• Paula (8/5): Disappointing. Expensive. Unfriendly. - Location. Newly renovated. Photos advertising the rental property were accurate. Very clean. Accessories/kitchen appliances excellent. As a residential complex, many of the residents and complex employees were ‘stand off ish’ to the point of rude and dismissive. We were not welcome there. I am a 53 year old female staying for 2-weeks with my 80 year old mother, not exactly party animals, we just wanted a nice place to stay. We said hello, good morning, good afternoon in which ever language was applicable and almost everyone ignored us, didn’t reply to us and made us feel unwelcome. We were staying for 2-weeks. We went to the lovely pool on one day. Signs stated no food, drinks, smoking, music, diving, etc. There were no toilet facilities. Key only access. At midday we left the pool area to go to the loo back in our apartment and to have some lunch. We left our towels on the pools side loungers. Within 7-minutes the owner contacted me saying that there had been a complaint that we had left our towels on pool-side loungers, thus preventing other’s from using the loungers. THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE THERE! OUR TOWELS WERE DUMPED ON A POOL SIDE BENCH WHILST ALL LOUNGERS REMAINDED EMPTY. Whilst no one can control the weather, we experienced a lot of rain. On our second to last day, I was in the shower, had just put shampoo on my hair when I heard a ‘glug glug’ noise and felt an influx of water over my feet. It was sewage!!! It stank. There were huge chunks of disgustingness flooding the shower and bathroom. I called the owner who arrived as promptly as possible. Residential maintenance and plumbers were summoned. The problem was resolved hours later. A day wasted for human waste. Horrific experience. We paid top dollar of €1,700 for 2-weeks. Then asked for an additional €100 for late check out. It’s a 1-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was not made up for us. The owner expected me to sleep with my mother for 2-weeks. We are close but not that close. Overall, a lovely accommodation apart from the raw sewage in the shower. Totally over priced. Residents are so unfriendly and unwilling to receive new people.

• Eamon (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - The apartment is one of the best equipped I've stayed in, it had everything you need. Everything was like new, the location is perfect and the owners were really great they even offered to arrange a taxi for the airport. If I was to be picky then the only issue I had was the bed was a bit small for a double and the mattress is very soft. But that's just personal preference.

• elizabeth (9/5): Enjoyable Stay - Location excellent. Nice view. Clean and spacious. Kitchen appliances excellent and was well equipped. TV had good choice of channels. Air conditioning. Washing machine. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful. There is also a park for a mobility scooter with a charging point. Lovely pool area. Would highly recommend. 😊 I booked this for my parents who are 84 and 86. From their point of view only the four deep steps down to the apartment but there was a handrail and the step from the street gate but they did have a key to open the main gate for car access.
