• Dimic (10/5): If you are looking for a good location, good apartment for 2-4 people, this place is the right one. Good value for the m - Location, has everything for a stat (iron, coffee machine, etc), balcony, few rooms, AC) It was clean, but you could still find some dust on electric devices, or table, so I would just ask the owner to do a better dip cleaning, after that it's 10/10. Not a big deal to be honest, but still my girlfriend found it not clean as it should, and I guess some other people will notice it too.

• Johan (10/5): Fraai appartement - Een mooi ruim appartement. 2 slaapkamers met tweepersoons bedden , 2 mooie inloop douches en wc’s. Stadscentrum letterlijk naast de deur, gemakkelijk te bereiken. Parkeergarage (betaalt) onder het pand. Goed uitgeruste keuken (niet gebruikt overigens). Mooi ruim balkon. Ook prima instructie(filmpje) om het pand te vinden en hulp (indien nodig) bij het regelen van de reservering van de garage. Het was schoon. Meer dan prima. Alles beviel, maar wees je ervan bewust dat het midden in het centrum is, buiten is het gehorig. Binnen viel het wel mee.

• RICHARD (8/5): A lovely central apartment but can be noisy at night - Great location, very good outdoor space, well stocked kitchen. Spacious and airy apartment. Entry to property on arrival was very difficult and unnecessarily complicated. The apartment is above a department store with noisy deliveries from 22.00 onwards directly below.

• Ian (10/5): Perfect for a city break! - Superbly located and very well appointed apartment. Ideal for 2 couples. The video showing access to the main entrance and the apartment was really helpful. The only thing we could think would help would be a 'welcome pack' in the apartment, possibly with some brief instructions on using appliances/air conditioning and maybe a map and some brochures for local attractions
• Dorothy (10/5): Modern apartment with patio, within walking distance to everything is the place you want to stay in Seville, - Location was perfect. Close to all the sights and shopping. Staff was wonderful. Very responsive when we encountered a washing machine problem. We will definitely stay here again. So modern, patio was a plus! Make parking reservations with the city lot beforehand. It will be cheaper. We loved everything about the property. Parking instructions were confusing.

Manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, (pas de passoire , trop petite poêle pour nourrir la famille))

• Christopher (9/5): Huge balcony and great apartment. Walk to everything. - Fantastic location within easy walking distance of all the sights. Huge balcony where you could spend plenty of time (if it's not too hot) Good parking in the basement of the same building. But we couldn't pre book as the parking app didn't work and the garage attendant couldn't even get the app to work! Luckily plenty of spaces but 30 Euros a day is expensive. Good communication and help from Lorenzo who greeted us on arrival.

• Crawford (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic. Close to everything. The apartment is very bright modern and open. It had all the essential kitchen equipment, plus nespresso. The washing machine was useful as we are traveling "budget airline light" for many weeks. There's a supermarket and parking in the basement (no direct access). Nothing to not like.

The street was a bit noisy in the evenings with delivery trucks. The dishwasher wouldn’t work so we had to wash everything by hand.

• Susie (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a great location - The location is perfect for exploring Seville. It’s in the heart of the action. Loads of bars restaurants and all the main sights and areas are on your doorstep The apartment is stunning - spacious, clean, fresh, modern and the balcony is really large and has an outdoor dining and separate seating area! The host, Lorenzo, is super helpful, friendly, welcoming and great at communicating Nothing! We loved it!
• Mary (10/5): We would highly recommend this apartment. - The appartment was a perfect location for our stay and to explore the historic sites in Seville It was very well equipted, well furnished, clean and comfortable We particulary enjoyed the terrace We arrived early and parked out car in the carpark under the appartment block. We had requested an early checkin but had a small difficulty locating the appartment block entrance. We rang the host he arranged for the lady cleaning the appartment to meet us and guide us to the appartment without delay. We would highly recommend this apartment. Slight difficulty locating the entrance to the apartment block. Also we feel that without help it would be difficult to locate the apartment within the building (however we got help from the host quickly and we were met and guided to the apartment) We suggest that a video of 'the walk through from the street to the apartment' would be very helpful link to sent to guests.

• Rachel (8/5): overall our stay was great! the location was perfect and we had enough room to put the provided pack n play in the small - the location was great and they had all the amenities they stated they would have. The terrace was beautiful! The inside of the apartment had a smell of smoke which we couldn’t shake off.

(Paying) parking under the building. Convenient. Bakery next door ! Would certainly stay here again when I'm in Sevilla. -
