- Javier (2/5): Extremely poor customer service on a very run down property - Very poorly maintained and terrible service: a door missing from the en suite bathroom, a shower that couldn’t be used because only scalding water came out of it, the door handle in the main bedroom came out… No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and no soap in any of them, no access to the garage. And when we contacted the property about this they only sent a plumber to fix the shower (did nothing about the rest of the issues)
