Terhi (8/5): - Upea näköala, viihtyisä miljöö ja rauhallinen talo. Nukuin oikein hyvin. Myös saapumisohjeet olivat hyvät ja selkeät. Asunnolle on hankalat julkiset kulkuyhteydet. Bussi 27 kulkee kerran tunnissa arkena päiväaikaan. Illalla ja viikonloppuna on lähin pysäkki Pispalan valtatiellä, josta on melkoinen kiipeäminen asunnolle ja vastaavasti melkoinen liukastelu talvella alas rinnettä. Keittiön baaripöytä ja tuolit olivat hankalia.

Jalonen (7/5): - Maisemat mahtavat,ja perille opastaminen. Kiitos niistä Epäsiisti ympäristö,lattiakaivon siivilän voisi puhdistaa useammin. Oli tulla tulvavahinko ennenkuin huomasin.

Uotinen (10/5): - Maisemat olivat todellakin upeat täältä, oli ihana katsella järvelle ja Pispalan söpöjä taloja, illan pimentyessä valot näytti kauniilta. Makuuhuoneen ikkunaan ei kukaan näe ulkopuolelta, joten verhoa voi pitää auki. Paikka oli siisti ja mukavasti sisustettu. Naapurit olivat joko myös todella hiljaisia tai sitten asunnossa on erityisen hyvä äänieristys. En keksi mitään moitittavaa. Jos jotakin haluaa vielä entisestään parantaa, niin pieniä lautasia voisi tuoda yhden lisää, muistaakseni löysimme vain yhden pikkulautasen, ja lakanapyykin voisi pestä vain miedosti hajustetulla pyykkiaineella (itse olen aika tuoksuherkkä ja vuodevaatteet tuoksuivat enemmän kuin mihin olen tottunut, mutta tietysti hajusteyliherkkä voisi varautua myös itse tuomalla esim. oman tyynyliinan).

Helmi24 (9/5): Lovely views in Pispala, nice place - The apartment was stylish and clean with fantastic views and great location in Pispala Tampere. There was a small terrace next to the house. I had a bit difficulties to find the place. I could have used some kind of arm chair. All chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. The place also missed iron for ironing clothes.

Volker (8/5): Very good - nice and clean comforttable Appartement, excellent view over sea washing machine and dishvwasher available. difficult to darken the room at night, additional curtain may help. Took some time to find the switch to allow water access to dish washer, short instruction may help.
