• Dolf (9/5): Fraai en ruim appartement op goede locatie - Prachtig appartement. Beetje gek doorgangetje naar de slaapkamer maar dat maakt het ook wel authentiek. Goede locatie op t Zuid Koude toiletruimte, wat prijzig.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen und gleichzeitig ist es Nachts und morgens super ruhig. Ich war alles sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. ☺️ Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

• Ulmann (10/5): Top Wohnung. Top Lage. Absolut zu empfehlen. - Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Vom Zentrum zu Fuss zirka 20 Minuten entfernt. Viele kleine nette Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Wohnung ist geschmackvoll saniert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gute Infos betreffend den An- und Abreisetag. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Rachel (10/5): Small but perfectly formed apartment in lovely area - Lovely cosy studio apartment. It's really well equipped with a lovely, private terrace. Everything was really clean, and we appreciated the water/coffee/tea left to welcome us, as well as the tips on places to eat/drink from the hosts. The apartment is up narrow stairs on the 3rd floor which we knew when booking, and was not a problem for us, but worth being aware of. Great location, 15 minutes walk to the cathedral, and in the heart of a great foodie area, as well as with some brilliant museums nearby. We really loved everything. If being picky, it would be good if the velux windows had proper blackout blinds.

• Koert (8/5): Fantastisch! - Mooi, ruim en stijlvol appartement vlakbij het Museum voor Schone Kunsten. Rustige en gezellige stadswijk op loopafstand van het centrum. De tafel in de woonkamer wiebelde een beetje. Is makkelijk op te lossen.

Heel mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. In een hele fijne gezellige buurt. De communicatie met de eigenaar was ook erg prettig. Ik kom hier zeker nog een keer terug! Ik kan oprecht niks bedenken.

• Nicoline (9/5): Sfeervol appartement op een prima locatie. - Sfeervol appartement op een prima locatie. Eigenlijk was alles prima, maar als ik iets moet bedenken de rioollucht in de badkamer. Maar ook hier was aan gedacht:er stonden lekkere geurstokjes om het te verbloemen.

Inrichting was modern en is met zorg ingericht als in een woontijdschrift. De badkamer was mooi, maar wel een beetje koud. De verwarming is te klein om deze ruimte goed op te warmen.

Alles beviel, enige wat ik zou benoemen is dat beneden in gang geuren van bakkerij kunnen doordringen, niet per se fijne geurem. Zeker niet hinderlijk, maar als je hier gevoelig voor bent...

Nice period building next to restaurants and short walk to Antwerp centre. Be aware of steep narrow stair which could be tricky when carrying luggage for some .
• Francina (9/5): Mooie, geweldige plek, schoon, verzorgd maar onpersoonlijk - Goede plek, en schoon Je wordt niet ontvangen en dat maakt het minder persoonlijk. Onze kamer was niet schoon toen we aankwamen het was 15.45 en we waren 15 min te vroeg…. Zoals de eigenaar aangaf. Beetje flauw en gewoon niet goed geregeld zou ik zeggen. De poetsvrouw kwam snel en het werd opgelost. Nadeel van de derde etage is dat het enorm hot in de kamer is 28 graden zonder airconditioning. We hebben de ramen en deuren opengezet maar met gevolg muggen binnen.
• Jacqueline (4/5): Mooi appartement maar helaas heel veel overlast van bouwgeluiden!! - Mooi schoon appartement, goede ligging. Warm, lichte gordijnen hele stijle trappen (geen probleem maar goed om te weten) Tijdens ons verblijf waren er hele heftige bouwgeluiden (kangoo boor) van vroeg in de ochtend tot ver in de middag. Het was niet te doen om overdag in het appartement te verblijven. Het zag er naar uit dat dit al een tijdje gaande was en ook dat het voorlopig nog niet klaar zal zijn.

• Sipke (1/5): Niet huren in de zomer! - We waren genoodzaakt onze vakantie vroegtijdig af te breken ivm de hitte die door het grote schuifraam naar binnen komt. De zon staat hier volledig op te branden. Er is geen zonwering op de buitenkant waardoor je in een broeikas zit. Eigenaar geeft aan dat hij er niets aan kon doen door de zogenaamde hittegolf, maar gezien er in 2024 ook al klachten waren, had hij makkelijk een scherm kunnen regelen of het bovenste appartement beslist niet moeten verhuren. Dus we hebben een rot verblijf gehad.

• Tom (8/5): - Appartement op 't Zuid, dichtbij tram, restaurantjes en parking. Alles gebeurde automatisch maar zeer vlot (code toesturen, in-/uitchecken). Helemaal boven heb je een eigen dakterras, en is het heerlijk stil. Heel erg proper, alle comfort en hele ruime kamer. Er is geen lift aanwezig, maar dat is maar een detail.

De ruimte had wat ons betreft ietsjes beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden (er lag veel stof) en er leken kopjes te missen. Ook waren verduisterende gordijnen fijn geweest, er hangen rolgordijnen.

• Nancy (9/5): Superb - The location, the lay-out, the responsiveness of the host. There wasn't space to store food other than in fridge and the dishwasher was broken. Those were minor inconveniences though. I also felt the daily rate was a little on the high side for a studio.

It's very easy to get there by car and to park it in the neighbourhood. The apartment is large and very nice. The interior design is on point and very well done. It's super clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. What more could you want.

We struggled a little bit with our luggage on arrival though it wasn’t a big problem. We are in our 70s but quite fit. Might be a problem for some older or less mobile people.

• Cylxx (10/5): Stylish apartment in perfect location - The flat was beautifully designed, stylish and very comfortable. The outside terrace was wonderful. Lots of brilliant cafes and restaurants downstairs and in the surrounding area. In fact neighborhood was perfect, beautiful, galleries and walkable to all central areas. Everything was amazing. Perhaps more shower gel needed for the length of our stay but really this wasn’t important given everything else was spot on.
