• ZhiYuan (8/5): Excellent Stay Near City Square - The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved the spacious living room and the balcony view of Johor Bahru city. Great location, only a short drive to City Square and the checkpoint. The water heater took a couple of minutes to warm up, but after that it was fine.

• Nirmala (9/5): Lokasi Ideal dan Ruang Bersih - Kami sgt menyukai desain interior unit ini, rasanya seperti hotel dgn furnitur modern, lantai seperti marmer yg bersih, dan pencahayaan yg nyaman sehingga membuat ruang terasa mengundang. Tempatnya sgt bersih dan memiliki semua kebutuhan dasar, termasuk pemanas air, kulkas, microwave, dan bahkan pengering rambut. Dari segi lokasi, bisa berjalan kaki ke Paradigm Mall adalah nilai plus besar, dan kami bahkan naik Grab sebentar ke Sutera Utama utk makan malam larut. Satu-satunya masalah kecil adalah bahwa lift bisa memakan sedikit waktu selama jam check-out puncak, terutama dgn begitu banyak lantai.
• Janus (10/5): Bright and Comfortable with Great Host - Everything about this Airbnb was smooth. check in was easy, the host provided clear instructions and the unit itself was tidy and welcoming, with a comfy sofa, smart TV, and strong WiFi throughout. The location can’t be beaten, we literally walked over to Paradigm Mall multiple times for bubble tea, shopping and quick meals. The swimming pool was clean and peaceful and the gym had the basics for a quick workout.
• Zaimi (10/5): Rumah yg Nyaman Dekat Mall Paradigm - Unitnya luas, bersih berkilau, dan dihias dgn selera modern yg membuatnya terasa lebih seperti suite hotel drpd homestay, dan kami sangat menghargai tempat tidur yg nyaman serta dapur lengkap yg memiliki semuanya mulai dr rice cooker hingga piring dan alat makan. Lokasinya sangat strategis, hanya berjalan kaki 3 menit ke Paradigm Mall di mana kami menemukan berbagai pilihan tempat makan, Tesco besar, dan bahkan bioskop, membuatnya sangat nyaman utk perjalanan keluarga. Gedung itu sendiri memiliki fasilitas yg hebat, kami menikmati kolam infinity dgn pemandangan kota, gym yg terawat dgn baik, dan taman bermain anak-anak.
• Windsley (9/5): 超值住宿 - Platino 提供現代且便利的住宿體驗。單位內部設計簡約，擁有現代化的廚櫃、嵌入式衣櫃、優質家電、乾淨的浴室和陽台，設施齊全，包括健身房、游泳池、按摩浴池、空中花園、燒烤區及多功能廳。由於靠近 Paradigm 購物中心以及眾多餐館、超市和大型商場，餐飲和購物非常便利，而且主要高速公路交通連接良好，前往新山市中心或跨境移動都十分便利。 靠近電梯或入口的停車位在尖峰時段通常已經滿了，所以你可能需要停得遠一點。

• Bonny (9/5): Comfortable stay - I had a pleasant stay at Platino. The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean with comfortable beds, a fully functional kitchen, and strong WiFi. The building’s amenities were quite nice. A well equipped gym, a swimming pool, yoga, wellness room, sauna and game room on the 7th floor as stated in the listing, plus landscaped gardens and children’s playground, and 24/7 security which made me feel safe. The location is a major plus, just a short walk or drive to Paradigm Mall, easy access to highways like the Pasir Gudang Highway or Second Link, and within reach of many JB attractions. My only gripe was occasional delays waiting for the elevator in the morning or evening rush hours, when many residents use it, so sometimes I’d wait an extra minute or two.

It's large windows and layout made the living area and bedrooms feel bright and airy, and the décor was tasteful and welcoming. The building’s shared amenities like pool, gym, game rooms, sauna, yoga area, children’s playground all were well maintained and pleasant to use and the security was dependable. The location is very convenient, just minutes to Paradigm Mall, good access to major roads, and within reach of restaurants, shopping, and essentials. One minor issue I encountered is the kitchen sink sometimes drained slowly.

• Mina (10/5): Clean and Spacious with Nice Pool - The unit was very spacious, clean and well ventilated with lots of natural light coming through the large windows, and we absolutely loved relaxing by the swimming pool downstairs. There’s a convenience store within walking distance, and it's less than 10 minutes by car to AEON Bukit Indah, making it a great base for exploring Johor.

Хост нь маш хариуцлагатай байсан бөгөөд барилга нь аюулгүй, орчин үеийн бөгөөд гайхамшигтай усан сүм, фитнес болон хүүхдийн тоглоомын талбайтай, бүгд сайн засвартай. Байршил нь том давуу тал бөгөөд KSL City Mall болон Mid Valley Southkey руу богино хугацаанд явж болно.
• Zac (9/5): Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable - The unit was spotless and extremely comfortable with soft linens and a calming interior design. The condo offers top tier amenities like a swimming pool, reading room, and even a mini market on the ground floor. Location wise, it’s close to KSL, Pelangi and the new Toppen Mall. But we did find that the kitchen lacked a few basic utensils which made cooking a bit harder.
• Faresya (9/5): Nice stay - I was pleasantly surprised by the value. The living space was generous with enough couches and a Smart TV for group movie nights. The indoor pool and sauna were great bonus additions. The location primarily for shopping. Walking distance to Paradigm Mall and Sutera Mall even AEON Bukit Indah both are within a 5 minutes ride, super convenient. Legoland Malaysia is just a short drive away too. One minor note isno clear signage at the building entrance, it's took us a minute to figure it out.
• Candice (10/5): Lovely stay in JB🥰 - Apartment was clean, spacious and had a gorgeous pool view. The host was responsive and gave clear directions for self check in. Beds were comfy, and there was a nice breeze coming in from the balcony. Building was within walking distance of Paradigm Mall and it’s easy to get a Grab to Legoland Malaysia, which took us around 25 minutes. We also explored Bukit Indah Town Park, a lovely place to take photos and relax.
• Mike (10/5): Clean and cozy - This condo is super peaceful and great for winding down. The pool area is beautiful, and the landscaping in the garden gave it a resort vibe. The unit itself was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the easy access to Paradigm Mall. We also took day trips to Skyscape JB Tower and Johor Zoo. Grab rides were easy to book and quite cheap.
• Misser (9/5): Good stay - The apartment was neat and cozy, perfect for our weekend trip. Check in was smooth and the host gave clear instructions. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was surprisingly beautiful at sunset. We loved that Paradigm Mall was just a 5-minute walk away, and we also took a short Grab ride to Sutera Mall and Eco Botanic for café hopping. The location is excellent for both shopping and relaxing. The only small issue was that we were given only one access keycard, which made it slightly inconvenient when splitting up.

• Freddy (10/5): Exceed expectation - The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the rooftop pool offered a great place to relax. The location was convenient with attractions like Legoland Malaysia and Sutera Mall within a short distance.

Location is close to malls like KSL City and restaurants in Taman Sentosa. The only issue I had was some confusion during parking check in, but the host helped sort it out quickly.

Shopping mall was right beside, providing easy access to a variety of retail outlets and dining options. The only small issue was that one of the lightbulbs in the main door entrance was out when we check in.

Only 1 access card so you need to travel together if you are stay with friends or family. Due to wherever you go as you will need the card everywhere you go.

Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom provided basic toiletries. Very comfortable stay. Kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils. If provide slipper in the bathroom then will be much more better.

• Macey (9/5): Great experience - Clean room with reasonable price. This apartment is located at a very good position which is just beside paradigm mall. Can simply walk over to satisfy your food and shopping needs. A tricky parking spot
• Emerlia (10/5): Value for money - The basic kitchen utensils, and all bathroom toiletries and necessity like hair dryer, iron board, iron are provided. Unit very tidy. Car park was long queue when check out hours.
• Monnie (10/5): Easy access to mall - Room tidy and clean. Location is good just walking distance to Paradigm Mall. We enjoyed the stay.
• Jackal (9/5): Superb - Apartment just next to Paradigm Mall. Beds all comfortable Rain shower water not hot enough
• Dylan (9/5): Superb - Free pool, parking and gym. Mall right next to it. 24/7 security made us felt safe when going in and out. More tissue rolls to be prepared in advance would be great.
• Li (9/5): Superb - Super nice owner! he allowed us to check in a bit earlier. TV was not function well.
• Nicolas (6/5): Good location bad pricing - Good Location. Overpriced. Could have pay the same price for a 4 to 5 star hotel.
• Tan (8/5): A good staycation - The location was convenient, and the rooms were clean. Washing dish detergent was almost empty. Should consider changing the washing sponge. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were quite flat.
• Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional - Free access to facilities like pool and gym. That was great for travellers. 24/7 security in the building and that made me felt safe all the time. Nice view from the balcony. Not much services at the facility area.
