- Hubert (10/5): Great for a Short Stay with a Small Group - Everything, the facility was spot on, great for 3 people, would not recommend anymore. Comfortable and has all the amenities you need, small but does the job for a small holiday, comfortable to sleep in too. Host is exceptional as-well. Neighbours are oddly rude, shout at you a lot, very dismissive, nothing to do with the property though, only thing it looks nothing as advertised on pictures.

- Luigi (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e staff disponibile - Lo staff è stato molto gentile. L’appartamento era super pulito e confortevole. L’unica piccola cosa da segnalare è che non c’è l’ascensore, ma era indicato nell’annuncio, quindi non è stata una sorpresa. Nel complesso è stato tutto ottimo e ci torneremmo volentieri.

- JOSE (2/5): Séjour très bruyant – manque de repos total. - La disponibilité du personnel, et réactivité. Equipment du logement convenable. La climatisation est appréciée. Nous avons passé une nuit blanche à cause de fêtes organisées par des groupes dans l'immeuble jusqu'à 4h du matin. Bien que l'hôte soit intervenu auprès des autres locataires de l'immeuble, plusieurs fêtes int eu lieu par de nouveaux groupes dans la semaine. l'insonorisation est quasi inexistante (cloisons très fines). Le confort n'est pas au rendez-vous : le canapé lit est inconfortable, la salle de bain est mal agencée et mal insonorisée . De plus il est très difficile de stationner dans le quartier, même hors saison en avril. Idéal pour ceux qui viennent faire la fête, mais à fuir si vous cherchez le calme.

Dans l'appartement il y a tout le nécessaire sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, machine à café bouilloire.... L'appartement était très propre. La mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans notre appartement. Certaines nuits ont été compliquées quand ils faisaient la fête...

- Jeanne (7/5): Le séjour s’est bien passé, les hôtes sont très réactifs via l’application booking, seulement l’appartement pourrait êtr - Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée, globalement agréable et très bien situé. Lit double dans le salon est très inconfortable. Le logement n’était pas pas très bien équipé, le grille pain ne fonctionnait pas, il n’y avait pas d’aliments de base comme par exemple le sel ou le poivre, pas d’huile ni de vinaigre non plus. Nous avons été reçues avec un seul rouleau de papier toilette, sauf qu’étant au logement pendant 4 jours nous avons dû en racheter un lot complet, ce qui arrange bien les propriétaires. Pour finir les « couettes » dans la chambre sont trop fines pour cette période de l’année (mars), et il n’y avait pas de draps housse pour la couette du lit dans le salon, juste un drap simple à mettre entre nous et la couette.

No teníamos luz en la habitación, no había nada de productos básico para entrar. Como un simple Jabón de manos o para platos. Aun había arena en los muebles y sillas.

Falta de persianas en la estancia, las cortinas no bloquean suficiente la luz. Colchas de las tres camas pequeñas. Las paredes son muy finas o el aislamiento acústico muy justo, porque se oía todo, de los vecinos y la escalera. La puerta del baño medio rota la maneta. Poco papel de vater para 5 personas 3 días (haria falta avisarlo también).

La situación, a diez minutos andando del centro supermercado grande al lado, aparcamiento disponible cerca, relación calidad-precio muy buena Por el tipo de construcción se oía mucho el ruido en los alojamientos de al lado, y dificultaba el descanso. Las instalaciones se han modernizado en parte pero hay cosas como la distribución de mobiliario que son un poco incómodas (la puerta del baño dificulta entrar, cama pegada a pared, encimeras sin espacio, sofá debajo de tv...). La puerta del portal quedaba abierta todo el tiempo.

Le falta equipación en cocina, está un poco viejo, no dispone de cortinas que cubran toda la estancia, es una zona muy mala para aparcar, y calidad precio para la época del año quizá un poco cara. Check out muy pronto a las 10 de la mañana.

Además, el trato del anfitrión fue exquisito: se nos olvidó un objeto personal y estuvo muy atento para que me lo guardaran y pudiera recuperarlo. La recogida de las llaves del cajetín de la entrada fue algo confusa. Creo que nos dieron más de un código y eso no ayudó. Quizá podrían simplificar este asunto.

L´apartament és ampli i té balcó, i la cuina permet preparar coses bàsiques. Com a punts a millorar, les instal·lacions es noten una mica antigues. També se sent soroll d'altres apartaments.

Las paredes son muy delgadas y se oye todo todo. Había música fuerte y quizás alguien le ha avisado pero han seguido hasta pasadas las 3 de la mañana hablando fuerte y como la aislación és muy mala, no podíamos dormir.

- Mateusz (5/5): - Dobra lokalizacja Wiele rzeczy było zniszczonych między innymi klapa od muszli oderwana, czystość też pozostawia wiele do życzenia, na patelni była pleśń. Wszystkie akcesoria kuchenne brudne, tłuste. Ciężko działające drzwi do łazienki.

- Monica (8/5): Para pasar unos días - Apartamento sencillo para pasar unos días, cerca del puerto y al lado del Mercadona. Nos dejaron el aire caliente encendido por lo que al llegar el piso tenía la temperatura perfecta, no pasamos frío. No tiene ascensor. La puerta de la entrada debe cerrarse bien con el cerrojo o pasar la llave, sino podrán entrar desde fuera.

- Estefania (6/5): Está bien! - El apartamento en sí, es funcional. Tiene buena ubicación, buenos espacios, cocina pequeñita pero completa y dos buenos balcones. Estaba un poco sucio y dejado. No hay persianas y a las 6:30 de la mañana ya te despiertas de la cantidad de luz que entra en el apartamento. Las almohadas son infumables. La verdad es que el apartamento es muy funcional y lo volvería alquilar. Pero le hace falta una reforma o mínimo un lavado de cara urgentemente.
