• Cristina (8/5): Para pasarlo bien - Excelente atencion de Giorgio, muy predispuesto para que estemos cómodos. Los articulos de cortesia estuvieron muy bien. Café, té, azucar, galletitas y elementos para cocinar.
• Dania (8/5): Appartamento piccolo ma funzionale e comodo al centro - Appartamento pulito, buon punto di appoggio per andare in centro città. L' autobus passa praticamente quasi sotto casa. Difronte vi è MC Donald's se vuoi mangiare Easy e spendere poco. Altrimenti, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi,c' è la pizzeria Il Pipistrello, che consiglio. Una rosticceria, un tabacchi, insomma l' appartamento è collegato bene ai servizi. Poi il padrone di casa, il signor Giorgio ospitale, gentile e disponibile ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Se proprio devo trovare qsa di negativo ma niente di così grave, e abbiamo dormito lo stesso, il letto " cigolava" .

• Hormoz (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing host .so kind and friendly, the room has everything you need even a clothesline to wash your clothes and hang it .you really don't feel you are at a trip it completely feels like home . One my best stay at a trip You can't stay out after 11:30 because there wouldn't be any bus to your hotel from city center to here . It is not from the city center but the room is on the hill and make it difficult to get there without bus/taxi , after 11:30 that the las bus leaves you have to get taxi wich they charge very high

• Daniel (8/5): Very good - A cozy appartment with an ancient florentin sound. A balcony with an internal view garden. Very nice. We had problems with mousquitos.Therefor we slept so and so. Some nets at the windows could solve the problem.
• Dim (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has everything you need and Giorgio is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there are shops for everything you need. There is a bus stop next to the house and getting to the center is very easy. We had a great time and will we would choose it again. Everything was ok.
• Ashlee (10/5): Fantastic stay - Giorgio was a great host and has made this an excellent place to stay. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It felt like an authentic experience, especially with the balcony overlooking the yards. It’s also only a short bus ride into Florence. Nothing, everything was great.
• Farrell (8/5): Very good - Only 20min bus journey from the train station. Nice quiet location.Nice rear balcony.Pizza restaurant and McDonald's a few minutes walk away. The owner was very nice and helpful and provided a free map and local tips on what to see. Quite confusing findIng the right bus stop after arriving at the train station. Best way is to go to the little bus station nearby and get your ticket and as you come out of the ticket office go left and once you meet the road you'll see the bus stop that you need is about 15m away.

• Marcela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has authentic Italian decor (very well maintained) , which makes it special. It is very clean, calm, and equipped in detail with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. The bust station is near the apartment. By bus, it takes only 15/20 minutes to get to the center. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very nice, friendly and helpful, even though he does not speak english. He provided us with a map of the city and explained how to get anywhere we want. The apartment itself is old and has authentic Italian decor but is very clean and has everything one might need for a comfortable stay. You have to take the bus from the centre to get to the apartment but the bus ride is quite short and overall did not affect our stay in a negative way.

• June (8/5): A nice away-from-the-city place to stay. - The property was really nice. It was accessible to some food shops and bus stop. The house was big! It is also possible to cook. Since we visited during winter, it was cold (5-10C outside). There were just 2 portable small heaters which were not enough to meet our comfortable warmth level. I think the place is going to be perfect during warmer periods of the year. But if you like a really cold room during winter, this is your place!
