• Anna (9/5): Amazing stay! Highly recommended. - Amazing central location, very modern and clean interior. Fabulous views. Greg gym and pool. All clean and accessible. All really great. The check in is at the shop downstairs, and that felt a bit odd. No possibility to ask questions. In my case I left an item in the apartment and then there is simply no possibility to talk to someone or retrieve it as it would be with a proper reception.
• Ben (7/5): Good. It served its purpose. - Location Shower in main bathroom would be hot for 1 mintue then cold. We tried this multiple times. It was like it was a gas hotwater system that blew out after a minute. It was a bit annoying to have to go to the other bathroom just after starting the shower and it going cold. When asking the guys where we picked up the key about parking options they had no idea. Host would explain the parking and why we had to pay a $200 deposit. We found a cheaper parking rate for the two days just around the corner without paying a deposit.
• David (10/5): Not many opportunities to escape the farm, it was good to experience the City lifestyle. - Our accommodation was located on the 48th Floor (half way to heaven!) wonderful daytime views and so very attractive overnight with the illuminations of the buildings and the flowing traffic far below. Room heating was efficient, Bed most comfortable and the Shower easy to set with good pressure. Highly recommend "Rustica Queen Street" who offers all day Breakfast - Great location - Excellent Service - A most tempting Menu at a reasonable price, and as a result very well supported. As was "Henry and the Fox" (525 Little Collins Street) where we thoroughly enjoyed the Baked Brie followed by the Monday Night Steak Special, cooked to perfection - accompanied by the house Shiraz which was surprisingly good. A Surf 'N Turf would be a good addition to the Menu. No dislikes as such - possibly a little more hanging space in the Bathroom (a hook on the back of the door) would be useful. to hang nightwear etc prior to showering.

• GREYGUM (5/5): Dont think we would stay again - location was good four people stayed we could only have a shower for 1 for 1/2 a minute just got hair wet as the hot water wouldnt stay so other three had no showers which was disappointing The apartment looks like it needs some more love - we were told we would have a bath also which wasnt there and the view was nothing like the photos we looked at another building only meters away

The room was very noisy at night, we struggled to sleep due to the sound of the trams and other noises from the building. The window in the bedroom could have been the issue as there was a sign saying it faulty. The bedroom was very small - we could barely walk around the bed. The wifi and even using data was not strong in the room.

• Honey Mahia (6/5): - The location was very good and the views were impressive. Bed very comfortable. The walls through out the property were patched and painted with a different colour. The blinds were quite dirty with stains. There was mold in the kitchen and wardrobe. The dryer didnt seem to work very well its a dual washer/dryer. There was no iron. The air-conditioning has a missing panel so there was no way to control direction of air flow and its also very loud and rattles. Due to proximity of the train tracks you can hear the trains all day and night.

No balcony as advertised, was told the balcony door needed repair so couldn’t be used but there was no door or balcony. Bathroom looked and felt as if it had been wiped over with a cloth and no products. Clothes washing powder was open and half used. Toilet cleaner bottle on the floor. Hand soap was a regular foam pump from the supermarket and half used and watery. Poorly made bed. Not long after getting into bed i felt itchy and continued to feel itchy all the next day. Small tacky Lego toys and happy meal toys scattered around for decoration. No reception or staff or anything. Not a comfortable feeling picking up a key from a convenience store employee. Did not need to provide a form of identification or credit card. Nothing but a number to sms for any inquiries.

I arrived at night /light rain , a bit of confusion trying to find the back entrance to car park , but communication with management was quick & worked out fine. I’m a light sleeper, ear plugs helped/some traffic noise late Fri night . My other family didn’t have a problem with sleeping.

• Maikha (7/5): WOW WHAT A SPECTACULAR VIEW! - This venue was fantastic! Outstanding view at that level, and location was right in the heart of Melbourne. Rooms were comfortable and did the job for the duration of my stay, was so much better staying here than a hotel room! The room is a little 'tired' and could do with some touch ups or repainting. Same with the bathroom, bathroom didn't have that clean polished look to it like you'd expect in a premium accommodation. Otherwise rest of the place was good!

• Sarah (7/5): It was good for a solo traveller, I didn’t get to use the pool and facilities. - So close to Southern Cross Station, lots of shops like Cole’s, Liquorland nearby. AFL shop, DFO options The bedroom was a little small

• Jacob (8/5): Very good - Proximity to everything There was a deep vibration/resonance sound the entire time. Not sure if it is related to other apartments' air-conditioning units, but there is certainly a lack of insulation.
• Stephen (8/5): Southern Cross station and Crown Casino within 10 minutes' walk. - Great location for Southern Cross station and for Crown Casino. If you want a great 180 degrees high view of Melbourne, this is the place. Elevator was slow at times, but one was decommissioned for servicing.

• Emilee (1/5): Not the best - Location was great very central Massive machine units that are constantly running right outside the bedroom wall, this made the whole room vibrate and we couldn’t sleep at all. Had to go try sleep in the lounge room on the floor. Was not a pleasant stay.
