• Nur Laili (1/5): - The owner never responds or picks up the phone. I had to call the helpline. Booking had to be cancelled and I need to look for another place to stay. Refund from booking.com was also too slow I had to call to remind to know the progress only they proceeded to take the right action

He did not respond when I tried to check in on 14 September, and until now he still hasn’t replied, leaving me without any accommodation! Why does Booking.com have scammers? I could not check in even though I had already made full payment!

• Lydia (1/5): I am a victim of scam on Booking.com. Hence, I did not get to stay at the property - I was being scammed by the host. The day i was suppose check-in, the host could not be reached despite numerous calls. Since I was not able to reach out to the host, I went straight to the property to check-in. When I arrived at the property to collect the room key/card for check-in, there was already so many people there who were clueless as I was, only to find out that they were all victims who got scammed by Booking.com just as I was. I then immediately made a call to Booking.com to complain about this issue and how unreliable the Booking.com to allow such scams on their customers. The worse part is that Booking.com only offered to provide a replacement of another stay at some other property of our choice on the very same day instead of refunding to the source of where the payment was made from, which is from my bank account. By right since this issue was by Booking.com, you should have provided more options to refund the losses by the scammed victims. Appreciate if you could refund the full amount as per charged on my card. Thank you. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

• Mohammed (1/5): Cockroaches , RAT - Location is good It was my biggest disappointment at Booking.. Four days of my vacation were ruined because of this filthy accommodation.. Cockroaches are disgustingly widespread, you can notice them even on top of the bed. Everywhere in the apartment...also inside the refrigerator, you will find them on top of your food and fruits. The third night, there was a rat trying to climb out of the bathroom drain. It is true that it was closed well and he could not, but annoying noises and unpleasant odors were coming from there. They were nights of anxiety

• Billy (1/5): Appauling - Leaving Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the scam artists at reception take deposits for everything and make excuses to why they can’t give it back at check out times. The lift takes 20+ minutes to arrive at the lobby, the fish are dying in the fountain. Nice water pressure in the showers though! Not the place for a relaxing time!

• Aurélien (1/5): Scammers. This property has 45% extra fees, and terrible cleanliness take care! - Big flat This property has 45% extra fees. I didn't feel in security and the cleanliness is terrible. Cockroaches/hairs in the bathroom, leaking bathroom, windows that doesn't close.

• Muhammad (9/5): A very comfortable place to stay. - Strategic location, value for money, not noisy, clean apt and mini market, coin laundry at lobby. Initially booked for 3 nights, then extended for another 2 nights. Host was easy to reach out. I cannot use the washing machine cum dryer in the apt itself. Had to use the coin laundry at the lobby. Host probably has his own reason, not sure why.

• Intisar (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the location. The bed was not comfortable, I found some coackroch in the kitchen and the bathroom. No cleaning services were provided. There was no office for check in. The staff were sitting outside like in the streets, and this is kind of disrespect to the customers and to the admins.
