• Denise (10/5): A great base for a wonderful holiday. - A well appointed apartment with 2 beautiful balconies and very comfy beds. Excellent location. Little touches like the supply of dishwashing tabs and clothes detergent are much appreciated = you don’t have to go and buy everything yourself (and then leave 3/4 of the product behind). Thank you
• Steve (9/5): Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Well done to the owners and managers. - Very clean and well maintained. Up-to-date furnishings, bathroom and kitchen facilities. Excellent location, with a view from the beach facing balcony of the ocean. Nothing. It was great.
• Aroha (10/5): - The apartment was clean and.comfortable. it had everything we needed. It was walking diatancw to the beach which was handy as we went for morning walks there. It is private and quiet and we felt we had an uninterupted stay. It was easy to check.in and check out.
• Arun (5/5): ok - We used Booking.com for the first time. This will also be the last time . The name of the resort was complexly different to the one I booked in. The advertisement was for Ocean Breeze Retreat however the name was actually OUTLOOK COLOUNDRA.This was extremely confusing and stressful. We made a mistake in the dates of our booking and wanted to reduce the booking by one day. We tried to contact Booking.com but were not able to as no email was received from them giving a reference that could be used .Thei website does not have a contact email or phone number for changes .However they provided us the details of the property management . I called the property manager and she said this would be ok so I emailed her to confirm the request . We subsequently contacted the property managers about a refund after we had checked out we were told by the property Managment that since we booked with Booking.com we should have contact them if we wanted to make any changes . Since I used my credit card to make this booking I have decided to decided that we will not water our time and dispute the transaction. We tried to contact Booking.com but were not able to as no email was received from them giving a reference that could be used .Thei website does not have a contact email or phone number for changes .However they provided us the details of the property management .

• Greg (10/5): Great unit to escape to and use as a base for outings - Great space, relaxing outlook, peaceful and well set up to chill out. Close to walk to town centre.

Very pleasant and bright apartment with 2 beautiful terraces Swimming pool and jacuzzi in the residence Tastefully furnished apartment with full equipment necessary We will return Negative point : Only 1 set of Keys and for 2 couples not easy to manage, especially you need the beep and key to access everything in the building
