Berkhan (1/5): Spiders, spiders and spiders... - Wasn't able to focus on good things about this facility. Maybe heating was good I can say... There were spiders in the house. I've contacted to both house owners and the booking but they denied to refund. I've contacted to the huswell before visiting the house and given my worries about the cleaning of the house because the recent review had us worried. I am kinda allergic to bugs or spiders. Anyway, after contacting many times we had to visit there. There was no choice. And baaang there were SPIDERS still!!
Muhammet (1/5): Dirty - Location The house was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere. There were some personal stuff from previous customers. The house and its belongings were in a very neglected state. Even though I reported the situation to the company that manages the house named Huswell with photos, they did nothing. I am thinking of getting legal support on the issue and filing a lawsuit.
