• Ferran Puig (6/5): Nevera no apta para apartamento - El edificio está muy bien mantenido El apartamento está mal distribuido, para ver la tv tienes que estar en la cama. La nevera es ridícula tipo hotel , si estás 11 noches como nosotros. Tienes que planificar que beberas al dia siguiente porque no hay espacio y estará tibio porque no enfría hasta los 2 dias , la limpieza justita , si movías algo había mucho polvo, los ventiladores rotos sin pies. , no nos cambiaron sábanas ni toallas en toda la estancia. La persona de contacto que no vimos ningún dia poco interactiva. Lo justito del primer dia
• Irina (9/5): - The hosts were very kind and from beginning they responded very quickly and helped with all questions. Wait us when we arrived late and left a gifts. Everything as shown in the photos, metęs our wishes. I want to come back again little things that I don't want to write😊
• Tanya (9/5): Overall, it is a great place to visit Tenerife close to the beach - The location is very close to the beach — about a 5-minute walk. It also has a parking spot, which was important for us. There are swimming pools as well; although the water was quite refreshing, we were still able to relax there. There’s also a small bar next to the pool area. Rosa center with many shops and a supermarket is 3 mins by car, there is also available a smaller(and slightly more expensive) Superdino supermarket just 100 meters from the apartment. It's well located Trip to Plaja Americas is about 25 mins by car, to Teide around 40-50 mins, to Los Gigantes around 25 mins. The apartment has a key box, which was convenient since we left early in the morning and didn’t need to meet anyone — we just left the keys inside. The apartments are quite small, but perfectly fine for two people. The bed is in the same room as the kitchen, separated by a wall. The kitchen area is small, but it was fine for the week we stayed there. And it has everything you need for cooking. The surroundings are quite busy, with many tourist shops and cafés. When we needed to wait in the car on the street, it was difficult to find a free place to stop.

• Stefano (10/5): Prezzo buono ma qualità scarsa dell’appartamento - La gentilezza e l’efficienza dei gestori Le sponde del letto sono a 25 cm dalle pareti. La presa di corrente accanto al letto si sta staccando. Non ci sono abat-jour ai lati del letto. Non c’è un cambio di asciugamani nel corso della settimana. Non c’è aria condizionata (ora non serve ma in estate?) Appartamento per non più di due persone. Frigorifero poco funzionale per le bottiglie. Il gancio di chiusura della finestra del bagno è rotto. I coltelli non tagliano. Sedie fragili. La fodera del divano è sporca.
• Yifan (10/5): - Great location close to the beach, shopping, and Mount Teide. Clean room with a kitchenette for simple meals. We loved our 5-day stay. The window offers stunning views of the ocean, city, and mountains. A bit hard to find the address initially, but everything else was perfect. Highly recommended!
• Indre (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and located in a great area — close to everything we needed. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back in the future.
• Kacper (10/5): - Bardzo gościnni i pomocni właściciele, sprawili, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Super widok z balkonu, nie słychać sąsiadów i hałasu z ulicy. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone (suszarka do włosów, suszarka do prania, żelazko, pralka, toster, ekspres do kawy, lodówka i kuchenka). Zamknięty, prywatny parking w cenie, dobra lokalizacja (blisko sklepy, bary, klub, restauracje i plaże). Bardzo polecam.

• Olivier (10/5): Super rapport qualité/prix! - Super séjour dans cet appartement durant 2 semaines en août. Karla, notre contact, et son mari ont été de merveilleux hôtes, toujours présents pour répondre à nos demandes et super sympathiques. Merci encore ! L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, dans un ancien hôtel-club. Cela permet de profiter de tous les avantages d’un appartement tout en ayant accès à une superbe piscine ainsi qu’à un court de tennis gratuit. Le balcon est à l’ombre à partir de 11 h en août, ce qui permet d’en profiter sans avoir trop chaud et de garder l’appartement relativement frais. La place de parking, un véritable atout à Tenerife où il est toujours très compliqué de se garer, est un plus non négligeable. En résumé, le meilleur rapport qualité/prix : nous recommandons vivement !

Space on side of bed was around 8 inches a side. Making entering/ exit bed at night really difficult. There was no room for table or a ledge to put drinks etc and the shelf behind bed was difficult to access No access to light switch on right side of bed, which was problematic if a toilet trip was needed and resulted in waking other partner to turn light on Totally not owners fault but dogs opposite don't stop barking day and night Guests above return 12am and are noisy until 3am More sockets needed as extension leads for everything in lounge to, internet, tv box, fans. Sky box got hot, when phones were plugged in. Leads were all over dressing table . Tv is in bedroom and no way to watch in lounge . I feel it could be wall mounted. • Aeram (10/5): Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment - One of my best staying in many trips. This beautiful apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant staying. The host had prepared us many dishes, pilows, towels l, etc. Apartment's view to the mountains was spectacular.  Room has a fiber optic high speed Internet, and the TV was connected to many online services.  There was a washing machine with many detergents you may need. Host has put a lot of soft tissues for usage. Property has a really nice and beautiful balcony. Free parking was available. The place is far from tourist attractions so if you chose here, think of renting a car (cheap in island). I definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you dear host.
• Ewgenij (10/5): We still had a great experience! - Great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful in solving any issues that arose. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay—fully equipped with kitchenware, a very convenient shower, and a great location with shops nearby. The check-in and check-out process was super easy—no need to solve riddles to get into the apartment! Everything is straightforward, which is a huge plus when you’re on vacation and don’t want to waste time on unnecessary hassle. The The only minor downside was that the bed was a bit saggy, but there was a sofa in the other room, which was very comfortable. However, this didn’t affect our overall impression at all—we still had a great experience!

• Emilia (7/5): Good - Really nice owners Shower House should be Exchange, because it was really uncomfortable. They do not ad the extra paper towels and rubbish bags- we receive only two pieces for 11 days. The apartament was not really clean ( we have ants and half of open chips pack).
• Keiron (10/5): Great host, great price and a pleasant stay with everything as described - Got home 1 day ago from a lovely stay. The host karla was lovely and friendly muchas gracias karla. Karla also added a little gift for "my princesses" as she called them. Coffee, cake and 2 cold beers in the fridge was a nice touch. Shower, hot water and wifi all working great.Simple process of accessing the accommodation and karla made contact via whats app early if you let them know about expected ETA.The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Room faces north with the mountain view with I prefer and kept the room cooler. Great pool bar with good vibes. The pool was also good with enough lounge recliners for us( quieter months of late October so summer could be different) The surrounding areas have enough choice of food,drink and entertainment without being too much choice. We hired a car and travelled out to different towns and places but public transport hasn't been difficult on previous holidays in tenerife 1 set off keys for doors instead of passes for each person. No oven but not listed as included so if self catering bare this in mind for food choices. Air fryer in the room would be a great addition. Beds are firm but that's always a personal choice.

There are cocrouches in The apartment, our parkingspot was take by someone else and the owners english language is realy poor. Also by the adreses in The google maps it shows next Street, so it was Hard to find the right building.

• Rafal (9/5): A home away from home. - The balcony is facing north east which is a blessing at hot weather. You can still see the sea but first of all the hills/mountains. The place has all facilities like at home, nothing fancy but really everything you need away from home. All appliances are in working order, you can clearly see that someone takes good care of the place - you can feel a lady's hand. Close to a beach - stone beach, however, for us it was an advantage. I will surely come back if fate allows It is not complaining, just details. The shower head holder does not grab the shower properly, easily comes off (especially when you stop using it). I had some issue with timely key collection, however, the host allowed me to check out a little later, which totally made up for it. Such professionalism is truly appreciated.

The size was perfect for two people, which even allows you to self cater with a great kitchenette. The bathroom was also very good too. The property it self was very clean. • Rafal (9/5): Superb - Comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. At the centre of Playa Paraiso, just down town, however pretty quiet at the same time. View of the beautiful mountains/hills from the balcony and you can even see the sea. It is on the 5th floor in a high block (16 floors), however, there were 4 (functioning) lifts, therefore they were always easily available. 5 minutes from a beach. Well equipped in everything you might need, including kitchen ware. Owner very cooperative in whatever we asked for. I had to think hard to put something here. The water in the public pool was pretty cold, however, we could swim in the warm sea every day, therefore, we did not care about it.

Bathroom wit a shower, small issue with draining, needed proper cleaning and unstacking. It ok property just need a refresher. Kitchen with 2 burners and small fridge. No oven. Lack of air con but to be fair it was a heat wave when we went. landlord provided as with second fan after request. Apartment is more suitable for 2 people then a family but 2+1 can work. Knives blunt.
