are different. Food and internet

Marc (7/5): Good room, but a lot of echo of the reception - The hotel is located outside the new centre on a maine street, but behind another building so you hardly hear the noise from the traffic on the main street. The hotel has a parking lot in front of the hotel, very comfortable when you arrive by rental car. We had room 5 in a corridor on the ground floor on the front side of the hotel. A large room with good beds. The breakfast was in a separate restaurant in a kind of courtyard, behind the reception. A next time we would ask a room on the first floor or anyway a room away from the reception. Because no sound absorbing materials are used in the building and the corridor with our room was not separated with a door from the reception, we were obliged to hear all evening and night the conversations and (very loud) telephone ringtone of the reception. At the breakfast personal was more busy with the mobile phone than the needs of guests.

The breakfast was horrible with only boiled eggs & stale bread with potato chips & when we requested for omlette, the staff denied very harshly. There's no lift , you should take the stairs . We weren't happy with the experience, unfortunately. It was certainly not worth it for the price we paid.. service and responsiveness were very mediocre. The space was very small and especially the washroom was bad, there was a horrible stench and even upon request it wasn't fixed. If you book with breakfast, be prepared to be very disappointed.
