- Anastasia (1/5): Scam property - The owner was in touch with me until I arrived to Cairo. But when I arrived he DISAPPEARED, not replying texts, nor calls (first call was busy tone and then my call was rejected, so he was able to answer a call). And it was 8 p.m., so it was stressful to look for a new accommodation at night and in the same time dealing with calling customer service to cancel this booking and waiting a few days for refund after all. And he never replied even after, no apologies, no explanation, although I saw him being online, that’s why I conclude it was a pure scam. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this property whatsoever, to not go through the same experience. Waste of time and nerves

- Keleny (1/5): Vorsicht Betrüg - Nach der Bestätigung der Buchung und der Bezahlung erhielt ich eine Nachricht über WhatsApp, in der man mich bat, die Buchung zu stornieren, da die Wohnung zu diesem Datum angeblich nicht verfügbar sei. Natürlich war ich von dieser Begründung nicht überzeugt und hatte den starken Verdacht, dass man einfach mehr Geld wollte. Tatsächlich fragte ich nach – und mir wurde ein Preis genannt, der etwa sechs Mal so hoch war wie der auf Booking.com angegebene Preis. Als ich dann fragte, ob ich für dasselbe Datum trotzdem buchen könne – also genau für das Datum, das angeblich nicht verfügbar war – erhielt ich zur Antwort: „Ja, das ist möglich!“ Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice von Booking.com wurde die Buchung zum Glück kostenlos storniert. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen, mit solchen Betrügern Geschäfte zu machen.

- Rayyaan (9/5): Superb - The owner was very responsive when we had issues with the internet and a few other things. He was very helpful and always stayed in contact in case we needed anything. The location is very central and has everything you need. Air-conditioning also worked very good. The place could've been slightly cleaner, but it was still clean enough and very clean compared to other places.

Everything was clean and they have nice entertainment amazon prime and netflix. , Very safe and it was great experience.
