• tshitenge (5/5): Passable - nous avons apprecié la modernité de l'appartement l'hôte n'était pas du tout courtois , nous avons émis des remarques quant à l'appartement, toutefois ce dernier n'a pas du tout était compréhensif , il n'a même pas essayé de se mettre à notre place ; ensuite, la clé était vieille et elle s'est cassé 2 jours après, il nous a facturé 200 usd pour faire changer la serrure
• Gonne (6/5): - Had no warm water for the first night, and the bed was very soft and horrible on the back to sleep at. Also the pictures are not from the exact appartment. When asking for more towels, only had 1 per person for 4 nights, we got rudely told we tried to bring it, but you weren´t home and nothign else happened.

• Jennie (6/5): Good location but needs refreshing - Location was brilliant , transport links where also very good. Walking into the building was off putting but the flat was light and airy . Sheets and towels could do with replacing as old and stained . Shower cubicle needs re tiling and it would have benefited from a hosts welcome pack and some local info on places to eat . Host however was very good at sorting out a clean sheet when we mentioned it .

• Manfred (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert. Siehe auch meine Unterkunftsbilder - Der Fernseher war groß und hatte einen Netflix-Zugang. Allerdings nur Netflix. Normale Programme konnten keine geschaut werden. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in ca. 200 m Entfernung, so dass man in ca. 15 Minuten im Zentrum ist. Zum erstenmal seit ich Booking nutze war ich leider nicht mit einer Wohnung zufrieden. Es handelte sich leider nicht um die Wohnung, die auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Der Wohnungsschnitt ist zwar identisch, aber die Ausstattung leider deutlich minderwertiger. Eventuell ist die abgebildete Wohnung in einem anderen Stockwerk. Die Bezeichnung "Luxury Appartement" verdient diese Wohnung absolut nicht. Zu Beginn wurden uns für 4 Personen 2 Badetücher gegönnt. Mit viel Aufwand konnte ich durch den Vermieter Zugang zu einem verschlossenen Schrank bekommen, in dem weitere Badetücher gelagert wurden. Bad und Toilette waren enttäuschend. In der ganzen Wohnung ging die Heizung nicht (Außentemperatur Nachts 7°C). Es standen Heizlüfter in den Zimmern, die teilweise nicht gingen. Schaltete man mehr als einen an, flog die Sicherung raus. In der ganzen Wohnung gab es keinen Haken zum Aufhängen einer Jacke (außer einen Nagel in der Wand in einem Zimmer!). Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig, lief an der Tür leicht aus und brauchte teilweise mehr als 6 Stunden für einen Durchgang, der nach Anzeige in 2 Stunden fertig sein sollte. Bei der Küchenzeile waren Steckdosen ohne Rahmen, was nicht sehr sicher ist. Die Töpfe waren zum Teil verrostet. Im Wohnzimmer waren Kabel provisorisch an der Wand verlegt.
• Miriam (10/5): Estancia muy tranquila, para ver Bruselas - El piso está muy bien es grande y está muy bien equipado, la cocina tiene de todo y dejan café, té y otros condimentos que vienen genial. Es un segundo sin ascensor como indican la escalera es un poco empinada, y el portal necesita arreglos. La zona es tranquila y hay transporte cercano para ir al centro por ejemplo el autobús 71 te lleva y te trae en poco tiempo, hay una tarjeta de 10 viajes que te sale más barata que viajes sueltos. Parece que en el autobús solo pasan tarjeta los extranjeros, no se porque los locales no lo pasan, es raro. Para la gente de España, aquí dejan la basura en el suelo fuera del portal, un día de la semana concreto. Por si veis bolsas de basura por la calle y alucináis jajaja. Hay supermercados cercanos pero los precios son mucho más elevados que en España. Para ir andando desde el centro al piso es casi todo cuesta, el autobús 71 merece la pena para subir a la calle del piso. La comunicación con la propietaria estupenda, tuvimos un problema con las ventanas y lo resolvió enseguida. Muy amable y contesta enseguida los mensajes. Tienen que revisar y reparar las ventanas El portal necesita una limpieza y una mano de pintura.
