• Nadezda (5/5): Bonito pero húmedo - muy limpio, bien ubicado, bien equipado Nuestra bienvenida ha sido el olor a humedad y un deshumidificador encendido en la zona del comedor. Pudimos empatizar con la situación hasta un cierto punto. La anfitriona nos ha ofrecido el reembolso del importe íntegro de la reserva pero viajando con un niño se busca la seguridad y comodidad, no pudimos quedarnos sin alojamiento. Aunque se trata de una zona muy húmeda, no son condiciones para alquiler un apartamento por 100€/noche.

No me habían facilitado el código y no había nadie esperándome en la casa, me atendió su hermano que vive al lado y me él me facilitó las llaves. Muy amable y correcto

• Petr (1/5): fake - nothing not accomodated - letted know the owner upfront. accepted the cancellation fee. Owner responded it's a thing of booking (not its not). By the purpose, the owner replied only once, after the night stay should proceed - so it was not possible to cancel the booking any more. On request, whether at least cleaning fee can be returned (yes, according to the policy) she did not reply any more on booking, and even whatsapp. Its not about money (f*** 50 EUR) but I would beware this accommoration as would not trust it any more.

• Frank (9/5): Gut gelegene und komfortable Erdgeschosswohnung. - Gute Lage weniger als 10 Minuten vom Flughafen und gut gelegen für den Ausflug ins Anaga-Gebirge. Praktische und wertige Einrichtung sowie bequemes Bett. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Terrasse vor der Wohnung und ein echtes Esszimmer, sowie Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Gut Beleuchtung. Empfindliche Menschen stören sicher die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge. War für uns ehrlich gesagt kein Problem. Die an sich sehr angenehme Dusche neigt etwas zu "Überschwemmungen".

• Michelle (8/5): This place would be exceptional if it had an AC unit!! - Very clean, well decorated, updated, spacious. It would benefit greatly to have an AC unit. Not having an AC unit made it hot and that was our only dislike. The location is convenient if you’re going to the airport, but it also is a little loud with the airplanes going overhead.

Close to the Tenerife North airport. Facilities were very clean and our host, Veronica, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The pizza at Pizzaria Manamme about 10 minutes by car was excellent! Thanks for the recommendation, Vero! A couple of simple items could make a big difference, e.g. a box of tissues in each bath room, better address signage. The actual apartment was initially difficult to identify from the street.

• Marja (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is very nice and well equipped. Also the location is good, you can park the car at the street. The apartment was very cold, there is no heating. The air was very humid and all the clothes we had outside the suitcase were damp and wet. Even the towels did not dry during the day. The host bought a small heater, which is very kind of her, but it's not enough to heat the apartment and to dry all the clothes. Maybe in the summer months there is no such problem.
• Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - The property was pristine. Everything was spotless and to the very best standard. I was very impressed with the apartment. We used it as a stop off before flying from the North Airport but it is also in a perfect location for exploring various areas of the North.
